Poor Customer Service, even if they do not have apartment available, they should treat people differently and be polite.

Lost out on an apartment because they never answered the phone for me for a few months. I had to call them a thousand times before they could answer just for them to tell me they’re waiting list is closed and not excepting anymore people.

I had a problem with my microwave the people came out and give me a new microwave. anytime I have a problem with my AC somebody’s always out there to fix it. Employees that work in the office is very nice and always willing to help you.

The Worst place to live EVER !!!!! The service is horrible. If you have an problem with your home it will take a week or so for them to come and check it out

Maintenance changed both my stove element and my microwave. They were very good n time this time to fix things promptly. Thanks for the timeliness of getting my maintenance request handled.

Current:Had a drip from shower. Had to remove wall and replace plumbing in wall and handle. Excellent job.Previous:The staff we get used to does randomly leave. During the COVID protocol, all the staff has made things easier. Office staff and Property Management is excellent. I only gave 4 instead of 5 is we had some issues that took longer than expected, so I disabled the fan that was catching fire and at another time, a stove burner caught fire too. Both were disabled with about a two week turn around fix.

Santana is the BEST!!!!Santana is the best maintenance supervisor, but whoever came to fix my bathroom did not paint my bathtub and the top faucet.

Excellent place to live! Have lived here for 6 years and love it. The price is very affordable and the apartments are nice. There is also ample parking spaces so you never have to worry about whether you’ll find a parking space near your residence (such a plus). The neighborhood has really improved since I first moved here. The office staff of the property are great and always willing to work with you. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an affordable and safe place to live.

I honestly had a great time living at Westchase I hated having to move but I had to... Eric the manager always made it clear that he works really hard to make sure complaints are handled quickly. Ravien and Lucy were always so sweet and welcoming. I also loved the pool!!

Ive lived here for three years now. A few months ago we got new management and they are honestly the most incapable people Ive ever seen. Theres rats and opossums outside our building. Theres furniture everywhere and a dumpster that is constantly over flowing. Everyone wants to move out. This used to be a pretty nice complex, but new management is running this place into the GROUND.

My daughter lives there. Well cared for.

LOtS of cockroaches!! I really wanted to love this place. We worked hard to get in there, was a great layout and floor plan, but the third party management was quick to get us evicted when my husbands veteran check came in late. Even when we showed the money when it came in, a week before before Christmas. It’s the kids that ended up suffering. Place would have great potential. Just sad news now. P.S. -cockroaches.

I was in there a few days ago looking for a new apartment and I was really happy to see how professional everyone was. The assistant manager, Judy, was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. The apartments are nice and close to almost everything. I highly recommend this community.

Despite apartments with a great floor plan, dealt with noise pollution from other units, indifferent service from the office, frequent management changes and a really devastating cockroach problem. Spent three years here and would not recommend.

Phone calls are very rarely answered. Maintenance requests take too long, if they are even responded too. IF Maintenance does show up the bare minimum is done to keep old equipment/appliances running.

It is so far the worst place I have lived in this country. I am counting the day to leave. The management has not idea how to run this place. The apartment are falling in pieces since the day 0. The maintenance crew seem to be busy all day but they are more focused in the appearance of the exteriors than in the lifes quality of the rente. Lately, my A/C stop working every other week and they just patch the problem for another 15 days.I am so disappointed that I am spending my time writing this so no else pass through all this. The place I came from, Hawks Landing Apartment, is way better and still affordable. By the way, I would pay more for having a cozier place.

After I was denied for accusing me of lying about my income. Lord forbid we are humans people do make mistakes. I was told I would be refunded my holding deposit. I called several times to make sure deposit would be refunded and to send to my current address, however I was told by the “supervisor” I would be receiving a call back from her. This was not true and deposit was mail to wrong address 🤦🏽‍♀️ after I specifically wrote down current address before I left the office. So annoying that people do not take you or their employment seriously but call themselves “supervisor”. Do not play with my money! Victoria on the other hand was great, great customer service. I think she should be promoted to supervisor! Seems like this is a pick and go establishment very disappointing.

