I am so happy with the help I have received here. Back problems almost completely eliminated! Worth every penny for me.

Friendly and attentive staff. Very clean location. The stretch itself was relieving and I can already see how I can benefit. I spend hours every day sitting for work so my hips and lower back need a lot of attention. The price I pay here to feel comfortable for my wellness thanks to these stretches are worth it. Its great especially after hitting the gym.

Just got my lower back, hips and quads stretched by Brandon and feel amazing! Anyone who sits a lot would benefit from these stretches. This is my third time back since the reopening from the pandemic and am impressed with the efforts they’re making to socially distance and keep the place disinfected in between clients. Also taking your temperature when walking in to ensure no one there has a fever helps also. Can’t wait to go back later this week. Feeling more and more flexible each time I go is really helping my low back issues.

After seeing my chiropractor several times he told me that my main problem was my lack of flexibility. He suggested I stretch at home multiple times a day. Unfortunately I didnt know how to target the muscle groups I needed. I went to stretch zone hoping to get an idea of how to help my body to be more active. Brandon Garcia and Brandon Allen did a great job helping me get this done and I continue to go. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge of muscle groups.

Back at stretch zone once again after re-opening due to COVID. Very safe, they take your temperature first. Everyone wearing a mask and the tables are disinfected. That said, I get a good stretch every time and can tell a major difference as far as a reduction of muscle pain and increased flexibility. Highly recommend.

Best thing ever done for myself in years

So far Ive had two sessions at this location and both were excellent. Brandon and Jasmyn are very good - and strong - extremely cautious about your safety and comfort and super friendly. I highly recommend Stretch Zone, if youve never been stretch properly youll be amazed how effective it is for a wide variety of physical impingements.

Ive been having lower back pain due to my work and had many sleepless nights over the last month. Im very glad I was able to find stretch zone. The stretches theyve made me do have helped a lot with the pain and my posture. I definitely recommend everyone to go at least once.

They know how and where to stretch you. Almost like therapy but better. If you are stiff and tight, I would definitely go, 1st visit is free anyway!

I paid for an expensive package because I had a lower back pain and had recently had a shoulder and arm surgery and needed some loosening up before I started a workout regimen again. I figured six months of stretching would be awesome. I loved it at first and thought this place was great. Then I came to realize a few things: 1) every ‘therapist’ does the same thing regardless of the injuries you tell them you have; 2) the approach is not customized; 3) for the first 6 weeks, 3X/week none of the ‘therapists ever did anything for my upper body; 4) it’s nearly impossible to reach them to schedule an appointment as they have no online booking and typically there is only one person working at a time who can’t answer a call while working on a client!The worst part: I ended up with severe neck injuries-WAS INFORMED BY MY SURGEON I CAN NO LONGER USE THIS FORM OF EXERCISE (not even yoga!) - sent the MRI scan to the corporate office- and THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE REMAINDER OF MY CONTRACT!!!! They owe me over $200!This place is criminal!! The worst business ever!! I am a practicing clinical psychologist and would NEVER treat my clients in this manner! I had initially recommended some of my patients to go to the Stretch Zone but now I detour them all from going and send them to yoga instead.Don’t waste your money. It’s a great concept but they are just another business to make a quick buck by hiring undereducated certified individuals who know nothing because they aren’t physical therapists (not even close... of course you’re not paying for Doctors of Physical Therapy).

This place just want your money. I had 17 sessions left which I came to find out the expired . I emailed them to see how many sessions I had left and Justin answer me very nice and told me they were expired to call him and see what I can do so I did . He asked me if I want to come back and I said yes he said he could not restores my session but if I buy some maybe he would do some . I said why after paying all this money I have to buy more is not fear . He said there is nothing I cant do about it.Then he said I would give you three to get you back . Seriously . I had to pay $320 la month for 3 months . And they dont saved your sessions ?Crazy .I didnt sign at this location either . I was moved from my original without then letting me know just because my location become a training session and didnt give a choice of canceling . After this happened they decide to renew a contract and were going to charge me again after the 3 moths even thought I had told them not so and write a letter .To me is a place that wants your money . Yes the stretch are good but they just want you to paid for stuff they dont care for nothing else !!

I couldnt believe how experienced and professional the staff is in this establishment. Im a novice at stretching. I was hesitant at first. I met an instructor who was very patient with me and provided me with the training and guidance I needed. Plus they can really demonstrate stretching exercises according to your preference. Five Stars!!!!!!

I wish I could have found this place sooner with the problem I have been having with my diadic nerve. Only have had four stretch therapies and I feel much better

Posted a review before but I guess it was deleted I wish I could give zero stars. They are ignoring my calls for the refund I was promised. I have the messages sent to the manager she has not replied to any. Completely unprofessional
