Terrible experience. Booked 3 mani pedis (confirmed several times that it was manicure and pedicure) and got there to be told it was just manicures. Was charged 200 dollars. Two of the nail techs were great (was not their fault) but the owner was extremely rude about the whole situation. Was suppose to be a fun girls day and we couldn’t even get actual pedicures and sit next to each other. They told my mom they “don’t do cuticles” so now her nails look like they’ve been grown out for two weeks.

After trying countless other Nail salons in the area, I tried Profiles after seeing some of their designs online. I was placed with Maria, and she did exactly what I asked for. She exceeded my expectations, and I am VERY picky. She was professional and quick, and did an amazing job. I can’t stress enough how good it feels to have a nail salon I can go to now and get exactly what I want, despite how difficult the design or style is! To top it all off, the prices were unbelievable, in a good way!! Such great service and quality for way lower that I expected. I am one happy customer!!!

I see Amanda or Lauren. Both do wonderful work. They can do gel but I recommend the acrylic. Both do amazing art work. Amazing.

So I had something come up today where I couldn’t be able to make it to my appointment. I called and asked if I could reschedule my appointment and the women who answered was so rude about it and just me cut off instead of letting me talk, very unprofessional I can see what the reviews are talking about now ladies if you want great service go to vivid nails been going their for years and so have my friends cause they love that place wanted to try pro files for the first time because I have a gift card but forget it after what I just experienced.

Highly disappointed. Nails didnt even last the night. I was skeptical as the nail tech painted my toes since the polish was a little runny but figured she knew what she was doing.After my toes were painted I stayed for about 10 minutes letting them air dry. (Other places Ive been to have you sit under a dryer but not here)Went straight home and lived life and my toes were fine.BUT I wake up the next morning to find my toes a mess! The polish is soft like putty as if its only partially dry. Remember this is the NEXT MORNING. The only conclusion I can come up with is that the polish was bad.Techs and company should be checking to make sure their polish is good before using it on customers.Called for a refund and they dont do those only willing to repaint my nails. Not thrilled. Wasted 35 dollars on these.

So if you ever want to go somewhere to get your nails done and feel so uncomfortable this would be the place to go.. been to this place 2 times to get my nails done and the 1st time felt very uncomfortable so the 2nd time I asked to be sat with someone else and belive me stuck up is not even the word. Then I was told that the cz would stick for at least2 weeks hmm this is the next day

First visit back after several years, and it was great. Amanda works beautifully on nails, and Im very pleased. All the ladies were very nice and welcoming. Expected pricing. Nice, comfortable location. Plenty of parking. Walked out with my next appointment already booked. Thank you!

I would give it zero stars. I don’t know about the other nail technicians but the one That did my nails, Maria, she had a nice personality but the job she did was the most awful job I’ve ever gotten done on my nails. I’ve waited for months giving my nails a break and I was looking for a good nail technician. Someone recommended this place for me, I got a new set of acrylics and I do not recommend. I removed them yesterday. I lost my money.

I went there to get my nails done acrylic they do not use tips and a pedicure.. I also got my eyebrows done as well. i would rate :1 EYE BROWS = 10Acrylic Nails full set she was timely and so nice to speak with but my nails were so thick looked like horse shoes. My RateAcrylic Nails = 3Next was my pedicure i was so excited. First of all not massage chairs just a bench you have to climb in to, may tech came and sat with me asking what kind of polish i had red with spark;es. she started a drill and sanded my toes and painted them .. NO SOAKING NOT CUTICLES NO CLEANED UNDER THE NAIL. !!!! she told me this is how she does all her pedicures we will put in your feet in water after this . I asked what do you do to my feet when they soaked she said they file your heal and give you a massage. NO cuticle attention no manicure whatsoever to the toe nails.. shocking.. for just to paint my toe nails with gel was $26 dollars.. I told her i would pass on the water part of her pedicure.PEDICURE = 1

If I could rate them lower I would. There was no reason to be rude and to not greet a customer. Funny that I couldn’t be assisted while they sat behind the desk laughing to only state they have appointments coming in. I completely understand that I didn’t have an appointment, but there was also no clients for 25 minutes. I’m a really good tipper having worked for tips myself, but I will continue to take my business elsewhere.

I had made an appointment for a gel acrylic fill and regular polish pedicure. I had made no specific nail tech request and was placed with maria. All I had asked for was lime green color. She then asked sparkles? and I said no, just lime green color. Without asking, or even informing me, she put glow in the dark green color on my nails. I was upcharged to $46 at the end of the service. I did not even know it was glow in the dark until I went to sleep that night and obviously noticed. When we went to do the pedicure, she took me to the gel polish station without even asking if I would like to do that service instead. At the station, she asked to do gel polish, while already in the process of doing it. I agreed at that point since we were already there and I had never gotten one before. She did not tell me the price difference from regular polish, although I knew it would be more. Maria then took me to the bath to soak my feet, once again without telling me this would increase the service fee. As someone that had never had gel polish pedicure, and being new to the salon, I was unaware of how expensive this would be. At the end of all the services, I was charged $92, a price I WOULD NEVER PAY. Since I already had the services complete, the front desk employee would not drop the price. I will never go back here and would not recommend this place to anyone. Maria completely scammed me.

