I just moved in town and had no idea where to go, luckily this place is right next to my neighborhood so I gave them a try. They had plenty of stations so I was sat immediately.... Chinh did my nails and I left super happy 🥰 Cute place & affordable

I was in the area visiting family and was in dire need of a gel pedi and mani. After a lengthy search, Lamour was able to take me late in the afternoon on a Sunday when most other nail salons are closing up. The front desk gentleman who took my call was very kind. My nail tech KAYLA did a phenomenal job with my gel pedicure and reg mani. She was very sweet and took her time. Kayla cleaned up my hands and feet really well, gave me the most relaxing and firm foot massage AND neatly painted my nails. I left a very happy customer. Thank you!

Xuan is the best! She does my nails perfectly EVERY TIME! And they are always very accommodating when i need an emergency appointment. I wont go anywhere else.

I made a walk in appointment for a dip manicure and pedicure. They seated me immediately and the atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. I received the best foot massage of my life and one of the best dip powder manicures as well! I highly recommend this place. My service did not feel rushed and she took her time ensuring a quality job. Very happy with my nails, I will be coming back!

I went today for a pedi and the only thing I can say is Tony made the best massage ever, he took his time to make me feel confortable and relax, he did an amazing job, highly recommend this place...

I cant give anymore stars because there isnt anymore than 5. I have been going to Xuan for many years and she is so welcoming even when she doesnt have the time she fits me. Everyone there does amazing work!

I got my nails done three days ago and I’m missing 4 already. It took her two hours to do one full set with simple gel polish. She did the wrong shape and was doing so bad someone else had to come and do my other hand at the same time

John went above and beyond with his skill and patience. I have a broken wrist but needed to look presentable for a job interview. He took great care to accommodate me and was extremely gentle as to not hurt or irritate my wrist.He also listens and my nails are exactly as I wanted them. He’s one of the best nail techs I’ve ever been to. 💅🏼💕

Highly recommend! My nail technician Joselyn (ig @koriananails) brings all my ideas to life. She is super creative and adds amazing details. I’ve tried all the nail shapes and designs with her. Joselyn is absolutely wonderful. If I could put 6 stars I would. My nails are always beautiful and I’m always satisfied! Money well spent :)

I go there monthly for my pedicures, I go every 2-3 weeks for my gel manicures and my eyes waxed and I love the shop. They usually can get me in within just a few minutes - great job always! 😊

I have been going to this salon for years now. I had my fair share of different nail techs there. Linda and Andy have been the best ones so far. They take care of all there clients and are very sincere with them. They don’t rush on my nails. They take there time and are great at what they do.

I love Linda she’s my favorite. She always does an amazing job with my nails and she makes the design up on the spot for me. The whole place is amazing. They do great clean work, fair prices, and overall a beautiful experience. I love my nails every time and always walk out smiling.

I walked in with my daughter and got taken care of right away by the most pleasant nail tech Le. He was so patient with me being so undecided about my nail color and even helped choose what would look well on me. He was very friendly and did such a great job with my coffin shaped acrylic nails. Im very picky with the way my nails are shaped and I had no complaints about his work. Not to mention he was so kind with my 6 year old daughter. I will definitely will be going back again.

Whenever I go, I always ask for Linda because she’s amazing with nails and she takes her time on you. I love the place but Linda is my main reason to go. I highly recommend.

The nail tech did an awful job. He was rough and sloppy. I’ve never complained about a nail tech in my life. I told the cashier my complaints. She at least offered to repolish. The problem was much more than just the polish. I declined. Sad. I hate to complain but if customers are going to pay for a service, it should at least be satisfactory. I gave 2 instead of 1 star because of the cashiers response. She at least offered to try to rectify. But I will not go back.

I did a mani and pedi for my 10 year olds birthday and they charged her an adult price and the lady said well she doesnt look 10 not to mention she did gel polish and it peeled off in 2 days. I did a full set plus a pedi and my nails are lifting after 2 days I dont suggest this place $170 wasted

Nail Salon going down hill with new owners the color selection is old cheap polish. Sinks dirty old Barbaside soaking 1 nail brush wouldnt use. There lucky they have good techs without them no business hope they go back to the old way.

I love this place and everyone who works here is beyond kind. I do have one issue. I got my regular acrylics done with gel polish (I didn’t get a shape or anything) and my total was $40. My friend was with me as well and got stiletto nails with gel polish and the nails were a bit long as well, her total came out to $40. I want to know why I payed the same price as her if I had way less done to me.

I believe I’ve received good service once out of the two to three times I’ve been there. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but.... 🤨.I’m 8 months pregnant 🤰🏽and I’m not able to move as fast as before. This lady was tough with my nails, reclined my chair extremely upwards without a warning or questioning me, rushing me to walk from the pedicure area to the table to do my nails. She hurt me several times which she was aware of but never apologized one bit or ever seemed concerned. No gentleness what so ever. Her name is Cooky.The young lady who did my feet was AWESOME!!! I only regret I didn’t get her name. If I go back, it’ll be to have her or Le.

Went there today for a fill and Linda was amazing! My nails looked horrible from another nail shop and Linda brought them back to life. Cant wait to go back to her!

