I was greeted on my recent return from the North to a water leak from the unit above me. Although the gentleman upstairs said he would make it right and pay for everything, I thought it important to contact my own homeowners insurance. When I did, the referred me to Devoted Restoration. I called and Jackson and Collen were at my place within an hour., They were able to detect the water behind the walls and well as see the stains. Carpeting had also gotten damaged and baseboard had to be removed. Then in came the blowers, a number of them. Jackson were professionals in every since of the word and were just as courteous from the word go. They were here right on the button every morning, even as early as 7 am as that is the time I had requested. I believe this is well ahead of the time they normally start. Good to see people work with you. I am very pleased with the work them and the work they did.

This company was prompt, courteous, and very professional. They responded very quickly, answered all questions and offered detailed information about the issue. They resolved my problem with the least cost to me possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the services they offer. Tony Greene, the Emergency Service Manager was extremely helpful, reassuring and professional.

I never leave reviews. But this was such a positive experience I felt I needed to. We had a water leak over the weekend. On Monday we called Devoted and asked them to come out to assess. They were there right when they said they would be and carefully surveyed the situation including an infrared scan. They determined that we had already done a good job of mitigation and gave us some additional advice. Best of all they didnt try to up-sell us on services we didnt need and didnt charge us anything for the visit. They were great. Wed definitely use them again - but hopefully we wont have to.

This company is fast, prompt and very professional. They came out and had the estimate ready same day! The office staff is so happy and friendly on the phone. Hendrix who did the repair work was amazing, polite and cleaned up as he was working and after he was done. I highly recommend this company for any work needed

This company is absolutely top notch. I recently had flooding in my home from a broken water heater. I was fortunate that I was referred to Devoted. From the first phone call that I made (I spoke with Jamie, one of the owners), all service was prompt, courteous, professional. I needed everything from the initial mitigation service with having baseboards immediately removed and large fans/dehumidifiers placed to the final process of painting walls. Doug was my go to person and he handled everything for me including the estimate, communication with his team, and check endorsement from my insurance company. He made sure I felt free to reach out to him at any time with questions and he kept me updated continually. Chelsea helped me with scheduling for all repairs and made the process easy for me and my schedule. Tony and Tim came out to replace baseboards- were right on time and had the job done more quickly than anticipated with excellent work. Leo and his team came out to paint- again every day on time and really went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfectly. Then the icing on the cake- Kelly came out and cleaned following all work being completed and she was wonderful! I feel so thankful for all of these people and the work that Devoted does. The communication throughout was so timely and the process was seamless. Truly made a bad situation for me so much better. Truly a testament to the owners that they have all of these wonderful people working for them- they all truly care about their customers!

Devoted has a good team of professionals doing their best to serve our community to the best of their ability. I called Devoted Restoration on a Tuesday (non-emergency) and they showed up on time the following morning at 8 am. Timmy quickly assessed the problem and began work immediately. Not only was his work fantastic, but my wife commented how kind and courteous he was, even going so far to help her with the garbage cans in our driveway. Devoted Restoration lives up to its name! When we found that we had water damage in our walls from a leaking shower pan, Stan and Brandon came out right away to check out the damage. They talked us through the entire process and were always happy to answer any questions we had. They were very helpful in dealing with our claim and making sure we had everything we needed for our insurance company. The crews were respectful and did a great job. We’ve already recommended Devoted Restoration and will absolutely do so again in the future.

I have used Devoted Restoration on quite a few occasions now and the service has been impeccable every time! When a washing machine completely flooded one of our homes they had a team on site, after hours, in less than 30 minutes. They moved quickly and helped to ease our tenants anxiety. Jamey and Tony stayed in constant communication with us through the entire process and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening and to answer any questions we had. They have also helped me with some small repairs & dry-outs without hesitation never acting as if it were too small of a job for them...they treated it with the same sense of urgency and importance. Devoted Restoration took care of all the issues I had resulting from water damage. It was a seamless and effortless problem on my end. They took care of everything. I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

So thankful for this company! They really care about the people they help. We have three young children, and they cleaned out the mold we found quickly and efficiently.

HORRIBLE COMPANY extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Owners jamey and stan and one of their managers are the the reason why restoration companies are seen as scam artist. These guys are known for passing air quality test by either hiring their own guy to pass it for them or altering the reslults to become positive since the OWNER jamey took the course on how to pass mold test and like he said “knowing the secret ways to get a mold test to pass”. Not only that but on multiple occasions their workers have been told to Pull fans and dehumidifiers from areas that are still wet because it had passed the three day mark that insurance companies will pay for. There are some good and honest employees here but I will never trust a company that is run with Dishonest cheap owners like these. 0 out of 5 stars.

I cannot thank this company enough! I walked into my new office after visiting with my son for 2 days and found water everywhere! It was more than a shock, I was in disbelief. I’ve never had to take care of a situation like this, but I knew I needed to act fast. My insurance agent gave me Devoted’s telephone number – they were there fast with all of the equipment needed to get started! Going through the process of dealing with insurance adjusters and the landlord was extremely stressful and daunting – I’ve never been through this before! Everyone of the employees at Devoted were kind, compassionate, and efficient. They all greet you with a calm “don’t worry” demeanor – sounds simple enough, but it meant a lot! Unfortunately, this company does not communicate with the customer. They do not inform the customer of the plan to complete the work nor respond to phone calls/messages.

A GREAT company to deal with!

I recently had a neighbor get some work done by them and all I have to say is they need to speak to their employees because they were constantly cursing outside and what seem to me as they were just goofing off, it was beyond me why they would be doing that while working on a job site.
