Waste of money. I came wanting to purchase a full service interior/exterior wash. The employee that greeted me told me that they were not currently doing interiors or even drying cars and said the only thing they would do is let me drive through the machine for $15 (cash only). I paid and was very disappointed. I left with a wet car, and not even a clean one. I still had bug smudges on the windshield and the rinse left soap suds on my mirrors and window. The lady was polite enough with me but seemed pretty rude to the spanish-speaking employee, who looked like he was struggling. Not good vibes.

Nothing worse then not one but multiple failed attempts at getting a car wash. Each time the interior full service they offer never gets completed. On the most recent attempt, they didn’t even move the carpets to vacuum, claiming it was in a difficult area to reach when it was literally to the side of the mat if it was picked up. All dashboard and cup holders were not wiped down.

This has been the worse car wash! The girls there instead of paying attention to cleaning the car they were just staring at me! Did not take anything out and the windows were all stained and my seat had wet spots.!

Super fast and thorough cleaning of our interior and exterior. We expected just a quick vacuuming of our car after the car wash but instead there was a full crew of workers that completely detailed the interior of our car, including windows, deep cleaning etc. Great service, I’d highly recommend it

We tried this place specifically to be able to use the vacuum to get the sand out of our rental car before returning it. We are used to the car wash places where you pay $5 or $6 to get a basic wash and then use the vacuum. We got the basic wash, which was $6. Then we drive up to the vacuum area and 4 or 5 guys approach the car. I ask to use the vacuum myself, and they said that is extra and I would have to ask the manager. I ask the manager, who says the vacuum is for the higher priced service, which is like $12 more. I asked if I could do it myself, as the vacuum tubes were just sitting there ready to use, and he said no. We were disappointed with the service.

Horrible, lazy didn’t get what I paid for. They took my receipt and act like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to ask them to clean my windows and clean my middle area. I will never return

Awesome car wash if youre looking for an overall shine to your car. I did notice that the carwash didnt get into the wheel wells, well, well. Car came out spotless on the body, but the wheel wells were filled with mud😏.Theyre super professional and care for your car like their own when you have it detailed. Prices are very fair. Would definitely recommend them to keep my car looking spotless.

Economy wash is a great price but manager special severely overpriced for quality of service. Cleaning is rushed and no attention to detail. Also do not come on a Sunday. No interior cleaning available and they’ll charge you 15$ for an exterior cleaning which is no better than just an economy wash

The experience started good but toward the end when I took a picture the illegal aliens that they had washing the car got all over me about taking pictures. Why would they get upset over me taking pictures of my clean car the post a good review for them I guess they must have done something wrong and they dont want anybody to know them

Came here for a a full wash of interior and exterior. Staff was extremely friendly. Service was quick. There was a little bit of miscommunication on which service I wanted but the manager Brian Handled it promptly and made sure that I left happier than when I left. Thank you for ensuring your customers happiness. Would recommend!

Requested a car wash and inside clean for $25.00. You pay for what you get. Outside wash was decent. Inside not decent. Have dust and dirt in cup holders, doors etc. Dash wasn’t fully wipe down and they didn’t wipe the rest of the over spray from the solution they use to clean and wife dash, center counsel etc. Attention to detail is minimal. $25.00 is in out quickie don’t expect a fantastic job. Wish I could post pics but won’t let me

It’s great for a quick car wash, you can take the basic wash and then clean the rest by hand and apply your own tire shine is the best way to do it.

The machine wash does a decent job, and the workers that hand dry and clean the interior were very thorough! For $16 basic exterior/interior, this seems like a pretty fair deal. Tip these workers please, they work hard and do a good job.

Always closed. Theyre basically open during standard work hours... But most of us are working during work hours, not driving.

Dont even bother. I have a Tacoma truck. They wouldnt even wash it. The Dyke at the front says no even though they have washed it before. Stay away, save your money. They wont be in business much longer.

Absolutely no way the people who dried the car after it went through the washer, could have missed this. What’s the point in paying for a car to be cleaned when it’s not...oh I don’t know...CLEANED!!!!!! A waste of money. Won’t return to this place.

They did a really good job on cleaning the interior of my car. Not the best to attention to details as they were streaks and water spot, minor details but I noticed it.

$16 for wash and $4 for tip and I get a beautifully cleaned car inside and out.

They will not wash a Wrangler JL Rubicon claiming the stock tires are too big. And they are not very nice about it when they inform you of their decision.

I paid for detailing work and I received my vehicle without any work in doors and poor cleaning in dash and floors. When I ask for better detail, the manager said than that was their standard work. I’ll never back there. NOT RECOMENDABLE!

