I did my reservation online and confirmed everything over the phone to avoid any surprise. Ask for Mauricio. Once there, I provided my Drivers License and proof of insurance. **You must use their SUNPASS for tolls.** Upon returning vehicle, a vehicle inspection was conducted and that’s it. Great customer service, great vehicle for a great price. I will definitely be back. I strongly suggest. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This place is the worst!!! I have never been treated so bad!!!! First I hired them trough Expedia and I thought it was going to be a great deal!!! But the complete opposite! It has been a nightmare since day 1!!!!! First they started with charging me a lot more, then they didnt have the car I requested so they wanted to give me a minivan!! I denied the minivan and I told them to please give me the car I requested!!! and they didnt, so I cancelled the service!!! The refund me only what they requested at that moment but they are refusing to refund me what I paid to Expedia and actually expedia is not being helpful neither!!!!! I am so disappointed on this service. I cant believe they are not giving me a refund even though I cancelled the service! They dont even deserved a one star!!!!

First family trip ever which made this experience even WORSE!I was EXTREMELY displeased when I arrived to pick up my car rental at RIGHT CARS RENTAL who @expedia has chosen to partner with, and I was met with a computer kiosk and no person. I tried to call multiple times prior to my arrival to the location because the shuttle was nowhere to be found and I and my three children waited for almost 90 minutes when we arrived to the airport for the shuttle to arrive.I NEVER received my vehicle that I paid for. #veryupsetI reached out to Expedia to inform them of their dealings and promoting such a horrible business on their website. Over the course of the last almost two months @expedia tried to get in contact with this alleged company that they promote on the @expedia website and they themselves have NEVER been able to get in contact with this company. I tried to call on my own a couple of times both during my trip (left a voicemail with my number) and after I returned from my trip and still NEVER received any follow up. @expedia emailed me after I had to call them back after 4 weeks, and the email they sent me said not to contact them and that Expedia had been unsuccessful in getting through to the RIGHT CARS RENTAL to approve my refund for my pre-paid booking.I AM VERY ANGER and will be sure to share with friends& colleagues.While @expedia remains paid with my money, I NEVER received the service I was promised. #RIDICULOUSNOTE: I actually pre-booked my rental from the @right-carsglobalrentals location in Orlando at 7652 Narcoosee Road, but you cant even locate the correct place on Google maps so I am so upset I decided to leave it here. They shuttled us quickly and safely to and from the airport. Our car was clean and in good repair. It did have a slight odor (like someone had left a wet towel in the car) but it quickly aired out. Very friendly and helpful staff

Such a sketchy place. Weird check in methods. Constantly telling us 5-7 minutes for the shuttle to get us and 40 minutes later they arrived. Car tires are all different brands meaning they dont seem to take care of the car until the customer gets a blown tire and they have to replace it themselves. Burn marks in the car. Just a weird place to rent from. I would pay a little extra for a tried and true rental establishment than taking a leap of faith here.

This company do not even deserve one star .We waited almost 45 mins for the shuttle to come and pick up from the airport ..worst service .After I drove the car out from rental, tire pressure symbol started showing up and they charged me 35$ for no reason on top of my pre paid amount. I do not recommend renting car from this company .

Worst car rental experience ever. Forced to buy insurance even though I was covered through my insurance company. The rental agents are incompetent. The cars are the cheapest of the cheapest models. The location was farFrom the airport and no one was there when I arrived at the rental office. I was charged for tolls even though I have my own personal toll pass also. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY. THE WORST!

These guys are scammers...First they charged for two drivers just because we used my husbands credit card then after we turned it in they said everything was great...I have a 25.00 fee on my card foe cleaning!! there was NO trash left in the car at all...and we signed off on the return...they are using pictures of a trashes vehicle and saying it was ours

Terrible terrible customer service. Insisted on charging me a bunch of extra fees and playing the salesman role. When asking him what the charges were for he responded “I can’t explain right now, it’s just part of it.” Of every rental place I’ve ever done business with, by far and no comparison at all this is the worst. Also, the agents are drinkers. The guy who picked me up from the airport had a bottle of liquor in his door cup holder as well as a 12 pack of beer upon arriving to the actual rental location in their detail bay. These guys are crooks and I have no idea how they are in business. Absolute garbage.

