Must say, Colorado Springs Blitz 45 is truely a fresh revolutionary workout gym concept. The staff is friendly and well trained to help you meet or exceed your fitness goals. There is nothing like it in Colorado Springs. Im looking forward to my next session and hope to bring along some friends. The price is very reasonable too.

Awesome Gym, I love Blitz45 in Davie! They have a great training program thats fun and that works! I love the fact that the trainers are very nice and professional and walk around assisting when needed! I have a goal to reach by April and have already noticed good changes in my body so I’m excited to see the outcome. I have no doubt I’ll reach my goals here!
