I would give zero stars if I could. This place is a joke and I doubt they are actually licensed. I went in for a nail repair on one nail. The lady started and saw the color didn’t match but she just wanted to get paid. The outcome was hideous and didn’t match the other hand at all and I asked her to take it off and she started yelling at me as to why I didn’t just go to the person that did them. She could have easily told me before we started she didn’t know how to do nails and I would have left. She told me I had to pay her 7$ still before she would take off the nail. I wanted to leave so I payed her while she gossiped with her coworkers. I would never suggest them to anyone and went to MAJESTIC NAILS on the other end of the forum by dollar tree to fix my nails they are way better.

I went in to get my nails done with dio the young man that took care of me did an excellent job was very pleasant. I will be returning once I need my nails again.. My sparkly red nails look great!!

I came in around 3pm on Thursday for a pedicure and full set. They got me in a chair right away, they werent too busy though, which was great. Kim took care of my pedicure, and was great and took her time to do a good job. My full set was done by Mia and she was also great and got the shape and length that I wanted just right. (Short to medium coffin nails)I wouldnt say that this was the best experience Ive ever had, but it is definitely a great one thatll keep me coming back. Since there arent many good nail salon in the area of fort Myers that I know of.

I came in about three weeks ago and got a pedicure, the technician was incredibly rough with it and ripped a piece of my nail off and i ended up with a painful and swollen ingrown toenail a while later. overall attitude from both the manicure and pedicure technicians that worked on my friends and i was very poor, and none of our nails came out well. i paid $90 for an ingrown toenail and acrylics that came off within four days.

I’ve had pedicures and facial waxing done at Phanny’s for the last 4 years. I’ve always been happy until I had my eyebrows waxed the week before Christmas. Mai did the waxing and as soon as I got home my skin just above my eyelids started to burn and really hurt. I had severe burns Just above my eyelids. The skin was gone. It took 2 weeks for it to heal, my eyes were swollen and red, not the look I was looking for. I had been burned. The day after, I went into the salon to show Mai and the others at Phanny’s what had happened so that it would not happen to someone else. They apologized, they were very sorry. It should not have happened. It was not a reaction since nothing was wrong in the arch of my brow, just on the tender skin above my eyelids. I will not go back.

Today was my first time here. I went with a friend and requested the $45 Luxury Pedicure. I was about 1/2 way or more through my pedicure before my friends pedicure was even started. I felt like my pedicure was rushed through. I expressed how I really wanted massaged and my request obviously wasn’t heard by the lady doing my pedicure. I am 9 months pregnant and can polish my toes better than the lady who did my polish. The lady who did my friends pedicure seemed unprofessional. We felt like she was talking about us the whole time to the lady doing mine. We will definitely not go back. The services we received were not worth the $45 plus tip we left.

So very clean!! Very happy atmosphere everyone talks to you when your there and smiles. Warm,friendly and great service if there is something your not happy with no problem it’s taken care of no questions asked. Great family owned business. You won’t be disappointed 😊

Walked in to get a polish change. They did the whole manicure, but honestly I probably needed it. One thing you should know- just because youre there first doesnt mean youll be seen first. Different employees have different specialties, and you will be seen by the next person who does what you want. I saw 3 angry ladies walk out because they thought they should have been seen next. Be patient, its a treat, not a necessity. They did a great job on my nails, and accommodated my special request. Highly recommend. Edit: updated my review from 4 to 5 stars. I went back last night to get my finger and toenails done. Didnt end up being done until after their closing time, but they didnt rush and were super nice. Perfect job on the gels.

Every time, you get greeted right away by friendly smiles and a welcoming attitude and atmosphere! Dan, does my Mylar nails and I am the envy of my friends! Jana does my pedicure and bar none, the best ever....its super relaxing and therapeutic, she takes her time and does a clean neat and amazing job!!!! Here, at Phannys, even though they are ridiculously busy, they take the time to do a good job on each and every client in their chair! If you dont make an appointment and have to wait an extended time, it WILL BE WORTH IT!!!! Enjoy!