I gave one star because there is no option to say avoid at all cost. This agency is dishonest and here is why:1. They request a liability coverage of 300,000$, which is well above any required state coverage (normal is usually around 25,000-30,000$). This requirement was not displayed on the booking voucher. Hence it was truly an unreasonable hidden fee. Most, if not all, drivers will not carry a 300,000$ liability insurance. The fee to supplement my insurance was almost equal to the booking. Moreover, if you add up the rental fee with the insurance supplemental fee, the cost would equal a booking at the airport terminal and defeat the purpose of booking at an offsite location for a cheaper rate.2. They gave me the car, 3/4 full and asked me to return the car 3/4 full. Reading through the reviews, confirmed that this is a pattern at this agency and not a single occurrence. I would challenge anyone to be able to fill 3/4 of a tank on a car that is not your usual car. So this dishonest practice is truly made to have the customers return cars with more gas then they have left with because most of people will not be able to stop filling a car at exactly 3/4 of a tank and will end up filling almost a full tank. I have attached a picture of the Gas level at the time of pick-up.3. At the rental location, together with 2 other clients we were all shocked by their unorthodox policies. Please corroborate by statement with the many google reviews.I wish I had read their reviews before booking with them. Never again.

They over charge you. Don’t book through other companies either because there will be a $90+ fee that’s not included with the rental. when making the reservation online it automatically change the pick up and drop off time after we called they said it was fine and they never changed it on the system so for returning it late they charge us a $35 late fee.

We rented a car, drove 30 minutes, stopped for lunch and then the car wouldnt start. We tried everything to start it but nothing worked. We called their office and explained the situation and they told us they would tow us back and give us a new car. Then when we were waiting in the office, they came back and told us they got the car to start. So they claimed it was our fault and forced us to pay $250 for the tow. They had given us 2 keys and told us we were using the wrong key (we had tried both keys to start the car). AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

BUYER BEWARE! I rented a car for a week here, they had me pay 500 on top of my own auto insurance. So I paid it, he took a picture of my license and credit card. That was a red flag. By the end of the week serval fraud purchases were made under my credit card number.No one should endure all of this just to rent a busted, old Nissan. wow.

Stay away! Walk or Uber before renting from this dump. Received a random unauthorized $500 charge from them 5 months after rental and I’m still fighting with them.

Worst experience from start to finish. RUN! They lie to you that all the roads are tolls to force you to pay for a sunpass. They lie to you about insurance to scare you to think your already purchased insurance isnt enough. They are rude and take advantage of you. We had a very tired baby with us or we would have just called a cab and rented elsewhere. And to top everything off their place is a dump and super shady feeling. No one gets reviews this bad for no reason.

They are a fraudulent company. All the reviews about hidden fees when you get there are accurate and the 5 star reviews are fake. Showed up there and they demanded liability insurance on top of my own insurance policy and credit card rental insurance I have. They said you need $300k liability insurance which is UNHEARD of. When we threatened to walk out, the guy magically lowered the price for the extra liability insurance and said “we are lucky, we were getting a deal from him!” HA what a joke. The whole place is a scam and my original agreed upon price DOUBLED. The place also looks like a dumpy, rundown car body shop garage far away from the airport. You have to take two shuttle buses to get to it. ALSO when we tried to drop off in the morning at 7:30am, THERE WAS NO ONE THERE! Another customer missed his flight because of it. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!

Be aware of this place, they should be called Terrible cars not right cars. I been given a 2011-2012 Nissan that had no bluetooth, +70k miles, and had a very bad breaks. They refused to exchange it saying all of their cars are in same condition. They also dont work 24/7. Go for economy or Avis, they are closer and offer 2019/2020 cars for same price.

