I had an appointment at 9am today. Salon posted hours showed it should be open. Nobody in salon. Waited 30 minutes in parking lot and clinician never showed. Left message saying I was not happy since this was my first visit to the salon and I drove from Sanibel! The only reason I chose this place was that it had great reviews. Makes me wonder if the reviews are made up by the salon. No phone call from them either!

So glad I found this place! My second time going and I absolutely love the way Khiem does my nails (and they last)! She does a great job. I make an appointment and never have to wait.

Michael at Perfect 10 Nails and Spa never disappoints! I have been going here for 4 years now and today I walked in to find this amazing display of gel and powder colors!! If youre in the Lee County area, I HIGHLY suggest checking them out! Maybe set an appt ahead of time just to make sure you can get in. They are absolutely AMAZING!!

I am a snowbird from Iowa and Perfect 10 is an excellent shop. They have multiple Covid protocols in place, their manicures and pedicures are professional. Michael and Kim work very hard and I always have my pedicures done by Linda. Her pedicures are the best Ive ever enjoyed. See you in January 2022.

I stopped to see if I could make an appointment while waiting on my friend to finish at Publix. The shop was empty... they told me that I needed more help than just my nails, handed me a card, and sent me away... so... I guess thats that.