I did gel.. it’s suppose to last 2 weeks. The day after I got it done it chipped and started peeling. The service is horrible and they are always rushing!! Bad material and just non stop trying to offer stuff even though you said no already they harass you.

After a horrible experience with another nail salon I came here on impulse I was helped right away in the front by very nice young lady she was kind of quiet but did a wonderful job I told her all of my frustrations about the other salon and it’s been over a month and my gel polish still hasn’t chipped. It’s almost scary! 5 STARS!!

The lady that did my nails was so rude . She is telling me that my hand was not placed right when she was pulling it. She was having other conversations while not doing my nails . i asked for another color and she didnt even bother to take the first color off and she messed up one of my nails and didnt even bother to fix it...worse nail service ever.my dad and i are never going back!!!

Service was horrible! I asked for a nail art design and showed them a simple design and the lady couldn’t even do it correctly, she then continued to do it even though i said it was okay, and she completely messed it up, she got so stressed as to she didn’t even finish the design! On top of that she forgot to put top coat on 2 of my nails. Horrible place I don’t ever recommend you go there.

Ive only been here a few times because it is literally next door to my office. Yesterday was the last straw. The last 2 times I have been seated a pedicure chair, no water running. waiting for 15 minutes. I get asked what color I want but no one ever handed me the color samples. I pick my color wait another 10 minutes i decided to walk out. I should not have to wait with NOT ONE SINGLE person acknowledging If i am OK or is someone going to help me. If i can give a lower rating I would. They have no customer Service, the very first time i didnt know they closed at 7:30 and they closed all the credit card machines and made me walk to Publix to take out cash. Should they have warned my i couldve paid for my service and tip in advance. Do them a favor, and stay away dont even get tempted, they suck.

Went for the first time today. The guy who did my nails was amazing. He was a little rough but he did a great job. My toes has ingrown toe nails and he got them out... no more pain. Ill be back

HORRIBLE experience today! I went in expecting to request May because I wanted a specific design and she not only jacked up my ONE NAIL THAT HAD A DESIGN but also the others that are one solid color. Almost every one of them is uneven and she didnt get all the excess glue off my skin!!

This place butchered my fingers. I asked for the dip power to be thinner at the top near my cuticle and this is what they did. In the end they’re still think and I’m in pain.

I came in requested a full set the guy was fast and rushed through it all. Once I got home I realized the horrible mess he did. I came back the next day and showed him and he laughed in my face and was so unprofessional and had me wait over 30minutes to get some help. Horrible after Ann and Tom left it will never be the same again.

Omg I went to have a mani pedi and the man that started my hands file my nails so bad and then he was going to use a nonsteriled tool that he got from a dirty box so I asked if the sterile the tools and he did not know what I was saying so I left. That was scary. Never again

I wish there was an option for a lower rating. I have been going to this salon for years way before they even expanded. Moved away, moved back and resumed services. This is not the 1st time Ive received horrible service but this place is closest to my house and I would just try another manicurists. I called made an appointment with Susan, this was my second time going to her and the 1st time she took her time and did a great job. Towards the end of my service ( I was getting a gel manicure) she had another client come in and she rushed through and had someone else finsh my nails. The end result my nails came out wavy !! Then her and the owner tried to tell me that my actually nails were wavy .. I have never heard such stupidity in my life. I dont know if they really believe people are stupid. Lets say my nails were wavy 😒. Why would you polish them? Ridiculous 😠safe to say i wont be going back and neither should you !! I will try and attach pictures ..

Over priced 70$ for a full set and basic manicure &a eyebrows.. nail polish on toes already falling off in 4 days.. and I asked for a totally different style nails she shaped them so square and the acrylic is extra thick.. and my eyebrows look a mess two totally different shapes and the space in between is crazy now

My experience was horrible, my nail tech used the wrong size tips for my acrylics so all my nails came out looking odd, the nails weren’t buffed properly so the color went on bumpy and uneven, the acrylic he put on was extremly thick, and he filed my nails so much he was cutting my skin. I would not recommend this place to anybody. The techs rushed, did a poor job, and I left with nails that I really disliked. At some point during the process I asked if I could just have everything removed and he simply kept filing saying he was fixing it. Very unhappy with my experience there and I won’t be going back.

I have been to this place a few times and it is beautiful, clean and affordable last time I was there I had a very sweet lady that did such a great job but recently I went about 4 days ago and it was honestly terrible . Maybe its because they were a little busy or because it was before new years but it was so awful my nails werent done right the guy I had rushed to just get it done and Im very upset because its been 4 days I shouldnt have to get my nails done again until atleaat another week they are already coming off from the bottom of the nail and they look so terrible . Also the guy I had was located in the front of the place and each time someone had to check out he was the one to get up and check everyone out keep in mind they were alittle busy so he was getting up every two minutes I was getting very annoyed he wasnt paying any attention to me whats so ever I honestly wont be going there until a very long time unless its to get my eye brows done .

The worst experience I have ever had at a nail Salon. Tom did my manicure. He removed the gel nail polish with a dremell tool off of my own nails, not acrylic nails. My nails were burning and I asked him to stop and he ignore me. As a result 5 of my nails were weakened and within 2 days were cracked and broke off below my nailbed. This place needs to be closed horrible, did not use sanitized tools.