This place is a scam. Better off renting from a legit company from airport like hertz, alamo, avis, enterprise ect. You will end up paying more than double anyways. I rented off Expedia from a company called zezgo but when I arrive its called rite cars. Had I looked up the correct company I would have seen the terrible reviews. The place is a dump. They charged me for their insurance even tho I told them I had insurance, so I ended up paying double. Gave me a car with a spare tire on it and incorrect mileage noted at pick up (luckily that was to my benefit- so I dropped off car with less milage). I went back the next day to make sure they took note of the spare tire so they didnt charge me. They did NOT note that on paperwork. Meanwhile they are bullying me to return car with no refund for complaining about spare and wanting insurance money back. There was a MAN in front of me that was aloud to decline insurance and same man came back in to show the current pictures of vehicle that was emailed to him is not the same as the actual vehicle photos. Probably a good thing I didnt use my own Insurance cause they would have made up some bogus claim on them. They also try to get you to buy into some tolls thing, I never been to fort lauderdale so I said I dont think Im going thru any tolls Im staying in fort laud the guy at counter acted dumb and said he didnt know cause hes from Miami, further trying to get me to buy into the tolls. I dont even know how they are in business and probably why they are changing their name to continue to beat the system and scam money from people.

This rental car company is functionally fraudulent. It takes forever to get there from the airport. Then they charge insane fees for ubiquitous tolls and have crazy insurance requirements with more crazy fees. Even if I didnt get a refund, it was still cheaper for me to just take an Uber. Do yourself a favor and dont go near their sketchy little warehouse that looks like a front.

This place is a ripe off!! I made a mistake on my reservation. my pick up time is 5:30pm and it it’s supposed to be 930am. I truly think I made a mistake when I did the online booking. however the gentleman that was helping me told me that he will let me know what the early price will be. He did he the entire transaction and said here sign $35 after singed I realized they charge me $35 for the early pick up fee which I wish he would explain and be upfront with me versus here sign. When I About the $35 fee he said oh you already sign the point is it’s not about signing the points as he should’ve been upfront and told me about the $35 early fee. I am fine paying the fee is just that he said here sign $35 and I wasn’t sure what I was signing for. Beside a try to force you to pay for the Florida pass and they try to push their insurance when i told him that I will be using personal insurance. With that said it’s $1000 hold on your credit card. I normally don’t write a review but I was just disappointed with the service I had today and company like these need to get better and do better for the next client they have in line. I will never do business again with them. The car they loaned me have a big hole on the rug by the driver seat of the car was dirty I rented with a lot of different company never had a dirty ripped. This hole in the wall rental agency has a F BBB rating which I didnt research until now. Oswaldo at the Ft Lauderdale location just tried to give me a bait and switch on a prepaid card rental. He told me that in spite of my full coverage insurance that I needed to buy another $125 in additional rental insurance. After providing proof of insurance they wouldnt honor my rate.

Rental agent was nice and shuttle was prompt. That’s the good news. The bad news is that you will pay as much or more than Avis or Hertz by the time they add fees all the undocumented “mandatory” fees. They will force you to buy insurance unless you have $300k property damage coverage AND you leave a $2k hold on your credit card. Want a toll tag? That’s $14 per day even if you don’t use it every day. Or you can just accept the $25 per toll processing charge. Yes that’s $25 per each toll!!! This place is a scam.

Stay AWAY! The worst experience I’ve ever encountered with a rental car company. I prepaid $181 for the rental. First, you have to take two different shuttles to get there. It’s not located on the airport grounds, it’s close by, but taking two different shuttles with multiple suitcases isnt ideal.Right Cars claim they come by every 15 minutes, they don’t! I waited 45 minutes for their shuttle to arrive. When we got to Right Cars, I felt uneasy. The place looks like a used car shop - a shady, rundown store.I provided my information and the sales employee claimed I had to purchase their car insurance. He was charging an additional $280 for the insurance, on top of the $181 I already paid. I declined and said I would use my own. He asked me to show him my Declaration Page, which is odd because rental car companies only ask for proof of insurance. I showed it to him, which has $300,000 liability, which is what is required by RC Cars. He said no, that isn’t enough. You need $300,000 for injury alone. Which is unheard of!I have a platinum insurance plan and it’s considered the best. I took a photo of their sign in regards to the liability and it does NOT distinguish between injury and personal property liability. He was just trying to squeeze some more money from me.This place won’t last much longer! I left and went back to the airport to purchase another rental car company. I told them what just happened to me and they said it was a scam. No rental car company should ask for the declaration page, nor deny the superb insurance coverage I have.Here is another perfect one star to add to their one star review.

My economy car had long scratches down the side and the air smelled like MOLD and caused the windows to fog up immediately! This was the WORST rental car experience of my life. Sloppy Jalopy instead of Right Car! Move on! Gross.

