I actually got pretty much exactly the haircut I was looking for which is unusual for these cheaper haircut places so I dont know if I just got a good barber in particular or if this place is great in general but yeah highly recommend.

The stylist listened to my requests and made my child feel totally comfortable while there. Will be going back!

My stylist was great. But I booked a 1:40 appointment. It was almost 2:30 before they got to me. There were 4 stylists bit only 2 cutting hair. At one point there were 2 stylists cutting one persons hair while there were 3 of us waiting. 🤔

Love the girls at the Supercuts in Fort O! Always super nice and even when theyre behind on schedule due to COVID theyre still super friendly, respectful, and nice to talk to. I went to get my bangs and split ends trimmed on my hair and they always know exactly the lengths and style I like and also give me great styling types for my curly hair. Love them so!

I had a 3:00 appointment which I showed up 10 minutes early. 15 mins after the scheduled appt. I was told the person I requested was still working on someone that would take until 4 and she had another appointment at 4. The person wanted to know if someone else could do the cut and I explained the reaso. That I scheduled with Christy to begin with is the las time I went in another stylist messed my hair up and Christy had to correct it. I asked what is the purpose of scheduling an appt. if the appointment time wasnt available. At that time I was told the computer didnt schedule enough time for her current client which had the appt. Scheduled for 2 weeks.

I showed the hair stylist a specific picture of the hair cut I wanted. Then I was told my hair couldn’t be done in a fade, and she proceeded to do my hair how she wanted to do it. One side of my hair is longer than the other. She didn’t put a hard line in it. I am disgusted and going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I will not step foot back in this place.

For a salon that does both cut and color it is a shame that the staff is too lazy to provide those services. I called and spoke to a manager in advance who said they could schedule my wife in on a Saturday but the extremely rude staff stated they werent doing color. If it is on your menu of options you should be able to do the work. I would not recommend this shop to groom my dog much less my wife. Absolutely pathetic with horrible service.

I never have a good experience at a salon They never seem to get my cut right I had Kristie at this salon and she was amazing Cut was perfect She was personable and efficient I will defiantly be using this shop and her again

I brought my wife in for a simple hair cut to rid the dead ends and they butchered her hair. Ive never seen such a terrible hair cut in my life. We will never use this place again and I am really considering asking for my money back. This is unacceptable work. Your staff needs to be retrained on how to cut hair and listen to a customer about what they are wanting.

Ive been using this store for a couple of years. Ive tried other similar establishments, and even some other Supercuts. However, I keep coming back to this site as the staff has always been friendly and I never get the feeling like they are trying to push me through like cattle. Most of the time I walk in on off-peak times and either dont have to wait or wait perhaps 10-15 min.

Went for my 1st visit,wanted to use a coupon I had for a simple haircut. I googled business hours & they claimed to be open until 8pm,front door also stated this. I came at 7pm,door was locked & the 1 hair dresser inside was finishing up 1 male customer.. Great clips NEVER locks their door this early! Ive seen them take customers up until the last 15mins of being open. This was poor service.. Wont go back.

The person who cut my hair was nice and sweet but unfortunately she cut my hair much shorter and thinner than I prefer and couldnt tell because I had my glasses off and didnt realize till it had dried just how short it was. So if you go here make sure that you specify very clearly what you are wanting and watch when they cut your hair.

I went here before school started and I didnt want a haircut but i needed one, so i went inside got checked in and instantly got put into a chair. That was the only good part when I sat down she asked what I wanted, I want a 4 on the sides and a 5 on the top I said. She didnt say a thing. Instantly she went to grab all my hair and started chopping it with the scissors I knew I messed up then. And when I was done I had a elongated fad around my whole head and had no hair on the top, I did not get what I wanted what so ever. But after we paid (mistake) and left we went to Fantastic Sams to get it fixed.

I didnt have to go home and re cut my hair!

So I checked in online, which I usually do, for a cut and color. I show up and there are two girls sitting in there doing nothing. Not another soul in the place at all. And they tell me 1) color is by appointment only (online checkin is not an appt), and 2) color isn’t done after 3:00. I’ve had my hair colored at this location the last 10 times I’ve had it done. NEVER heard that I need an appointment. One of the things Supercuts is known for is walk ins. NEVER heard the rule about no color after 3:00. I did know that there was a rule about no color after 5:00, since it takes awhile and they close at 7:00. But 3:00? Really? How about I’ll just take my business to someone who does want to do my hair, instead of sitting around gossiping rather than working.

Went in on July 11th 2018 to the fort o location. My hair was halfway down my back and took me 2 yrs to grow it out. I asked the lady to take an inch off the bottom and put some layers in it. She gaped my hair up so bad I had sections with only 3 inches of hair and had to have my hair cut to my shoulders to fix what she messed up. I am very upset and do not recommend supercuts to anyone.

Went in to this location because it was on our way to our destination, and boy was I sorry. My hair was damp and unstyled when I left because we were pressed for time. I figured I would just do it when I returned home. That night, I attempted to blow dry and style it after washing, and it was then that I realized that the stylist had completely bothched my hair cut. It was so bad that I had to wear a hat until it was fixed by another stylist where I usually go. For stylists: She left a huge triangle in the back at the crown if my head, along with an actual tail going down the middle. She also never angled it toward my face, it was horribly uneven all over, and started using thinning scissors on my light blonde, very fine, short hair. I had to stop her when I realized that was what she was doing. However, she had already thinned hair on the one side of my head. My scalp can be still be seen in a 2 inch area. 2 days later I went to the Supercuts on Shallowford Rd(my usual place) and HOPE fixed my hair! She really knows what she is doing! Thank you Hope for doing your best with the disaster on my head!

If I could post a photo here I would, my boyfriend took my daughter in today for a hair cut and it is horrible, uneven, choppy 3 or 4 long chucks of hair in the back, long pieces in the front, she went in for a bob, how that got messed up I do not know, but we will not go back .

Depends on when you go. There is always a new person every time. Stylists seem to be inexperienced. If you can afford it, go somewhere else.

They rushed the haircut and didn’t greet me at the door, but instead sat on their phone sitting in a chair while knowing I was there. The woman who cut my hair cut my ears in a triangle formation coming to a point and not a normal curve. Will not be going back.
