I would give this 0 stars if I could. This is the biggest SCAM of a company. The most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with in my life. Had to live in a black mold infested apartment because my landlord from this company refused to respond to my emails or send people out to look at the AC unit and water pipes which were causing the leaks in my walls. Had to then vacate apartment due to the black mold and was forced to live in a hotel WHICH I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET for a week. Lived without working AC unit for 2 months in summer in Florida. Was charged $90+ for water monthly (after being quoted $25) and was refused a meter reading or breakdown of the bill. Lived without a working fire alarm after sending landlord countless emails about having it fixed. I am now being told that I will NOT be receiving $400 out of my security deposit back because the refrigerator and cabinets were dirty--when I had someone come in and completely clean all of the apartment. Overall this was the WORST experience going through this company and would avoid them like the plague.

Wow just had an experience with one of their agents. His name is Ryan Caviness. I asked if I could see the property he has listed. He said yes but I needed to pay $75 application fee. I told him never mind I will look elsewhere. Im not paying $75 before I even look at it. This is his reply I copied it. I’m not willing to show property to unserious clients. Wasted too much time, energy, and money doing that. $75 is nothing compared to a normal rental with $300+ on fees. So this leads me to believe this group is a scam. So if I were you I would steer far away from this group. And if you see this guys name attached to any house out there stay away.