Hello,I am writing to you to tell you about horrible customer service that we experienced at Right Cars, Fort Lauderdale.Rep name: AndreaDate and Time: 11/18/18 (Sunday) between 6-7 PM ESTBooking number: RC0596034We picked up car on 11/18 morning from Right Cars, Fort Lauderdale. We were asked to either pay $13.99 per day upfront or toll costs +$25 admin fee per toll for Sun Pass (attached). We thought it was ridiculous but agreed to pay because we were told we didn’t have a choice.Our rental car started giving us “Check Tire” message 40 mins into our travel. We stopped by a gas station, filled air, message went away and we went about driving 3 hours all the way to Titusville, Florida.Our rental car again started giving us “Check Tire” message when we reached our hotel. We went to Walmart Auto care nearby where the mechanics have informed us that Right Cars gave us a faulty car with tires plugged (please see attached) which is ILLEGAL!!We called up front desk at Right Cars at Fort Lauderdale and our traumatic conversation started with Andrea on 11/18 between 6-7 PM EST.Andrea first made racist comments and told us she doesn’t understand our english when both me and my husband have graduate degrees from university in US and have been living in US for last 9-10 years.She made sarcastic comments to my husband and asked if she needs to deliver car to our home and if thats what we were expecting.She said our only option was to drive 3 hours back to Fort Lauderdale when the auto shop mechanics have clearly advised us not to drive with Stepney so far. We asked if we can drive to Orlando and get a new car and she said thats not an option. We asked if we can change the tires ourselves and Right cars would pay, she rudely told us she is not going to pay a penny towards Right Cars faulty car.When we asked Andrea for her supervisor, she told us she is the supervisor and everyone works under her. She asked us to write email to Right Cards CEO in UK if we were interested in complaining about her.Auto shop guys at Walmart felt so bad for us and tried talking to Andrea too to explain our situation. She rudely refused to talk to them and asked them to give phone to us.We got so traumatized by Andrea’s behavior and her racist comments, we hung up on her and paid for change of tire ourselves and moved on.First, Andrea needs to be fired and given bad letter of recommendation!! Next, Right cars needs to hire new reps and train them in custom service. This place requires $100k+ property damage insurance. Obviously nobody has that so they tack that on your rental price. Just rent from the airport, youll pay the same price.

Worse experience ever. I was there for 1 1/2 hours fighting over to pay insurance I allready had. My insurance company said they never heard or seen anything like this. Then about the toll fee which he made us take and didnt go through any. It was so bad so when we dropped the car off we just urbered to the airport. Couldnt get out of there quick enough.

FINALLY,, I GOT A HOLD OF THE ACTUAL RENTAL PLACE BY PRESSING GET PICKED UP BY THE SHUTTLE. I GOT YELLED AT AND THEY TOLD ME THE SYSTEM MADE A MISTAKE AND I HAVE TO FIX IT WHERE I BOOKED IT. WHICH I TRIED AND THEY TRIED. HELLO?? WELL, THEY MADE NO EFFORT IN FIXING THE SITUATION NOR TO RENT ME ANOTHER CAR. I HAD TO TELL HIM TO LOOK UP MY RESERVATION, HE DIDNT EVEN ASK. When I finally arrived at the location, because the shuttle took forever, I was told that I had to pay the balance plus the insurance. I told the rep that I had already paid that, and he could see what I paid on his computer because he told me but told me he didnt know what it was for. WTH!! How do you not know??? Saved me from a 60 person line at Ace and Fox. Checked out car quickly, free upgrade to an SUV. When I dropped off it was just as quick and the shuttle driver said he didnt have any reservations coming in and took me directly to my terminal to avoid taking an additional shuttle from the rental car center to my gate. Thanks!Read some other reviews, I had gotten the insurance through Expedia and Right Cars didnt say anything about additional cost for anything additional. I have had similar experiences at smaller rental places with additional insurance costs. Their toll rates are also the same as other local car rental places. My tires werent bald, and my reservation was processed and a shuttle at Shuttle 7 at FLL within 15 minutes of me making the reservation through Expedia.

