The guy in the cashier (11 am) is super rude and not helpful at all. I paid 45$ for inside and outside hand wash bc of the price I thought it was going to be a nice wash bc of the price. For years I used the drive through and the drag through car washes for a cheap and quick OK wash. But Im driving a Tesla and it will go into park if you attempt to run it through and automated wash. A friend told me about the Car Salon so I tried it. In 45 minutes it was washed and waxed. Excellent job. Same guy washed it and waxed it. Ive become a regular for a wash about every week. Its very good.

Always do a great job keeping my rided looking good. I will not go anywhere else.

CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE! Prices have gone up twice in the last 8-10 months and I was told another increase is coming, probably, October 2021. Didn’t recognize any of the wash guys, either. The one that helped me could hardly grunt out a full sentence and acted like he was doing me a favor, and that this was a JOB. Wash was okay, vacuuming was mediocre. Not sure I’ll be back.

These guys are great! They really pay attention to the fone details and make sure you leave happy with your wash. The only drawback I noticed is that the bathrooms are a bit scary (and could use a good cleaning) and there was an inappropriate picture on the wall. But other then that this place is great!

It may be a little too premature to be writing this review, without having fully inspected my car. I may update it later. However, so far, the customer service has been excellent! My car, ROUGE, is looking ever so sharp under the care of WOW, so aptly named since he has been circumspect and thorough in how hes been cleaning my car. Its a process so I wouldnt come here if youre at all rushed. I had all the time in the world to enjoy the brisk and balmy Florida weather thats our Winter.Wow is exactly how I felt as I saw my car transform from what it was, to the sparkling and new-like vision it is now!!! Ask for WOW, & tip generously! I pre-tip & usually people working on my stuff are either more motivated to go the extra mile or rise to the occasion! Service like this should be rewarded so dont be CHEAP, or youll get the minimum standard. Judging by previous reviews, I wasnt so sure what Id experience but I was willing to experience it and write my review through my own lens.

It was a first time using this guys and my last. I wouldn’t go back they left my car inside still with dust and didn’t clean the middle console. They over charged and the guy was upset because I didn’t tip enough. I will not go here again! And I advise anyone to go elsewhere. They don’t state the prices!!! They don’t do a good job!!

Drove 1500 miles from minnesota, truck was covered in road salt. They went above and beyond spraying underneath and washing it, looked like new again!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Honesty is not their best policy. Their employees are great and they do a decent job but when a business owner doesnt post their prices anywhere, you know something in there is fishy. I asked for the different prices and I was told it is $27 for a complete car wash in and out. I got a receipt stating I owe $25 and at the register and they charge me $27, plus you have to tip the employee handing you the car, not a biggie, but if you dont, they demand it from you, which is weird. Theyll be out of business soon when they treat their customer this way!

I have a new truck. Under 400 miles on it. I read their reviews and felt ok about taking my truck here. It was for a hand wash and interior cleaning and hand drying of the exterior. My truck also has a bed cover.I had to ask the guy to wipe down the bed cover because it still had a lot of water on it. The roof wasn’t washed or dried. Water spots all over.Hand and finger prints on the exterior.I open the driver’s door and noticed a good size chip in the paint!! To late to show them because I’d already driven away.Long story short I had to finish cleaning up my truck. I spent $55.14 . I didn’t get what I paid for.I do not recommend The Car Salon Hand Car Wash. And I won’t be going back.

I literally just pulled away 15 mins ago and this is the quality of wash I received and I purchased the platinum package with a bug removal upgrade! I really wanted to like this place. Nice people but I could have done a better job doing it myself. Ive tried this place 3 times and each time I had to have Mike the manager come out and inspect the car and point out the issues that werent addressed and basically get another employee to wipe down my car again... Today I was told I needed a wax after I pointed out the water and bug spots left yet again but then that would take me from $31 to $75 ... I declined. Even if I disregard the water/bug spots look at the console and cup holders... Just unacceptable. When I go to a car wash that does everything by hand I expect a different quality of service.

Prices are up, service got worse. I’ve been supporting them with 4 cars weekly. I will not go there again. They have become cheap and do a poor job.

Be carefulOf the managers they are tricky I was quoted a price and then when I went to pay it went from $60Originally until$116 it’s typical of businesses I find here in South Florida. They quote you one price and then try to get more from you when they finish. The workers are good though they earn their money and deserve a good tip

Paid $40 with tip for the most basic car wash. Good not great, definitely NOT worth that. We found areas of the car that were not completely cleaned.Based on the variety of reviews its clear these guys charge different prices for everyone which made me bring my review down to 1 star. They don’t have a sign with prices. Be sure to ask ahead of time. Never coming back.

They took the pricing board down so they can charge you whatever they feel like the time demands. $31 for a car wash. Sometimes they even miss spots and you have to point out out to them.

Great service!!

Today was my first visit after SF on Federal quoted me 40.00 for a hand wash. This place is 25.00 for a hand wash. They also did a better job than SF on Federal. Mike was the guy that checked me in, explained services and costs. Alex was the guy that dried and vacuumed my car. The work was excellent and passed my walk around inspection with minor findings. I was curious if he found a couple of difficult spots and he did. He also used blower to blow out the crevices of hidden water. I’ll definitely go back. I went at 1205 PM Saturday and it took about 45 minutes. Peak time I heard from other customer is 11 AM on Saturdays.

