This place has been home to me and my girlfriend for over a year now, this place has true quality to the term “ Luxury Apartments.” The bedrooms are absolutely huge, the walk in closet is enormous, flooring is beautiful and real unlike many other luxury apartments. You’ll fall in love with the bathrooms as well. The pool area, WOW. You can do everything from swim, have a fire, grill out, play ping pong, corn hole, pool, and even sit and watch the sports games on the two HUGE TVs on the deck. We just resigned our lease and couldn’t be happier. Valerie and Richard have treated us like true family!
Overall The Edge is a wonderful place to live, with numerous perks, great location, and a staff that is helpful and timely.I’ve been a tenant here for over a year and the experience has been wonderful. Richard was the first person I interacted with during the apartment walkthrough, and his genuine personality and kindness helped me feel confident in my decision to live here. Since then, the community has provided a beautiful pool, workout facilities, and apartment living that is difficult to find anywhere else. Valarie does a great job keeping us updated on changes, and John handles maintenance requests in almost the same day.The apartment has had issues regarding appliances breaking down (HVAC and shower) and security concerns (my wife’s vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run in the parking lot). But the apartment staff works very hard to fix these changes and provide solutions when available. Very happy with our experience here!
I love this apartment building but the customer service Ive been receiving for the last couple of weeks has been terrible. Richard has been so rude and inconsiderate to my roommate and I. I had a package in the front and wasnt notified from them and when I did receive a call, I was told he was going to return to sender if I didnt take it right then and there. When I asked for the package, he said it was heavy and dropped it right in front of me. I called my roommate who I was with at the pool and asked if he could help but Richard wouldnt let him through the building to help me. I also experienced some flooding in my apartment and when I tried to get some help with it, he wouldnt let me talk to the maintenance person but allowed my roommate to when the flood was in my bathroom. He then said he would call me back with an update and never did until I called multiple times and was told he got information about it but didnt call me. On both occasions he has had an attitude with my roommate and I and I just wish I could talk to someone else in management about it but I am not able to. Its completely ridiculous and unfortunate for such a nice building to have such bitter and rude staffing.
I moved into The Edge December of 2020 and I had a great first experience. Richard and Valerie were super nice and accommodating with helping me sign my lease and everything. This apartment complex was the only one I got approved to and I dont even have bad credit (got denied from Murano and Estero oak) A plus here is they allow any kind of dog. Ive seen huskys, German shepherds, and even Pit bulls here. The apartments look really nice on the inside and outside because they are new, however they are really cheap. The walls are cheap, the drawers fall out all the time, and the appliances are cheap too. Basically, every month here has gotten exponentially worse.The past couple of months have been overall awful here. Another company bought out the Edge (switched from Incore Residential to JMG Realty) and ever since then all management has been absolutely horrid. I know the switch has been hard and I know Richard and Valerie are just trying to do their jobs, but Im extremely upset because this new company tried to tack on a $100 late fee on last months rent. I was on vacation late during July early August, and since they were in the process of switching companies I couldnt pay rent on the online portal because the new portal wasnt set up yet. I called four times and spoke with both Valerie and Richard about how I will come drop off the rent when i get back from vacation and all late fees would be waived. Great I thought. No they literally lied to me, I had to ask them for a rent ledger so I can submit it to my insurance company and low and behold i see the 100$ late fee!!! I if I never asked for that ledger I would never have known. Im not saying this is Richard or Valeries fault at all, its this new rental company JMG Realty. Regardless, Ill definitely be moving out of here when my lease is up.
I’m giving 5 stars for the exceptional customer service I received from Valerie and Andrea. I relocated from Chicago so everything was done online without me having a tour. These ladies did a great job accommodating me up until I arrived. The apartment is cute and cozy.
Apartments are brand new and full of mold. Multiple tenants here have the same issues. Nothing has been done to fix it after I was promised months ago. I wake up everyday fully congested and feel sick. I pay $1500 a month to live here and there’s never any parking as well. Would never ever recommend anyone living here!!Replying to your comment,“Our team moved quickly to resolve the reported issues” yeah no. That’s why I’m still living in mold. Putting an air scrubber in for 2 days does nothing. Nice try! This place is a joke. So many cars still also park without a sticker and there’s no parking still.
I love it here! What’s not to love? It’s a new development and the people as well as the staff is all friendly and awesome. Two thumbs up!
I visited several properties in the area. Ranging from luxury style living to rent by owners. One of the primary reasons that made me decide to move here was Richard and Valerie. They were very clear and honest. Many other places failed to let me know about fees. They are both very kind and helpful. Im very detailed and ask lots of questions, they were extremely capable and patient. I could have rented somewhere else but I wanted to live somewhere where the people who manage the property have high integrityand willing to go above and beyond. That is exactly what I found.The property is new and very clean. Well kept. In a very central area that would allow me to walk to stores or parks.Richard has been very kind and helpful every step of the way. Including helping answer questions as I signed my lease.I could not be happier to be moving into my beautiful new apartment.Thank you, Richard and Valerie.
I recently went to the Edge Apartments hoping to find a place my family would feel comfortable and I left extremely happy at what I found. The propertys manager and staff were very accommodating, especially since I tend to ask a lot of questions. I found a beautiful property with apartments that are well laid out and an amazing value. I would definitely recommend the Edge Apartments.

Horrible horrible horrible experience!! I went to look at the property and the only person I came in contact at the property was very rude and discriminating towards me. He made my kid and Myself feel very scare and uncomfortable.Stay away from here if you want to live in safe and family oriented place. Definitely Not here!!!