I have lived here. I must say if you are looking for something to lower your bills go here. You barely need to open any lights in your house because there is so much natural light coming into the windows. The view is nice and the area is well kept.HOWEVER! Be ware when you get there of the MAGICAL fees that pop out of no where. When I first moved there they showed me the fitness rooms and laundry rooms and pool with no problem. They failed to tell me I would have to pay a certain amount to have a key to access these rooms in order to have 24/7 access. Security wise? Good, but please tell someone what they will have to pay before they even sign the lease. Children walk and run around these apartments alot. The walls are thin. So if you plan to move here with a lot of children this is not a good idea people will complain. The place seems quiet. However there are people who smoke a lot and sometimes you will smell the scent. Walk around yourself and talk to someone whose lived there to get the info about the apartment. Some of the information they give you is misleading.

This place was a pure joke. Went there under the premise that the apartments actually LOOKED like the pictures posted online. It was the exact opposite. Its pretty much like going to look at a 2015 Audi and finding a 1989 Corolla instead.

Its been 5 years since Ive moved from out there,the apartments are wonderful and I absolutely loved it out there the only issue was our rent was going up every year and it started getting to the point I could not afford it so I had no choice but to move which I hated too really badly

This is an edited review, the rating went up: I really like the community in general. The office staff isnt entirely approachable but they do listen when there is an issue. The manager is highly proactive but maintenance is understaffed and overwhelmed, but very nice when they FINALLY get to your maintenance order, it can take a while. This is not a bad nieghborhood, but there are some undesirable tenants, and it seems the community manager is keeping an eye in them and aware of their presence. This a working class community, lots of kids and young families, very deverse. They are reasonably priced. The pool is always clean. ******They are pet friendly!!!!!!Final thoughts, My biggest complaints are: maintenance slowness, front gate not working and some undesirable tenants. If you can deal with these, you may like this neighborhood!I think the manager means well but can only do so much within their job description and all the corporate red tape does not help but the well meaning intentions are noted!!

This supposed to be a gated community, but you can literally walk in through the public sidewalk outside of the community. The gate actually doesnt work and there isnt a full sidewalk through the community, the staff is super rude and very dismissive.

Great experience!! I was there last week searching for an apartment and a guy, I think his name was Jorge or Jose, was very friendly, nice and helpfull. He answered all my questions in a very profesional way. The Manager, Renee, was also very friendly and made me feel like they really want me there living in the Community. I really felt a great enviroment with the staff in general. I am pretty sure that I will put my application there and I also will tell my friends. I´ll definetly will recommend this place to everybody. Great Team!!!