Its been a while since Ive been able to have a pamperme day! Sabrina and miranda made it FABULOUS for me Ill def be back they come highly recommended! They made me feel like a new person with nails pedi gel toes and eyebrows. Stuff like this as a single mom comes treasured they made it great thank you! Ill see yall soon!! Oh and might i add it was less expensive then i expected!

Worst pedicure I ever had. Booked an appointment for 2:30. The girl finished doing my pedi at 2:40. I drove 25 min. For a 10 min pedi. She painted my nails all over the place. Didn’t even cut my toe nails. No cleaning nothing! Save your money for the work they do you can do at home yourself.

Ive been getting my hair, nails, toes and skin done at Pro Files Salon in the Gulf Coast Town Center for years and I absolutely love them. The girls do an amazing job. Everyone is always so happy and friendly! Definitely love getting my bling on there! You wont be disappointed!

I have been to this salon twice for acrylic full sets, and once for an acrylic removal. Each time, the ability of the tech whom I saw was definitely not worth the price for the service. $60 for a simple, nude acrylic set..no add-ons. At that price, I expect perfection, but the nails were not level (bumpy acrylic) and not the shape I had requested.At first I thought it was due to my shallow nailbeds, but then I requested the same oval shape at another salon and had beautiful results for a lower price.I also had an acrylic removal ($20) at Profiles aka the tech cut the tips and filed the acrylic down, but did not completely remove it. She said: it will come off in the shower. It did not....Meanwhile, I just had my misshapen set removed at another salon, where they completely removed it, filed and buffed my nails for $10.I think this place touts, you get what you pay for and yet does not deliver. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst Mani pedi I ever had the nail tech didnt shut up the entire time there. All they do is paint your nails I could have done that myself I was looking forward to a little foot massage with my pedi but got none. Would never ever return price for what you get is outrageous they should have paid me

The WORST job ever!!!! When you drop $85.00 you expect to best of the best, they were crooked, lumpy and rough to touch in some spots. They might use products that are better for your nails but the quality is so poor I took pictures as proof of what a nail should NOT look like. Very disappointed, if you want to try them try anyone but the one at GCTC :(

My nails look horrible they’re uneven and literally pointing different directions. There’s no polish on the sides and and the length isn’t constant. They were done less that 24 hours ago and it looks like they need to be filled. This is the worst they’re ever looked!!! Management should do quality checks before they hire people. I called and asked to speak with a manager and they hung up on me. I want a refund that’s how poor the quality is.... go anywhere but the gctc profiles don’t throw away your money on a subpar job

I am EXTREMELY dissapointed with this nail salon...I went in to get a full set and I was very excited to have my nails done without tips at a place that I heard was amazing and had great quality.once my nails were done they promised if anything went wrong they would repair no cost. However, 4 of my nails broke completely off the very next day !! When I called to reschedule to have them repaired the woman I spoke with was rude and they wouldnt get me in to fix them until a week and a half later. I have had to walk around with broken nails when I just paid $60 to have them done the day before. I am extremely upset and will NEVER go to profiles again.. this is TERRRIBLE service and you need to get your staff together and hire techs who can do nails PROPERLY and ensure that they are strong enough not to break from minor use within 24 hours. And when someone complains that their nails broke within 24 hours, that customer should take priority if you want to keep them coming ! Making a person wait a whole week to repair nails that broke In the first 24 hours is absolutely obsurd.

The entire staff here is awesome but Amanda is my nail chick. She should be on some TV show or something for amazing nails!

Walked in,, didnt get acknowledged at first and acted like they were booked,, did not ask of we wanted to make an appointment,, there was no one waiting,, the girls were busy but were about finished with their clients,, basically took one look at us and decided we werent worth their time for the prissy white people nail place. Will never go back to another profiles again,, wayyyy to cliquey.

Was in the area with a friend and she suggested we stop in and get our nails done. I normally have them done elsewhere, but I figured, why not?The place was noisy and crowded, and the chaotic atmosphere turned me off.Anyway, I waited (a long time) for my turn and watched as things happened around me. To be sure there is nothing wrong with a busy nail salon, but frankly, I felt like the techs were all competing for a table where they could do their clients, and I sensed a lot of tension between them. When it was finally my turn, the girl that took care of me did an ok job. She was fast and seemed a little rushed, and actually was texting while doing my nails. Not very personable. But in the end my nails were done ok.Maybe this kind of rushed and tense environment is ok for some, and based on the number of people there who seemed ok with it, it was, but it is not my kind of place.My friend did not seemed as bothered as I was, and when all was said and done, my nails looked ok, but I did not enjoy the experience at all, and I don’t expect I’ll return.