The machine ripped off my tow hook cover on my front bumper and caused a bunch of cracks in the tow hook cover area. Been coming here for months but will not be coming back

Very disappointed.. I paid $25 they didnt clean the windows, the body car isnt clean and told them to clean the rims better.. so everything was bad and the manager was not nice. He was finding excuses for excuses like I shouldnt complain.. 😤

After that one of the employees approached to me and say: we are looking people to work with us. Very unprofessional. This people doesnt have any respect for the clients.Unfortunately I cant answer your again. So I will do by this way. Again: I had to vacum my car BY MYSELF. The employee didnt want to vaccum my car and I had to do it by myself. After that this men (see the pictures) walk to my car and said: hey! somebody helped you and I said: No, I had to do it by myself. And he answered: good job, we are looking people to work with us...

I WAS A WEEKLY CUSTOMER.. I asked if they armor all and clean the rims with the top package & the lady said yes. They did neither and left my car wet and rims caked on with rim cleaner and now my car is dirty as soon as i pulled off of the lot. WONT GO BACK

One of the employees stole my wallet with credit cards, cash and my identification in. I spoke with the manager and he refused to do anything about it. Please do not use this cleaning service unless you want to risk having your personally belongings stolen out of your car while having it clean.

I love this car wash, ladies get $3 off on Tuesday. Its nice becouse I tip them back the $3. Overall it costs me less than $20 for a shinny car

In response to the owners response: well...when, as I said in my initial review, I told your employee that writes the service ticket that Im not sure which wash I need, there is glass everywhere because my window was smashed... She couldve mentioned that for the safety of your employees, you dont remove glass. I was up front about what I needed, my money was accepted and I did not receive it. Your response is a cop out. Better to have not responded at all. Not to mention that your response does not address the dust or smudges at all. After reading several of your responses to other reviews, its very clear that this is one place where the customer is always wrong. You should consider a better approach.Its quick but I wont be back. Paid for full detail and there is still dust and visible smudges on my console. I told them that my window was broken and there was glass particles I needed removed, but theres still just as much glass as before.

$16 for wash and hand dry, vacuum, and tire shine they even wipe out door frames and dash. They are a greatplace for the price.

Car looks pretty much the same as before. So basically I paid $25 for a little vacuuming and not even a good job at that.

I paid $27 for a car wash. Once I left and drove into the sun, the front window was dirtier than when I got there. Apparently, they used a dirty rag or something on the inside and the window was totally smudged.The next morning, I returned with my receipt at 7:45 AM. I know they don’t open until 8 AM, but there were already people on line and I did not need to go through the wash again. I simply needed the windows to be tended to.I spoke to a worker there and explained the situation. He told me that they didnt open until 8 and I explained to him that I just needed to have the window redone.He told me to wait a minute.Nine minutes later I was still waiting. I approached him again and he told me they open at 8:00. I told him that we had already had this conversation and he said he was going to come back to me and he didn’t. That is unprofessional and unacceptable.My windows looked better before I got the $27 service.

Definitely do not recommend! This was my first time using this car wash (friend recommended). My friends dog peed in the back of my car so I brought it to have the seats shampooed. I was waiting in the sitting area to be picked up by a friend who has never been there either. When he got there, not knowing, he pulled into the wrong part of the parking lot where the cars come out of the car wash. Two of the guys who were drying the cars ran up to his car Yelling at him. I ran over (yelling over the dryers) hey hey hey hes picking me up. One of the guys turned around mocking me hey hey hey they cant be here with a very aggressive attitude. I just looked at him with disbelief that the customer service was that horrible and got in the car. As we pulled away they sat there talking back and forth pointing and staring at us clearly showing they had more to say once we left. I cannot comment on the service because my car is still being cleaned. Unfortunately, their lack of customer service is enough for me to say this is the one and only time I will ever go there. Very RUDE people!!!

Very poor job at the end. My windows were dirty and other spot . They didnt even vacuum at all.Reported to manager on duty and gave me an attitude telling me that I needed to pay extra when Id pay for the manager special that all these items are included.This was my first time and the last time coming to this car wash place.

What was cleaned, was done well, but even with additional packages paid for and supposed full service, the trunk was completely ignored. Good for a quick once over of the cabin, but it can be pricey to get extras things like doors done that other places include.

Decent wash, only $15 for full inside and outside cleaning. There was a bit of pollen spots left over on my car after, but those usually require extra work in any case... I would definitely recommend it for a quick and inexpensive wash

Place is joke! They need to have a sign specifying vehicle requirements, such as off-road tires, low profile vehicles ect ect! Waited in line 30 min only to be told my vehicle with the stock tires couldn’t go through the wash. Manager says he “tries” to catch the vehicles ahead of time. PUT A SIGN UP!

The employees here are the most arrogant and disrespectful I have ever experienced. This is the third time in the third different vehicle I’ve pulled into line and been given a finger wave that they wouldn’t do the wash for some ridiculous, arbitrary reason. Not even the courtesy of rising from the folding chair to come and explain why. Too high, too low, too wide, what a joke. I can’t stand this place and I’ll be searching to open a competitor for those of us on the east side with unacceptable vehicles.