Stay far away from this place!! Yes i know its affordable but its not worth it! If you notice all the recent people giving them 5 stars are either about to move in or just moved in. So take advise for someone that has been here for 10 months... Ok where to begin... They are nice at first to make you rent from them (think about it all good apartments, there is always a waiting list! Why are poeple leaving after 1 year! Here is why... If you messed something up from your apartment like for ex: your blinds they will fix it with in a week or so because you will have to pay for it on your next rent ok thats fine but when something is messed up that is not your fault and has to come out of their pocket they will take months and months to fix it! The pool is a joke the pebble is all broken making you get your feet all cut up and the kiddie pool is way worse your kids will come out all scraped out. Chuncks of broken pebble (the cement the pool is made of) all on the floors of the pool. The gym is even worse. It has 6 equipment which all are broken (1 kind of works ehh). They front gate doesnt work they told me it just broke and they are going to fix it but i asked a guy who worked here and got fired he said its been broken for over 4 years and theyre not planning on fixing it. The play ground is another joke dirty and all broken... They have security riding outside the apartments yet my friend still got her car stolen. They ride around just talking doing nothing again a joke! You cant be outside of your apartment after 10 not even in your car so for get about going for late walks and like i said the moment you are doing the application every thing is nice but after a few months they start putting papers on your door for fees on stupid things like having a mat outside your door... Really? Smfh! Also my daughter got chemical burn in the kiddie pool, i let them know so they could close it because i didnt want anybody elses kids to get hurt. I wasnt going to sue but they thought i was so they started to harass me with every thing they could fees for blind, matt outside the door, stuff that i didnt even do they made it up and started to be extremely rude that judy lady! They will do anything thats in the best interest for them not you! Beware stay far away! Trust me when i tell you, you will not live here peacefully! Keep seaching for another place and i hope you do find a nice place and please do reviews so people know before they get themselves in places will they will live in hell untill the lease is over and are able to leave! My husband and I have lived in 3 places that have been technically nicer but I would have to say that this apartment is my favorite so far. First off, you cant beat the price. This obviously is low income housing, so you have to fit within the criteria to be accepted. We have a one bedroom on the third floor and we pay $615 a month. I love the layout of the apartment. In essence, its a big circle so that everything is connected and open. (Its different for the 2 and 3 bedrooms) The bathroom opens up to the bedroom and the kitchen, which may sound funny bu really that just means that guests dont have to go through your bedroom to get to the bathroom. Being on the third floor is great because even though you may have slightly higher energy bills, you have awesome vaulted ceilings which really open the place up. We pay around $70 for electric in the winter and $130 in the summer. Comcast services the area and you can get fairly decent prices on cable and internet. The maintenance is decent. If you have a serious problem, theyre usually there within the day. But at the same time, I havent had a working dishwasher since we moved in here. The office staff is great. Super friendly and easy going. They have to deal with all kinds of people so theyre very understanding and can help you through most anything. One thing I dont like is that the pool is only open during office hours. You literally have to go through the office and sign in to get there. And on Sunday, they usually have someone sitting in a little room next to the pool, making sure that anyone who comes in lives there. (Wish they would just install a gate card, way easier and less annoying). They allow pets, you just have to pay a deposit. They also allow you to paint. The apartment itself is pretty basic but if youre creative, you can make it look awesome. The landscaping is pretty well kept as well as the pond. The only thing I dont like is that a lot of people here walk their little dogs without a leash and I have a big dog who isnt fond of little dogs. So I always have to check outside before I take her on a walk. Also just a hint, it seems to get a little sketchier the further back you go in the community. They may just not take care of it quite as well because its not facing the road...? Not sure. So if you have a chance to get an apartment up front - awesome. Youll also avoid being next to the furniture dump which can get pretty full and ugly.

If you plan to move into these apartments, I just want to give you some advice, make sure there are no bed bugs in your apartment, I have been living here for a few months I bought my new bed before moving in and a few days ago my bed was damaged by bed bugs and my son 2 years old they bite him and when I went to the office they told me that i had brought bed bugs, my question is how did I bring bed bugs if I have no furniture and my bed is new and they told me that I had to pay 450 $ to have them fumigated and if not I wanted to pay that it was better for me to move but that they would charge me a fee to break the contract I had no choice but to pay the 450 $ for them to fumigate I had to get rid of my things because there were still live insects after the first fumigation and I had to throw everything away, so if you dont want the same thing to happen to you, just make sure there are no bed bugs,,

Excellent service. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance is very good and their staff and that when I have requested their service they resolve on time.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have electricity problems, I have been bathing with cold water for 2 months because they have not been able to fix the heater and I am paying for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms to have only one bathroom because the main one was damaged and they came to close it to fix it and they never came (thats about 3 months by the way). I count the days to be able to leave this place.

I have been thinking a lot about moving here I have already taken the desire with so many bad experiences of the people who live in this place I am very angry to know that they are paying a rent and do not give maintenance to the place they do not fix the apartments and I would not like go through none of that I prefer to pay 1000 times more in another place where if the needs are met on time

Since I had contact with yuri, the assistant manager at Westchase, I have loved the good education and friendliness of her team, both in maintenance and customer service. It is a safe and good place to live there they go out of their way to make you feel good is that place I recommend them
