So Im getting a car wash @10pm and the attendant runs out yelling at me. As if I had stolen something, saying that I cannot get a car wash @ this time. For some reason he thought I knew that there is a cutoff time to get a car wash here.There were two cones on each side of the entrance point of the car wash when I entered. The point of my complaint is how he ran up to me screaming and yelling. He needs to be retrained on customer service and how to inform guests instead of becoming irate at first contact. I have never been treated like this so Im sending this review to advise the public this guy has not been trained on conflict resolution and if I was the wrong person or a male (fore the most part) he would probably receive an undesired response to his irate manner. 😔×Photos attached are from after being humiliated and he moved the cones×

If you like grumpy old men, this is the station for you. I really enjoyed the “night window” clerk being rude to me when I obviously had a flat tire. I hope he is able to adjust his attitude in the future.

As soon as I walked in and asked about something, the man working was extremely rude. He must’ve been Middle Eastern since they have no respect for women, especially American women.

We went 2 days ago and they had a “closed” sign on for repairs. Went back today...$15 for a car wash and didn’t wash it AT ALL. not even the windshield. The guy/worker refused to give us a refund even though he could clearly see it didn’t wash it. Don’t waste your time and money at this particular location.

Terrible customer service. How can you be rude to people that come in and support your business. Their gas prices are always $.40 - $.50 per gallon higher than everyone else In the area. Their car wash is good though which is the only reason I come here. Unless you need your car washed, I would avoid this place

$0.40 more than other stations. The interior of the shop is closed due to pandemic, so if you want a drink you have to order it from the night window which is ridiculous. Just go to the 7-Eleven next door. Theres a marathon North that is $0.30 cheaper, and a few others South which are $0.40 cheaper.

Was decent.. Bathroom needed some attention. Pretty much like every gas station experience.

Deplorable Customer Service.I went to this location to get my car washed, at around 4:50 pm on October 13, and attempted to use the pay station located at the car wash entrance. When I tried to pay with my card, it was declined. Thinking it did not read my card properly the first time, I attempted again. Again, the card was declined, which I knew was impossible. I looked at my account and saw that the card had been charged twice. I went inside to tell the clerk that something may be wrong with the card reader on the machine. Instead of offering help, he abruptly said Nothing I can do, call your bank. Of course, I proceeded to let him know how terrible and unacceptable his customer service skills were and asked who the owner/manager is. He said Joe. I asked if Joe had a last name, to which he said he did not know. He proceeded to get progressively rude, to which I said Who are you talking to? Dont you EVER talk to me in that manner. You need to lower your decibels.I dont care if one is selling Mercedes, Bentleys or bananas at the side of the road. I dont care if you are tired, or dont feel like being at work. If a customer is spending money at your establishment, you act as if he/she is buying a fleet of Maseratis! This sub-standard establishment will not not see a dime of my money ever.I urge this Shell owner to employ customer service training and not employ the first individual who walks through the door. Do better. If you dont know how, quickly learn.

Terrible car wash place for several reasons: we stopped by there today to wash our white colored car. The car came out dirty, we asked the car wash worker to get it washed again. The car went through the second round and still came out with stains and spots we would expect to get washed off. Upon our second complaint the worker screamed at my father, You are a crazy man, go away! He was violent and we felt threatened. Unfortunately, there was no sight of management or any other workers, so we left. The car wash is $12, one of the most, if not most, expensive drive through wash in Fort Lauderdale. Horrific experience.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!!! By far the worst place!!!! Stopped in for a car wash as I pulled up to the wash it said pay inside which I thought was weird they didn’t have a sign before you entered. Got out went inside bought the top of the line car wash they had went all the way back to my car. Sitting in the car wash nothing but water came out. It said tri foam, hot foam, which is expected. But no. Nothing but water. I came out of the car wash my car was still dirty. I went Inside I told the lady maybe you guys didn’t fill the soap but only water came out, very nicely. She responds, it’s “high pressure soap it’s clear and has no bubbles.” I’m like huh well why’s my car still dirty. Her response was “i don’t know what you want me to do. I don’t know what your car looked like before.” I said my car was dirty that’s why I came To the car wash. Understandable it doesn’t get all the dirt off but come on. Then hands me a paper saying I can come back and get another wash for free I said I dont Want another wash I want A clean car now. Then gets loud and said “UGH YOUR SUCH A.... I’m not even going to say it.” I said really this is how you treat a customer. Then proceeds to throw the money at me and screamed “take the money and never come back to this gas station ever.” I will Be there tomorrow to speak to a manager about this lady because she’ll should not be represented this way. Disgusting behavior on every single level!!!!

Always higer priced but in convenient location if you live in the area like I do. The atendent is always grumpy and rude. Car wash is broken all the time and there answer is dont know when it will get fixed, so ya aint gettin one today! Why I still stop here occasionally I dont know. Hoping someone will build a new nice gas station here or get new management/employees.

Lady behind the counter was nice as exiting i(female) held door for next person and he look at me and walk around me and thru the door. i shouted ur welcome and he did not reply. while pumping i noticed him doing busy work and talking to attendant. i asked attendant who he is and she said manager. i stated thanx. this location has gotten my last buck. i refuse to endorse a business that has poor customer service or rude behaviors...

Good place to stop for gas not much to choose from inside the store but it is a small location. Staff has always been friendly.

Needs new management-impossible to get diesel gas-the pump never works

Don’t go here for a car wash, if something is wrong (or soap or wax not working) they won’t help you. You are basically paying 12 dollars for the machine to squirt water.

Most expensive gas in Fort Lauderdale. Don’t waste your money with the car wash, I paid for the most expensive one and my car was just dusty nothing difficult to clean but after the car wash I was for half hour right outside trying to clean the car with paper towels of how disgusting it was, like the car wash did literally nothing but to clean the roof and the windows, the rest was a disaster.
