What a nightmare. Rude people at the Ft. Myers terminal. The national number was more help which is usually the opposite when you are looking for a lost shipment.

Friday and I still dont have the package they said they would deliver last Sunday!!! Every day a new status update saying it is delayed another day. What is the problem???

Notifications came on 4-18 saying package delivery on 4-19 notifications on 4-19 said on truck scheduled for delivery by end of day 4-19 new notification said on truck scheduled for delivery on 4-20 I live 20 miles away and they said it’s loaded on truck to be delivered on 4-20 and no I can’t pick it up if I could give less than 1 star I would the lady on phone kept saying I didn’t get notifications saying anything about 4-19 I hate lies

I picked a package up from this place, and then went to ship it to another individual and they told me I could not do so without a freight account. So I go online and open a freight account. I go in there to ship it and they told me that Ive got an Express freight account, I need a freight freight account. I asked them if I can sign up for this freight account and they told me they dont know how to do that?nobody in the entire FedEx freight building knows how to tell a customer to open up a FedEx freight account so they can ship the same package that picked up from FedEx freight. I was in the building offering to pay cash, or card, to ship a package and I was basically turned away. Being a business owner myself it would be very, very upsetting to know my customers were being treated in such a way.

Wasnt the place I was looking for. But the lady that works there was friendly and helpful.

Fort Myers FedEx is staffed by the nicest people around. They did everything they possibly could helping us get a generator we ordered during Hurricane Irmas chaotic aftermath.

If you have something heavy to ship, you can bring it to them, if properly boxed or stapped on a pallett. But get a broker to get a better pricing before walking-in otherwise their pricing is 3 times the brocker price same truck figure how??

Awful customer service. Bad attitudes by multiple employees. They are cheaper, it’s the only way they get business.

Super friendly staff and good service

Very cooperative in allowing pick up of a shipment that was not getting delivered for some reason.

They misled several times about the package to be delivered. They promised a delivery date and up until that date never even left the local terminal. Then was misplaced on a train for two weeks and arrived damaged

Cheaper than UPS but terrible claims dept denied claim after leaving my package in pouring rain, ruining it- am out $65
