We just had the most amazing little celebration for our 3 year old! The entire team is incredible, and it is the perfect spot for a sweet girly celebration. So excited to have found this gem on the east side of town.

This place was AWESOME!! They had exceptional customer service! Staff was very nice, patient, and interactive. The spa was absolutely beautiful and clean. They even provided us with custom complementary bath bomb for the kids to take home. My daughter cant stop talking about it! Pretty in Pink you have outdone yourself. PIP is such an incredible party venue for little girls. We also love the camps and the other programs they offer. Also great to have a beautiful place to have my daughter’s hair cut and get a little pampering. The decor is stunning and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for everything!! Very disappointed and discouraged with the type of services that were provided by Pretty in Pink Princess spa!!!. My daughter and I were guests for a birthday party there and I genuinely feel bad for the family that chose this venue. For two and half hours the childs mother who held the party was the facilitator, entertainer, presenter and event coordinator. That said, there was a staff of 5-6 girls that did not help or entertain the kids. All the staff did was stand around together in little groups with absolutely no interactions with the party and guests. The lack of attention to the kids was awful!!! For a setting and venue such as this, I felt the staff was trained inadequately to captivate the kids attention. We tried to look for the owner but she was gone leaving the staff without appropriate supervision. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I dont know how much it was to hold a party here but I couldve hosted and entertained a better party at half their cost. Move forward to the next venue and dont consider Pretty in Pink Princess Spa!!!!! !!!

My daughter had the best time at their spring camp. My daughter is usually shy with new people but she enjoyed it so much she was on stage singing by the end of the day! She opted out of the manicure and the face paint but enjoyed all the games they played and the snacks they offered. She even said she missed it and wanted to go back the following day. I can’t wait for the next event. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

If I could leave no star I would... I was recommended this place by a friend who had her party here last year and she said if in a bind this is the place to go cute fairy’s with pink hair and owner really cool easy going...Well after 5 phone calls/text finally got someone who was totally not helpful and actually suggested that I find different location...Omg... Definitely not in business to stay in business...🤔🤔🤔

This was the best party my daughter has ever had! Owner was professional and accommodating. Staff was very fun and pleasant. Atmosphere was beautiful. Definitely recommend this salon for girl parties, loved it!

We attended a birthday party here recently, excellent location and the owner and her staff were flawless in entertaining all the kids for the entire event! We subsequently booked into their Christmas event, again very well run with crafts and Christmas music and dancing, even my 3 year old son had a ball! Delighted to have a new place in Fort Lauderdale where I know my kids will have fun and be well looked after :)

I definitely agree with Ms. Ramos about the lavishness of the spa along with the details associated with owner of this spa. I too have recently quit and received quite unprofessional and petty text messages about not receiving my normal rate for the remaining days I’ve worked, due to failure to give two weeks notice which I wasn’t aware of. Currently I’ve been blocked and unaware of my status of being paid. But regardless of the fact it’s a great place to host a princess party.

Please do not host ur party here! I have it one start because I had to, to leave a review. Not worth the money. I could have done a better job myself.I will start from the beginning. From the moment I got there, it was very disorganized. I had to help decorate with the decorations I bought. After the owner reeling me just bring them and they will be up in 5 min. After 15 min of being there, the owner left and left 4 super young girls in charge to direct the party. They supposably gave us the floral arrangement thrown in with the party. It was supposed to be an art party. I gave her a music playlist that my daughter likes and within 15 min it went off. No one that worked there knew how to get the music back on, so one of my guest fixed it after 30 min. The first project was the floral decoration. There were a few flowers layed out for each kid with a vase. During the first hour the kids from my party were running back and forth playsing with a balloon I bought there because the “fairies” were not engaging with them but talking to each other. I had to ask one of the fairies to start the floral project with them. So their idea of that was, to gather the kids and have them sit and down and do the arrangement themselves. When I asked one of the “fairies” if they could help the kids, one sat by one kid and helped while the other fairies talked and hovered by the food I bought. Anyway after that that played a few games with them and then I asked them to do the next project, which was supposed to be a lol on canvas but instead it was a happy face on canvas. Hence the party was a lol theme. Again they sat the kids down and asked them to paint their canvas with no one to help or direct any of the kids. My guest eneded up helping and myself with all the canvas. The fairies were pretty much standing around while I directed the party. When I complained to the owner this morning since my party was yesterday. I told her about her fairies. Also, sent her a pic of one of her fairies that looked like she was less then happy. She came back with I was not allowed to photograph them because they were underaged.after I explained they gave consent to photograph as I showed her another pic that the same fairy was smiling in. And as seen all over her gallery on fb. Her fairies are a part of the party and are expected to be photographed. I told her no wonder they didn’t know what they were doing because she left a place of business with minors to do an adult job. She then said I was. Being aggressive and she was going to pass on my number to the mom that didn’t want her daughter photographed. I said pass on my number. I am happy to speak with her mom. Needless to say for $719.09 for a 2.5 hour party that I did and directed myself was a waste of money. I also told her I would be writing a review. Funny how there are two positive reviews on there today. She must have gotten them put on to oust mine. Lol. Never never use this place. It is a waste of money and time !