I paid $43.85 plus a $10 tip for a SUV/Cross Over Full Service Hand Car Wash and Spray Wax. I is the worst car wash ever. The outside of the vehicle has spots all over. They only vacuumed the inside of the vehicle and did not wipe up the dashboard. I will never come here again.

My car looked worse afterward than when I drove in - $35 wasted. A gas station drive through car wash would have been better. for $8. Full disclosure, my car was dirty. I told them I was turning in my lease and wanted it to look good. The suggested adding spray wax. When it was done the finish was cloudy and full of streaks where it was wiped with a towel. The guy who dried it said it was the paint. I called over the guy who recommended the spray wax and he said it must have made it worse but didnt offer to do anything about it. He called over someone else who said I could pay for a wax. Since the spray was was their suggestion they could have re-washed the car, refunded the money for the spray wash, apologized, anything but shrugging and telling me I could pay more to wax the car to fix the problem they caused. First and last time Ill go there.

Been taking my cars here for a year now and they always do an excellent job. There is no other car wash in the area that takes better care of your car than these guys.

This shop is quite simple; tents, a cash register booth, a restroom, two benches and a vending machine. However, they offer the best car wash and polish I’ve ever seen. They take good care of your car no matter how much effort it takes. They are also ready to fix anything if you spot the smallest imperfection. The staff here is very friendly and polite.

Randomly stopped by and this place is way better then the place near me . Friendly staff and attention to detail .

Drove down to South FL to visit my family, and after having accumulated 1400 miles of highway grime, my car desperately needed a HAND car wash, not a paint scratching machine wash, and found The Car Salon online. Ive got a great hand car wash back home in NJ, but this place was impressive, and even more thorough than my regular place. I got the Platinum Hand car wash, which for about $25, was well worth it. Your car is practically detailed! They do a very thorough job, and take their time, so if youre in a rush, Id look elsewhere. There was a quick downpour, but my car was being cleaned underneath a big awning, so it remained dry. By completion, it stopped raining, and roads dried off. I will be back my next trip down! Great customer service, and staff! Tip WELL! Highly recommend.

This place is the funk! Amazing customer service from everyone with no exception and even their customers cany stop bragging about them it was my first time there and I chatted with a few others waiting who have been coming for months or years. Poor service, my husband paid $45, plus tips. As he got home saw our van was dirty, very poor vacuum, not cleaning at all the cup holder .He ended cleaning our minivan .Dont go this place,dont waste your money

The guys that hand wash the cars here are very attentive and detail oriented. Make sure to tip them well as they work hard and really care about their service. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

Cosmo Car Wash (Car Salon West) located on the corner of Powerline/Copans Rds. at the Sunoco gas station is Awesome! They hand wash your car and rims to get off the ground in dirt then send your car into the tunnel.Not only was my car clean on the outside but immaculate on the inside. It was well worth the $21. Next time, Ill have them wax my car.Theres a New Owner as well. I definitely Recommend Cosmo Carwash (Car Salon West) for your carwashing needs.

Well First it was over price, paid $40 for a car wash. So they charge exact to wash bug from a car and didn’t say it would be extra!! Very disappointing and I paid extra for the wax which they didn’t was my car. They used some trash spray!! I will not be back!!

They always do a great job

Spent $135 on a car wash, exterior and interior wax, rims washed, upholstery clean, carpet clean, and trunk vacuumed. My eclipse looked great at a distance, but when I got to looking at it close, I still saw vapor spots and some soap streaks. Took 2 and a half hours. All together they resurrected my 2000 Eclipse best they could I guess. But for the price I spent, I know another company that would not leave me with any regrets.

Excellent hand car wash spot. I wish there was one of these in every city I drove to. The service and reception was great from the moment I pulled in and no attempt to upsell me on services I do not need. Michael was very courteous and respectful. I am very meticulous when I clean my black car myself and it was very refreshing to find a car wash that does as good a job on my car as I do myself. Angel did a phenomenal job on my Black E55. He wiped the car down excellently and checked from different angles to make sure there were no streaks. He also got into the door jambs as well. Thank you guys and I have found a great spot for every time I visit the Miami Ft Lauderdale area. Definitely worth the drive and service is swift.

I found a new favorite! I dont think THE CAR SALON (hand car wash) can be beat. Its like a step back in time, away from machines, and toward personal, caring care!I guess this is sort of an update to my Cactus Car Wash experience where they cleaned my windows with a dirty wax rag and I am still working to get it of (2 weeks later!). And where they did not clean paint splatter off my car, after saying they would and where all that treatment cost me over $100!THE CAR SALON got ALL the paint splatter off and worked really hard to remove the wax from my windows. They kept me in the loop the entire time they worked on my car and seemed so excited and happy to please me...and I was pleased!ALL THIS FABULOUS TREATMENT FOR THEIR FULL SERVICE WASH - $24.99 and I felt like my car was detailed.If you care about your car, GO....and when you go....see Carlos (although I am quite certain everyone there is great!) Woohoo indeed!

Just took my new GT-R to be washed and waxed at The Car Salon. What a great experience, the finish looks flawless they even got those annoying little spider web scratches out which everyone sees on a black car. Absolutely a fantastic job!
