They are a bit pricey, but they are well worth the service. I was able to ship important documents internationally with much certainty and in a timely manner. Good customer service overall.

I live in CO but I’m on vacation here right now. I order from Represent clothing constantly and receive my packages all the way out there in 2 full days as promised every time with no hiccups. I’m currently on my 4th day of waiting when FL is over a thousand miles closer to the U.K. My package has been stuck on “will be delivered as agreed” for several hours (which scares me because plenty of people have had their package stuck like that for way longer) there is absolutely no reason for a T-shirt to have any restrictions on it. This is nothing more than a simple case of laziness and making an overall good company look bad. If you see that the estimated delivery day is tomorrow and you have a perfect opportunity to deliver the package then why don’t you?

Always quick and accommodating service. Packages are never lost. Great group of people that work here.

Love them I sent a letter to Argentina and was quoted in another dhl in Cape Coral for 100 dollars and at this place they onle chrged me 74 dollars so happy to find them and also they told me the package will be there like in Thursday but it was there in Monday Ibwas amazed they are super efficient Love it!

Small office but attentive staff

My DHL delivery driver left my package at the front gate of my 250+ home community. We have no guard or anything, just a call box. One of my neighbors picked it up and left it at my door when they entered the gates. There is NO EXCUSE. I never even received a call from the gate to let him in. Just a voicemail saying he left it at the front gate.

I never had an issue with any of the staff they are all very caring and always willing to help with your packages 📦 needs .

Excellent service. I arrived there 10 minutes before closing, still they were really helpful and patient. I do not remember his name, I think Rob, he was so helpful.

I receive several packages a month and have a signature on file with instructions to leave packages on front porch. We prefer that to driver ringing the doorbell which sets the dog off and then having to hang on to dog while trying to sign for package. Just about every delivery, we have to argue with the driver. They insist we sign for the package. When we ask them to look up our account to verify the signature on file, they refuse to do so. I have called the 800# customer service who have verified that the packages should be left on porch but we just cannot get the local drivers to understand. I am completely frustrated with this. It has been going on since last June when we moved to new house.

I have packages arriving at least twice a month, the truck pass Naples were I live, on the way to Ft Meyers 45 min north of Naples .It is so slow, today I have been waiting over 7 hours ( like a flight from the USA to Europe)I can see the package was dispatched out of Ft Meyer at 09:50 this morning .The Ft Meyers costumers are prioritised and Naples clients are last on their delivery list .Had to re schudele the who,e day because of this .UPS & FEDEX deliver here all day long all the days of the week .I need to reconsider changing to UPS & FEDEXDHL you need to shape up 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

DHL never ceases to amaze. They provide real time tracking- the employees at my local office are all top-notch.

Your typical warehouse type of shipping center. It is sort of tucked back into a little corner. You have to take a few turns off the main road to get there. Staff was friendly.