This place is not a place to spend your money if they do a sloppy job they will hang up on you when you call.. Best to go to awesome nails in gulf coast town center..

The mani/pedi is inconsistent. Never horrible but, sometimes not good.

Very disgusted with their service .Sister of the owner did a SUPER sloppy job . She started with hurting my nails, took them off the easiest way and hurt my natural nail . When she painted them “WHITE” she did a sloppy and bumpy job . I asked her nicely to please clean them and she went in with a file that just hurt my nails even more . Very UNSANITARY too . NEVER coming again. Please go to your regular nail lady don’t settle for nearby salons like Phannys .

I came in one hour prior to closing and they said they could do my nails and toes. Sam (employee) rushed on my nails. He also did not apply enough acrylic over my nail bed which caused them to feel very thin and look as if they were press on nails. I could not bare to look at my hands so i went to get them fixed. They told me to come back in 30 mins. Upon my arrival they told me there was nothing they could do for me and to come back in two weeks basically to spend more money. They did not do anything to satisfy my needs. In addition SAM was storming around very angrily and speaking loud in his language. It was scary and i am very disappointed with their business and also the fact they up-charged and it was all a waste of my time and money. I highly do not recommend them for ANYTHING or ANYONE!!!

I got a pedicure from here & it was okay. However, when it came time to my wax, I had to wait. The person doing the waxing took someone back there that came in after I did. When I mentioned it to her, she just said she would be quick. When I finally got to the wax room, she rushed through my wax & did a terrible job. When I was showing her the areas she missed, she seem bothered & would push my hand away.

I went with a group of friends to get manicures, and we ended up having pretty contrasting experiences. The woman who did my nails was underwhelming. I had polish all around my nails on my skin, and the gel polish I got yesterday is already chipping. She encouraged me to get a more expensive manicure without explaining the difference in price, which I did not know until we were finished and I was already paying, which felt deceptive.That being said, the woman who did my friends nails did a beautiful job, and was upfront about all the pricing. Its really all about who you get at this place, it seems. Its clean, with liners in the pedicure tub and sterilized equipment for each customer. Since the place is clearly clean and my friend had a great experience, this place gets 4 stars. My friend will be going back to see Mary (I think that was her name) in the future.

There were a few things wrong hereHe (as in Dan) never asked me to wash my nails with all the dust and debri after filing them down and drilling on them, he just dusted them off and started with the polish.... also he never cleaned under my nails or push my cuticles back... I got white matte and they alrdy look dirty I just stepped out of the salon in my car. Doesn’t look like he applied enough coating.... no cuticle oil was used either.. my total was 45$ Not worth it.

I went in today for a gel manicure. The manicurist put cotton and acentone on my hands then disappeared for 50 minutes. Ive gotten my gel removed before and only had to sit for 5-8 minutes maximum to get it to dissolve. Not ONE person including the manicurist or anyone went back to check on me or assure me that theyd be with me shortly. After that I just removed the foil myself and walked out. As a retail worker that treats all my customers with respect and dignity, I know what great customer service looks like and this is not it. Shame on everyone that works here. This place is a disgrace.

I went here for the first time a few weeks back to get my nails done. I just got one color on all nails. They did not do a good job at all the paint job was horrible. Nail color which was shellac started chipping away within 2-3 days. Within a week it looked like my nails had been done a month before. Will not be back

Do not waste your money with this place they only have 2 workers they rush you through they do a sloppy job wanted to get it fixed and they hung up me. I will not be back and I will let everybody know

Would not reccomend anyone to go here! Wanted to try a new nail salon so I went here. They are pricy for no reason. Their quality of work is horrible and their customer service is not good! I got a Fill and a pedicure. They rushed the pedicure. Honeslty made me feel as if they didn’t even want me in there. Not only that but my Gel pedicure was coming off 2 days later. The lady who did my fill (I believe was the Owner) didn’t even do the nail polish on my whole nail. On the sides of all my nails it is not painted. Would not spend my money or time here ever again!

