This is the best ever nail salon .the staff are super and beautiful we love going to iv nails

Hi my name is Evelyn and I just moved to Fort MYERS on june 25, 2019. One of my biggest concerns was if I was going to fine a great nail salon and if I was going to find a nail Tech as great as my nail Tech back in New Jersey that Ive been going to for 7 years. Well on july 9 I found a place and when I left I was Disappointed my nails only lasted 2 weeks. I had gotten a full set of tips with the pink and white acrylic powder. I started doing some research on Google and found IV nails & spa.I read all the reviews and was very impressed with the reviews. So I made an appointment to day to go have a new set a tips with the pink and white acrylic. And a pedicure. When I walked into the place I was WOW. Beautiful. I was 20 minutes early. I sat and was very relaxed. Katie the owner had directed me to the pedicure chair gave me a menu to choose a beverage and what kind of pedicure I wanted to receive today. I felt like a Queen. And I left there to 200% Amazed how beautiful my nails looked. I even mention to Katie that they even looked better then how I had them done back in New Jersey.Katie Has just gained a new perminent customer. Thank you for your service for your great personality for listening and paying attention to the details when I was explaining to you how I wanted my nails to look. Can wait for my next visit. And I had a wonderful Pedicure as well. Hector who did my pedicure was very nice as well. Thank you again for a great pamper day.

Was referred to this salon. Not impressed with the quality. Had a dip manicure done at 1pm. By 6pm it was cracking and peeling. Manicure was not thorough. Would not recommend!

I just moved to the area and wanted to find a great nail salon and I did just that. This salon is amazing, great customer service and does an amazing job. They take their time and really spend time on your nails and keeping you relaxed! I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Katie is so talented! Not to mention you get a free drink including wine and beer making it even more relaxing! You need to come here! Ill be back! :)

I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon on Friday 12/13/19. Katie called me when she left Majestic Nails an encouraged me to come to her salon. After a while I did. I went there for quite sometime and referred several people. Due to my work schedule and often having to wait for over 30 minutes for my appointment I stopped going. I continued to refer people there. I retired and had more time and called and made an appointment. When I walked in, Katie acted like she didn’t know who I was and questioned why I was there. I had called a week earlier and specifically asked Nina to schedule me with Katie. Received very poor service and was treated very poorly. Was surprised there were only 2 people working. I used to go there and it was very busy- not the case now. Loan worked for Katie for several years- wonderful technician. If you are looking for her she is at Noire- Bell Tower. I was very disappointed in how I was treated by Katie andNina.

I always wonder if these reviews are real or not, so I rarely take the time to post one. I chose this salon based upon Google reviews, so I felt like I should share my experiences through the same format.I easily got an appointment on a Sunday at the last minute. They were very accommodating and friendly. The spa is very ornate and festive, not at all cold and sterile. Everyone was very friendly. They were not in a hurry at all. I got a great pedicure and french gel manicure. Both of my services were very nice. I sipped Red wine, listened to relaxing music, and was treated with warmth and kindness throughout my visit. I look forward to going back again and again.If you dont want to be treated like cattle, this is a great place to have your nail services done.

Katie is nothing short of amazing. Call ahead and grab an appointment, especially in snowbird season. She’s so good at what she does that she keeps very busy!

If you want a day of pampering, then this is the place to go. I had my nails done by Loan and she did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend her again.

Best Pedicure I have gotten in a while! They took their time and added a few extra things you dont usually get in a pedicure. Very relaxing place.

Loan has been my nail tech for 4+ years she is so amazing! Simplicity in booking, they will call you if their is any cancelations. It’s nice to have a local business to support and visit. The owners Katy and Troy are so superb! Katy always decorates for the season, which keeps brining me in to see what she’s changed! :D

Small personal nail salon! Katie is a great owner and runs the salon well. My technician Loan has been doing my nails for years and I followed her to IV Nails from a different salon in town. Love my Katie and Loan!

A really great and new place in the area its a classy place to go and have your nails and feet pampered along with having a nice glass of wine or a bottled water Mary there is amazing and Katie the owner is too, the decor is beautiful chandeliers, fresh flowers and the prices are very reasonable.
