This was hands down the best nail service Ive ever had. Ive been getting my nails done for close to 15 years and this was, without question, the best experience ever. I should also note, this was my first time at Care Nails (definitely not my last). I got an acrylic set, something I havent done in years. I opted to remove my previous gel set so it would be fresh from a new place and it was the best decision I ever made. Tony did an impeccable job. I asked for gel, but he insisted acrylic was stronger for an extension and I took him at his word. Nails arent so thick they look fake. Theyre the perfect length and he waited while I tried 20 different colors to find the perfect shade for an upcoming event. I am detail oriented so when I leave any nail salon I usually have something thats off (one nail is slightly longer than the others, a nail is filed uneven, underneath is bothering my finger, etc.) but there was not one single imperfection with any of my nails. I cannot wait to come back. I also got a great pedicure from another gentleman and he was equally thorough. He even did a third coat on my largest toe since its the most obvious. My only disappointment about this place is that I dont live here full time.

My first time being there was today and I thought it was an outstanding experience! The employees were very nice gentle and caring. They listen to exactly what I asked for and requested, I can’t think of one other thing to make this experience better.!!!! Thank you so much and now you have a forever repeating customer which I don’t do often because I’m picky !

Had a decent pedicure but my manicure was terrible. On top of if gel polish was used as regular polish. My nails loom terrible and my cuticles are all frayed. Jenny used to do my pedicures years ago and was excited to find her again. But, my mom waited 30 minutes for an 11am appointment and my manicure was terrible. Disappointed.

By far the best customer service I have ever received at a nail salon. The quality was great, and they managed to get to people fairly quickly while being busy.

10/10! I use to go to another salon but last minute stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Not only did they give me a last minute mani and pedi, but they gave me the BEST mani and pedi! The employees were very kind and really made sure my nails looked perfect! I will be coming back. LOVE LOVE LOVE

My mother recommended this place for its quality. I love the quality and price, as well as the service. I got dip powder nails and one broke the next day (my own fault). They fixed it at no charge and were prompt to do so. Incredibly friendly, great end product, and the fairest price I’ve seen.

I highly recommend Care Nails as this is by far, the best Nail Salon I have ever been too. The staff are very kind, the salon is very clean, and they genuinely care about their customers and their experience in the salon. The acrylic nails with gel polish stayed beautiful and perfect until I needed a fill in. The pedicure experience was also great and my husband enjoyed going with me!

I went to Care Nails today for the first time. Staying in Ft Myers for three months and wanted a salon I could go back to. They received 5 stars on Yelp and they lived up to that Rating! Jenny did my pedi and Tony my powder dip. Very clean place with great customer service!

Great nail salon! John does a wonderful delux spa pedicure. Jenny makes sure you get a drink and all employees are very polite and thank you for your business. I tried this place on a recommendation from a friend and have been going here ever since. Very pleased!

I am a snowbird from NJ and very particular on how my nails are done ( I even bring my own polish/supplies). Jenny, the owner, has done my manicure several times and each time and I have been very satisfied. She gives a very nice manicure and massage. What I like most is that she is accurate when painting the nails and she listens to my requests. The place is clean, and she is constantly wiping her station after removing the polish, filing, buffing and painting the nails. I would definitely recommend this nail salon.

Ok, my first time there, my 16 year old made the appointment based on reviews; I live in cape do a little bit of a drive. My 16 loved her nails, the same (man) Technician did both, mine nothing like I showed him and he burned two of my cuticles. I would love my money back, but I’m sure that’s not going to happen.

We were searching for pedicures on a Sunday. Care Nails just so happen to have new Sunday hours and got us right in. My daughter, husband and i enjoyed the most AMAZING pedicures for an fabulous price! Our pedicures were over an hour, and we were able to sit next to each other. The staff was friendly, and took great care and attention to detail. I cant wait to go back!

My nails have never looked better. Sam the new owner took great care of my mothers ingrown toenails. Sam and Mia have renovated and updated the Salon. Service is great and if youre lucky youll come on a day when theyre serving homemade egg rolls!

Rushed through my services and the nails were really bad. I paid for extra services with my pedicure and all that happened was they skipped doing one thing to do another. Disappointed.

This location has new owners, and they are scam artists! The guy over charged my mom by 15.00 then when I went back to get the 15.00 back he said he would give her a credit. 2 weeks later he tried to pull the same stunt. I told my sister she went down to have her nails done and he tried to over charge her 20.00 and same thing he wanted to credit it to the next visit.All the woman that worked here before have all quit and work at another nearby shop. Luckily we found them! My mom is now going to the other place.If you want to get ripped off and have bad service care nails is the place to go. The new owners are horrible including the work they do. My mom will never step foot back into this place! If you want to find the ladies that use to work here you don’t have to look far!

Mia has been taking care of my pedicures and waxing my eyebrows for 8 yrs. You couldn’t ask for a more professional nail technician. Sam is the new owner and Mia’s husband they make a great team and such a modern salon. You can see the upgrades and improvements he has done. They are priced fair and they guarantee their work. I highly recommend all to come by and pay them a visit.

My nails looked great. But did not last 2 days. My pedi was awesome.I do not like when staff carrying on a conversation in a foreign language non stop. Felt like they were talking about me and made me very uncomfortable.They lost my business!

Was here Friday. This place is rip-off. They tied to do exactly what one of the other reviewers said and over charge me then try to give me a future service. Horrible service... should have walked out when I saw they had no customers. The one lady was bragging about how she wrote reviews to make them have a better rating online. I wish i could give them a 0 for stars. My boyfriend had to get into an argument with the owner to get my overcharged amount back. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!

I go to tony and Tyra has. Tony does my acrylics, he does such a great job. If your a young lady and like coffin nails or almond nails done, go to him. Tayra, does my pendicure she does an amazing job as well. This place is clean and very friendly. Walk in are welcome but I always make appointments since I Like to have tony and Tyra do my nails. I always recommend it to my family and friends. You won’t be disappointed :)

Most of the time when you walk into a salon you know what you want. I think its very unprofessional to continuously ask if you want to upgrade. Its not a restaurant.I also think the prices are high for the area..

I was disappointed to find out that this is under new ownership. I miss Sue & her sister. The place is overpriced now & my gel nails chipped after 1 week. The gel itself also lifted. Will not go back.
