Anne was excellent. This is the 3rd place I have been to and loved it the most. Both pedicure and manicure were excellent and I will definitely make this my go to for both pedicure and manicure

I recently moved to this area and have been to 3 other mail salons before trying Pro Nails. I received the best massage on my legs and feet that I’ve ever had. Lynn did an amazing job on my gel nails and got my nail art done perfectly. The energy in the salon is very calming and zen like. This is definitely my new go to mail salon!

My nail tech, Ann was incredible. I had a full set of acrylic nails with dipping. My nails look great! My hands felt great after her massage with lotion. I will use her again!

Had scheduled a couple manicure and pedicure for Valentines for Saturday afternoon three days in advance. We walked into the place without a greeting and watched the attendants ignore us for fifteen minutes. I then asked if our appointment was going to be honored and was told to come back later. I told them I would not and they then tried to sit us in the back between at least 6 other customer. The attendant then pointed to her paper notebook and said they were booked solid. Why make an appointment if they don’t honor it. The place was the dirtiest salon I have ever seen. Hope it was because they were busy but still unacceptable. Won’t go back and do not recommend it.

I was visiting here in ft. meyers & i haven’t had a professional manicure done in years. i wanted to treat myself & i tried pro nails. very satisfied! i showed pictures of what i wanted & they got it done. they’re helpful, speak good english, & are quick yet efficient & make your nails look perfect. i always go for a natural nail, & they exceeded my expectations. the guy that did my nails also double checked with me throughout the process to make sure of the length/shape/color.

The owner Lisa talked about me the entire time she did my nails. Even behind her native tongue she could not hide her disgust for me. She was rough, rude and miserable every second. It was the least relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had. I don’t recall ever being treated this badly in public.

Sean is the best nail tech that i have ever been satisfied with. None of my nails pops off and, he makes sure that your nails are good. Never been so pleased.

I was surprised that a formerly used nail file was used on me. I would have preferred it if they all spoke English. I feel somewhat uncomfortable when they are using their native language loudly in front of everyone else.

My daughter and I used to love coming here until she got a horrible bacterial infection around her to nails after going in for a pedicure. Never again

Worst experience ever. Never in my 17 years of getting my nails done have I ever had to get up and walk out. Came in, was hardly greeted. A woman yelled to me from across the shop 3 minutes later, Fill! You sit 1st chair. I did what she asked. A man approached me while talking on his cell phone and said, what you need told him a fill please. He noticed one of my nails was broke, 1 was missing & 1 was lifting. I explained to him that I had just had my nails done a week prior at another location. He replied to me, so why you dont go back there and have them fix this mess the right way? I was initially shocked & Then said to him, if they did such a horrible job, why would I go back? He then started chipping away at old acrylic smacking his lips, huffing & puffing as though he was mad. I understand people have bad days so I kept quiet. He then, literally pushed my hand away and said, this is a mess, I dont know what you want me to do?. At this point, I was so uncomfortable and felt so disregarded & disrespected that I just said to him, I See Im bothering you, maybe I should go some where else. He slammed down the grinder & said, yeah ok, whatever! Never In my 17 years have I been treated so poorly by a nail salon worker, THE OWNER AT THAT. Horrible customer service skills. There are many other great shops throughout the city. I go to relax, NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH.