Terrible experience. Hidden policies everywhere. You’re forced to purchased 300k liability because “they’re a small company compared to the others” while their slogan claims they are global expert. They reference the terms of service on their website claiming that all the information is there, but when it’s brought up in front of them they can’t show you. Not even the terms sheet they want you to sign tells you about the insurance requirements. We updated our personal policy to include their requirement in front of them and then were told AFTER that it has to be done 60 days in advance! This place is borderline fraudulent. The shuttle does not come unless you call them, which is okay but not advertised as such. The car we rented had its maintenance light on and some kind of suspension joint problem. I couldn’t trust them you with anything and renting from them would not make for the start of a relaxing get away. Just spend the extra $ to get a reliable car with a pleasant experience - you’ll end up paying it anyway.

Great first time experience. When you travel.with kids, a Silver Car agent comes get you at the airport and also drive you back when dropping off. If you are a first time renter, they will need to check your cc and ID. We got a 20% coupon so its a good price as car seats are compliment.

Website says unlimited miles, you get there and its a 50 mile a day limit. Hidden fees, hidden everything. Absolutely garbage company should be reported for false advertising.

When you get there they will sell you a insurance that you already carry if you have full coverage insurance. It Is not car rental insurance for damage. The reason I know is someone broke a window to the car I was charged $500. I was told I would get the difference back from the repair Cost and $500 they took but never did. I called and emailed multiple times to get a invoice for the work. Never did! I tried to get the invoice to see if my credit card would cover it but they never gave a invoice so I couldn’t get help from credit card. I couldn’t dispute the $500 either since there was some damage. Worst experience with a rental ever. Save your self the head ache!!!

Our experience with Right Cars in Ft Lauderdale was fine. We were picked by the shuttle within 10 minutes of arriving at the shuttle stand . The driver was courteous and professional. After a 5 minute ride to their facility we quickly got our car. We were aware of the deposit ($250)so that was no surprise. We did a walk around the car with an employee He took pictures inside and outside the the car to document the condition and emailed them to us. Got a 2019 corolla in very good condition that was clean with a full tank of gas. The return process was equally good and professional. Our deposit was refunded within 48 hours. This office seems to be working very hard to overcome the problems they have had. Just be aware of their hours of operation... They dont open until 8an so If you have an early flight plan accordingly. Overall a good experience for us.

If I could give this place NO stars I would!! we showed up with 3 small kids to pick up our car, they started bringing up a TON of hidden fees, demanding we pay for an additional fee since our car insurance did not cover up to $300,000. They than requested we pay a $500 refundable deposit that was not mentioned anywhere in the rental agreement, on top of pressuring us to pay an additional $15/day for tolls (which the entire time i was in Florida i did not see one toll!) They also wanted $10/day for an additional driver. we told them we could give a credit card over the phone since we did not have one on us for the $500. They told us no and we were than stranded without a car and 3 small children. They said we would be refunded after reaching out to Expedia who we booked through! We still have no refund.They were extremely RUDE!! Rental cars are very good but no one is available in the office most of the time.

They found the way to charge extra. They require customers to have a $300,000 liability to rent a car. Most people like I do have $50,000-$75,000 of liability coverage on their car insurance. I had to pay an extra $42. The car I rented probably cost $8,000 at most (a run down Nissan Sentra). The car was dirty and stunk. The people working there were nice, but the company is trash.

I do not believe this is a real car rental business. Is a body shop that rents an office to a car rental company. Website says it opens at 8am, I stood there for two hours and nobody showed up, doors locked and everything. I ended up leaving, with no car. I should have read the other reviews. I just know getting a refund is going to be a nightmare.

Wish I could give Zero stars. That great rate you were quoted online, go ahead and double or triple that. Because thats what this rental will cost you when you get to the mechanics garage that doubles as the office. All run by one person. Youll have to call for the shuttle from the airport. It doesnt run every 15 minutes as advertised. Our budget rental more than tripled in price when they tried tack on required fees, insurance, etc. And just like the group in line ahead of us, we left without a car. Took a Lyft down the street to another carrier. I cant advisd you hard enough to steer clear.

Worst company ... EVER! The car smelled like weed, multiple dents and parts hanging where they should not be hanging. Embarrassing! Car had a flat tire. No help offered or reimbursement for a tow truck &/or tire change fee. Do NOT use them. Not worth the dollar you think you’ll be saving.Edit- 2 months later we were refunded for our flat tire reimbursement after several emails.