Paid 18 bux for the inside front and outside to of the car to be wiped down, all they did was vacume the carpet, did not wipe down anything,There were some stubborn streaks on the outside that i was able to take off with my fingernail,they just took a rag which didnt do anything, and just told me it cant come offI could have go to a shell for 6 bux and got the same results, will not go back here again, very lazy people there

The staff here is friendly and efficient. The outside of my car was clean when I left. However, the seat shampoo was a total waste. The whole process was finished very quickly. When I left with my car, the seats were very wet. I couldnt see what the seats looked like until I got it home. There was a light brown scentless substance dried onto the rear seats when I got it a couple weeks before, and it was still there. Ten minutes with a soft cloth and a bottle of ArmorAll all purpose cleaner, and I got rid or it myself. If I can clean my car better with $5 worth of products, why did I go here and pay $45?

Great car wash, they do a stand up job and are quick!

I spent $25 for the Supreme wash. They didnt do anything that was included in that price. Windows were not cleaned, the outside was spotted, vacuuming was a joke. I am very dissatisfied. No shine on the exterior nor interior. Dont waste your money. I didnt complain because that was not only my first visit but also my last. Will never return. If 0 Stars were an option thats what I would have given them.

Theyve been around forever and continue to be the best for how much they cost. Ive taken my cars to a lot of car washes down here. The only car wash that was slightly better was Cactus, but that was a $60+ car wash vs sub-$25 here and were not talking much of a difference at all - very minimal. Ive been a loyal Wash-A-Rama client for a couple years now.

Not worth the managers special at all. Went to get back in my car and they vaccines like a two year old.

I just spent $15.95 plus tip on a car wash. Aside from the floor which had been vacuumed, the car was dirtier than it had been when I got there. There were spots of who knows what all over the interior, and some kind of dry dark paste on the interior of the drivers side door. There was dirt on the seats, on the dash, on the center console, and apparently the steering wheel as well because I just realized my hands are black. I could have done a better job with a hose, a vacuum, and a minute of my time. This is my 3rd and final car wash at Wash-A-Rama. Each one was progressively worse, and I am a fool for giving so many chances. Best of luck to anyone else trying to get this places mess out of their cars.Update - I just found scratches on the side of my car in a scrubbing pattern. Seriously, these guys suck.

My dad and I have been coming here for a combined 25+ years and they always do a WONDERFUL job anytime I come by. Great attention to detail (even when you dont ask for it). This is the only place I trust with my car.

Service is average, price is high for a very basic hand wash, will only use them if no other car wash is open and readily available and like my other experience at a different less pricey car wash, had to nitpick over spots left on the rocker panels of a white car and on the wheels, fee 20.00 +5.00 tip, money not well spent.Again, it seems obvious to me, if I can see the dirt and tar, the staff can too, take the time to at least try to remove it.I do not think that is asking to much and I recognize the guys doing this kind of work are not paid a great hourly wage and are sometimes older gentlemen on their feet upwards of 12-18 hours in a single day.

Service great. Cashier more interested in TV than taking cash. They now want you to keep receipt and yes theres a small sign posted on window. She couldnt remember me and said Ill let you off this time, but dont do it again Very patronizing and rude.

This place is inexpensive and my car was super clean inside and out for just $9

2 stars because it was a good wash. 0 on service. If your staff doesnt speak English well, and doesnt know how to treat customers, at least restrict them from speaking to customers. I had two guys that could barely speak English refuse to give me my car without the receipt which I was not given. Had to go around looking for it, turned out the attendant had put it on my dash.

Will never return there again...My car came out almost as dirty as when it when in... They charge extra for windows and then wipe them with a dirty rag which just leaves more film and grease which is visible in the sunlight.. i was never so disappointed in my life...what a waste of my hard earned money... too bad since they are so close to me..if I could give them half a Star i would....:(

The hand-service is pointless; I left with bits of sap? ALL OVER! 6 people could have removed it in 6 minutes, but NO! They wanted me to spend $40 to use power buffers. Thinnest coat of wax anywhere and most wasted $30 Ive spent in a long time.

I have been coming here for years and they do an excellent job on my cars! The pricing is very reasonable and they get me out fast so I don’t feel stuck waiting forever like most of the local car washes I have been to.

I just went there an my car was filthy!!! I know some of the reviews werent the best but I decided to try it anyway the people were very nice an the lady at the window to pay was really nice too! It was 17 dollars for what I think was prolly a pretty basic wash but she did tell me they have one day where its just 6 dollars for a basic wash..idk honestly my car was soooo dirty that it made it seem they did an immaculate job. They also have a few other specials as well. I will head back again an try out the wax next time.

Efficient cleaning inside your car and outside.

Went to this place to get my Truck Detailed Willing to spend over 150.00 to have it cleaned and the butch chick at the front tells me that the owner dont do 2500 diesels. she was very smug and a smart a** about it the excuse was that it weighs to much !! which i have a 2018 toyota tundra that is 8000 lbs and they washed it before .. My diesel only weighs 6500lbs? clearly they dont want to do the work to detail a truck !! i will take my business to sparkling image where they will detail it !
