Used 2 years. Year 1 would not clean dryer vent because it has silver tape wrapped around it. Cleans it from outside, Poor job to say the least. Had the dryer hose completely replaced by someone else. No more tape. All About Lint comes to do vent cleanout. I was a work and a neighbor let him in to do his thing. I come home and there is now silver tape wrapped around the attachment. When I asked him why he said to prevent air leaks. There were not air leaks before his service. I asked him to come and remove tape and do it properly. Once here he says he never does anything wrong and it was fine. He supposedly fixes it, but once he leaves and I turn on dryer, there is air blowing everywhere. He ripped the dryer hose. Had to get someone else to fix that properly. Will NEVER use this service again.

What a great service. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and he arrived at the time of our scheduled appointment. He completed the job quickly, cleaning out the ducts on the inside and going onto the roof to check the vent there. The amount of lint from our ducts was amazing! Im so happy I called. Needed the clothes dryer vent cleaned after living here for 3 years. Samuel showed up on time as promised, was personable and professional and did a great job! He brushed out the wall vent with his vacuum and extending brush, cleaned the dryer vent from outside the machine and went up on the roof to check the airflow at the vent boot there and clean it. We do several loads of laundry each week and some lint had built up in the wall vent. I’m glad it’s all clean now and I have a more efficient dryer. I was very very impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of Sam (the owner) who also performed the cleaning service. My dryer was not properly drying my clothes even on high heat for 1+ hours. I had never had my dryer vent path cleaned and Sam cleaned out all the lint that had been lodged in over the years. He also went on top of the roof and found a matted pad of lint that was attached to my roof vent screen. He advised that the screen really should be removed since my vent cap was arched (gooseneck style) and the screen was catching the lint and could become an issue again. Sam also verified with his flow meter that on the roof the flow rate from the dryer was in the proper specification after the cleaning. I would use him again and would highly recommend him.

Our dryer starting acting up, turning off after 3 minutes in a cycle. Then it started to run a whole cycle with no heat. I called Sam out to clean out the vents and lint (lived here two years without doing so) and he was able to clean it all up and now the dryer works like it should!He was responsive, even on a Sunday and was always available if needed. Sam did an excellent and thorough job. I have a difficult vent to get to but Sam was able to make it happen with no damage or disruption. He also made sure the proper air flow was coming out the exhaust vent on the roof. He was super careful when on the roof which is very important. You would be amazed just how much lint and dryer sheets get into the duct work. I’m good for a long while now but will call Sam once it’s time to do it again.

Sam came out this morning and took care of our dryer lint issue. He was on time, called when he was about 10 minutes out, and took care of the lint in a timely manner. This company is wonderful. The owner/operator came out the same week I contacted him. He was prompt, professional and efficient. I could not remember how long it had been since our dryer vent had been cleaned, but I am so glad I contacted All Out Lint. He went up to the roof where it vents out, used his meter to check the air flow. Not good. He showed me the large handful of lint. Yikes. After he cleaned out the full vent/ hose he rechecked the airflow. Went from approx 500 to 1700. Not only do I no longer have a fire hazard, but my dryer will dry in less time. Very affordable!

We have been struggling with the dryer since we purchased it...we were at the point where we purchased a lemon. You would have to run 4-5 cycles to dry anything and it was always turning itself off. The duct work is very short, so we never thought lint could be the issue. Based on some recommendations from our Neighborhood forum I called Samuel at All Out Lint. He was able to come out the same day and WOW the results from his service saved us from buying a new dryer. The airflow was completely blocked even though its only 2-3 feet from the dryer to the outside. After he unclogged the exhaust it still was not to his expectation, so he shorten the pipe and WOW -- now the dryer works perfectly.
