I worked for two years at R&L and was terminated which was fine until the director of finance put her hands on me twice while I was trying to gather my belongings. It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a company. The managers take credit for all the hardworking underpaid staff. They belittle you and make working miserable. Ive never worked at a place that insults you at every turn. I was forced to leave without my belongings and had to wait for 15 mins for someone to bring my keys and debit card. Its been two weeks and I still have yet to receive the rest of my things. Dont trust them with your business or try to work there.

The work environment and culture is fun and festive, but proper training is non-existent. They set you up for failure due to the lack of communication and leadership from middle management. The bonus structure changes every two to three quarters, but never in the employees favor. Any discrepancies in bonus pay are difficult to settle. Base pay increases happen seldomly if not at all. Most employees are immediately escorted out of the building or not allowed access into building once a notice of resignation is given. This is a great place to work if you have never worked at any other 3PL (Third Party Logistics) company.

Love R+L! The employees work quickly and its always a real person on the line. Not very common in the logistics world