Amazingly beautiful kids spa! So much attention to detail with the decor and activities with the girls. Not just for girls, even had pirate costumes and games for the boys. Can not wait to go back!

My daughter was standing outside of Pretty In Pink Princess Spa @pip_spa for her 5th Birthday Party that was booked with a paid deposit on 6/30/19. We showed up to locked doors and no workers ! I called the owner multiple time w/ no answer! When she finally answered she told me the party is scheduled for next week! Mind you I sent her a text with the date and sat down with her in person to go over the details! I had to redirect all of my guest who was waiting outside of this establishment to another location that did not allow outside food ..so the food and cake went to waste! My daughter dressed up in her unicorn dress to go jump on a trampoline! 😡 My daughter has been looking forward to her 5th bday all year and it was completely ruined! 😩 thankfully I was refunded my deposit doubled due to the inconvenience but that doesn’t make up for the look on my daughters face when I had to tell her she wasn’t having a spa party nor for the embarrassment I had to face when telling the other 8 moms that no one is going to come open the spa for this party I sent out invitations for two weeks ago! #disappointment #letdown #partyruined #spa #kidsparties #pipspa 💔

Pip Spa is a delightfully lavish place for children and clients looking to plan events. The owner is very friendly.However, I don’t recommend working here.The owner/employer doesn’t pay the employees for the accurate amount of time they work.As any job, it’s expected to get paid for the time worked when you enter the facility to when you leave, but there is no log system here and the owner just takes her own notes about the employee’s worked times on her handheld device, which is inaccurate sometimes if not most.Also there is no employee handbook, or any type of documentation the employer requires the employees to sign or discuss before hiring. However she will deduct an employees pay however which way she feels regardless if the current pay rate was already verbally agreed-upon, without ever discussing the rules of conduct at any point before or during employment as this is what she did to me.She deducted my pay on my last check because I didn’t provide a two week notice for my resignation as she says. I resigned in a very professional manner due to excessive personal matters requiring my full attention immediately in my life and it was better that I resign than to be unreliable.Also I waited about a month since I left until she mailed me my last check. I had to contact her about it and I never actually received it through postage. I had to then schedule a day to pick it up from the facility. She then cancelled the day I was going to pick it up, and stated she would then PayPal/Venmo/ or Zelle me the amount she owed after 12pm as something regarding personal matters pop up. Finally @ 2:47pm she sent me the money she owed through Zelle. Still quite unprofessional in my opinion.If you would like to work here, I strongly suggest you ask many questions and make sure she finally has a reliable system for handling her employees, their time, and their pay. I am grateful to have experienced this job opportunity because of the children, but I am more grateful I don’t require it in order to make my living and that I no longer work here as enough of my time has been spent working unpaid. And enough of money has been manipulated through rules that were never discussed as if they were made up when it was beyond time for the employer to pay up.Thank you.

We just celebrated my daughters 7th at PIP Spa and couldn’t be more impressed! Every last detail was thought of by Edel and her fairy staff from personalized signs, happy birthday banners, balloons, gorgeous table settings, robes, backdrops, coffee, etc etc...I didn’t have to lift a finger and couldn’t believe everything was done beyond expectation when we arrived. I would highly recommend anyone to have an event here, all 12 kids had an absolute blast and it was seriously a Spa-tacular Party! So happy to have this venue in Fort Lauderdale! THANK YOU PIP SPA!!!! 5 star all the way!!!