I did not like it I walked in and the lady at the front desk was rude.they told me they had time for both my friend and I and once I finished they told me to come back in an hour then when we came back they said they weren’t doing my friends nails.Also my nails for bumpy and there was acrylic left all under my nail, I felt that for the price of 60$ my nails should come out the way I want. Very disappointed

$45 for a foot soak - Hardly scrubbed feet, hot rocks were cold, polish is horribly painted, didn’t cut the nail down on the side which is important. I originally asked for a combo mani pedi and 7 people were working and only 1 other customer in store who was my friend. They did not offer to do both at same for convenience until I said i couldn’t do the mani due to time.

This place does an excellent job on pedicures and has good attention to cleanliness

Nail tech was very unprofessional. Very rushed $45 luxury pedicure. When emphasised the importance of the message, there was very little to be said about the message. So so so very disappointed. Felt like we were being talked about in front of. 9mnth pregnant friend could have done a better job. Thanks for wasting my time and hard earned money.

One girl put a huge dent in my pointer nail. Then i went back a month later and i asked for a glitter gradient. The didnt know how to do it. And two days later my GEL polish chipped off on one nail.

I am soooo upset right now!!!! I went to this salon for the first time and I was actually excited to see how clean they are. They cut my nails soooo short and filed them so much that the tips of my fingers start bleeding and they were raw meat and very painful..they added glue several times with no improvement and they ended up charging me full service $80.. I am just so upset and disappointed!!! This is the first time I write a bad review, but the customer service was so bad that I cant help but to share 😑😑😑

Not gentle at all. I left with these monstrosities on my hands. Bulky, lumpy, uneven; not what I wanted at all. Horrible customer service, total rush job. Mai was my tech.

Although there were kind, they did not do what I asked for. I returned a few days later to get my nails fixed and the technician cut my finger really bad.

This place is horrible. I went in there Saturday to give it a try and they didnt even greet me when I walked in. When I asked if I could use my OPI gel polish for my nails they told me no because they dont know the product. Who doesnt know about OPI nail polish?! Also, every other nail salon Ive been to have allowed me to use my polish if I bring it. They are overpriced as well.

Spent 75$ on manicure and pedicure. By the next week my dipped nails were peeling and lifting. Ended up with fungus under my nails by day 10.

I got a powder dip on my nails. The base coat is like glue and all of the sides of my nails were stuck to my skin and powder was stuck to the underside of my nails. It took 1.40 minutes and cost $5 more than the salon I usually go to. I had to re- file my nails when I got home.

BEWARE! These ladies like to add extra charges AFTER doing the services.

Worst experience I ever had at a nail salon, first I asked how much was gel manicure they said $25 it was a French gel manicure, my thumb nail wasn’t even fully painted so I let her know she fixed it in a very unprofessional way it looked even worse I just wanted to leave so didn’t say anything when she finished she told me how much are you tipping, I just can’t believe her question but not only that she said it was $30 and not $25 the amount they told me before all this bad experience, my nails look really bad like they were done by my 6 year old .

They sliced up my fingers and talked bad about me bc i didnt want my eyebrows done :( 0/10 would not recommend.

I went there they got me seated fast but they took over 2 hours to do this set and it looks like my little sister did my nail it’s absolutely ridiculous that these are professionals I called and asked for a refund and they said they can’t do refunds without the manager I asked when is the manager going to be back they said in 3 weeks and I asked if I can come back in and get them fixed they said they are closed for a week because everyone is going on vacation like what type of business is this I paid 60 dollars for these nail I’m really upset and they cut me in 4 different places I felt like I was going to die every time they were filing my nails
