The wait was not long. Nails werent too neat. Good temperature inside. No strong chemical smell inside. Not careful with electric file, it cut into my skin.

I am an African American female who went in to get a fill and a pedicure and waited for nearly an hour. A white older female walked in with no appointment and was seen before me. This same lady was asking for the same service. I said something however, an excuse was provided. I will Never come back to this place.

I had no problems. Have been going there for 18 years. Always did a good job.

Poor quality! Do not waste your money.I don’t recommend this place. Seems like people who work there are not well trained to do the nails.I got my nails done on Wednesday and they were breaking and coming apart by Friday.You can do even better job at home buying a self kit.

Not even 4 days and 2 nails are broken. Equipment has mildew and not properly sanitized terrible covid protocols. The male who works there is unprofessional. Horrible experience.

I have been coming here for almost 15 years. Very inexpensive, great people and beautiful nails! You must check them out!

This place has gone down hill! Very outdated. The nail teach had dirty nails. Not sure if its new ownership. I asked for gel polish and the polish was old and left streaks on my nails. I showed it to the nail tech and she told me, it will look better with another coat. I finally asked to change the polish and she forgot to put the top coat on a few of my nails. I will not be returning.

I am currently visiting Florida and was in dire need of a pedicure. I am huge on reviews and this was the first place I reviewed. Due to the mix in reviews I was very hesitant to try this place out. Let me just say it was probably one of the best pedicures I’ve ever received. I walked in and got right in the chair the full service was excellent for me. I understand the experience hasn’t been the same for all, but for me I have no complaints not to mention the reasonable prices. I definitely give this place 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Professional, quick, clean and affordable. I was in a rush and they were more than accommodating and my rush did not compromise their level of service. AWESOME!

Love this place for pedicures. The ladies theyre doing a really great job. Especially getting rid of and preventing ingrown toenails.

Went in for waxing and though this time the lady was pleasant, the extensions werent well done and came back for a removal since I was not able to do so on my own but unfortunately she thought the situation was funny and left me with about a third of my lashes completely ripped off..... Too bad for getting a professional removal.

Cheaper than any place I been for fills the woman did a great job she was kind and didnt hurt me while doing them she also was very fast and didnt mess up at all I love my first experience there.

Went for a basic gel manicure and pedicure. During the manicure the guy was so ruff I told him to lighten up. Next thing I know Im bleeding so I said no Ill wait. The owner just looks and say ok. No apology at all. The MOST unprofessional service EVER. This place is run like a factory (rush, rush). Not a care in the world. Its very dirty also.

Absolutely ridiculous! No time posted for closing... I call from across street and they told me they close at 7:30. I say Im coming over they say no we closed tool slow we tired... this was at 7:05! Last time I checked anyone who works gets tired but it doesnt mean we close or leave our jobs early!!

1 star because there is no way to rate 0 stars. The absolute worst service I have ever received EVER! Took me almost 3 hours to just get a pedi and mani and the lady did my nails crooked and wasn’t going to fix them until I complained enough!

I went to get a nail change and I was charged to remove my nail polish. Also when I was sitting down to dry my nails, and as i was drying, i felt like i was being poked and i was itching. It turned out to be a big bug that looked like a wasp or termite that landed in my shirt . NEVER GOING BACK.

Horrible horrible service and a non caring attitude! Went there Wednesday to get a fill in and a design was back Friday bcus a nail broke she fixed it and took off the horrible sloppy design she did on Wednesday I didnt say anything Wednesday bcus it was late when she did it and i know she wanted to go home, however when i got home after getting my nail fixed a few hours later not one but 3 nails broke went back and was a little disappointed that i had to come back again instead of her being apologetic she was rude and short with me and proceeded to tell me its not her fault that they are so thin that she only filled the grown out space with acrylic and not the whole nail. Long story short i walked out with my 3 broken nails because she was going to charge me for it 😟😡😔🤦🏼‍♀️