Great location. The customer service representative was great. Oswaldo helped figure out the price savings in being down graded a car and in addition gave a discount in the rental. Very helpful and understanding to situations from another location

Why I tried to go anywhere else? No idea, bad choice on my part! After the 2 hour wait, a few days ago, we had with another place, walking in to this location was a breath of fresh air! Marino was awesome!!!! Extremely friendly, talkative and just made the transaction fly by! Do not try to use anywhere else! (I forgot to post this from my trip a few weeks ago)

This was my first experience with Right Cars Rental and I have to say I was nervous after reading reviews and also having people outside the building telling me to be careful renting from them, but upon further asking those people outside what happened, they tried to rent without a credit card and one is required at the time of the rental. So I brushed off what the people said (obviously they were salty because they couldnt rent a car from them) and I went inside. The guys working there were very friendly, very helpful and even gave us great ideas for places to eat. I brought the car back and they again were very helpful and my deposit was back on my credit card within two days. I would definitely rent from them again.

Very polite and thoughtful staff. Process was easy and quick. When we went there was no line to pick up a car but I did walk by once and see there was a large line.

They canceled my reservation i made three months in advance and tried to charge me $1500.00 more. I would never use them.

Easiest car rental company I had to deal with! In the past, a lot of car rental companies were nit-picky and were very sketchy. Right Cars Fort Lauderdale had great employees. For the cost, it was very affordable for a 2019 Highlander.

We just flew in from Atlanta and we sat on the plane for over 2 hours before taking off. We had car rental reservations at Right cars which should be WRONG cars. Since we knew our flight was delayed, my friend called the manager Andrea to let her know that our flight was delayed. She failed to ask the questions that a manager should ask like, your reservation time etc. but instead, she allowed us to fly in, wait for a bus, take a bus to the rental place, wait and she tells us that there arent anymore reservations and was none apologetic and said to go on the website and ask for your money back. I asked could we just make another reservation and she said theyre booked up for the month. But, we looked on the site and they have reservations for the very next day. I NEVER play the race card, EVER but, we were the ONLY ones with the issue and she lied about them being booked up for a month. Ive been in management for over 25 years and there are things out of our control at times but we still have a responsibility to our guests and customers. 1. To be sincerely apologetic and polite. 2. Ask the appropriate questions to better assist your customer when they call letting you know of any changes in their schedules. I had to select a star but they didnt deserve any. She gave NO apology.

Don’t trust these thievesThey will rip you off so bad it’s not even funny. The customer service is horrendous and the hidden fees are disgusting. To top it off they gave me a sketchy car with an EXPIRED LICENSE PLATE. Avoid them at all costs!

Flew in on a Wednesday walked right up to the counter and was done in less than 10 minutes. Picked up my truck and it was quick as well. The only complaint I had was the front end had a clanky noise. Tons of cars coming and going not there fault they thanked me when I told them. Great customer service would definitely rent again from this location.

Price was not as advertised. Expected to put a hold on my car in the amount of my insurance deductible. As I was leaving, he was telling the person behind me in line that he didnt have a car for her... On my way to another rental spot as we speak.

If I could, I would give this company a 0 star. I have never written an online review and our negative experience was so bad I had to review. We complained about him requiring us to purchase his insurance so he stormed out and cancelled our reservation. This was at 9pm and we have 2 small children. He left us stranded without a car rental because we complained. He said he was the franchise owner and was EXTREMELY difficult to communicate and work with.

Super friendly service from checking in to checking out. Representatives are there to help you rather than upsell like normal car rental places. The service was very personal as they found the right car for you. Cars were also very clean. Highly recommend this location!

I rarely write reviews, but these people are so dishonest that I feel ethically obligated to. I prepaid $105 for my reservation, and they ended up charging me an additional $240 in suprise fees ($345 total, when I thought I would only pay $105). On top of that, their shuttle took 45 minutes to pick me up -- (shuttles for all the other car rental agencies were literally lapping them). I cannot emphasize enough how dishonest these people are and how bad their service is.I would strongly advise paying a little more money up front for a more reputable company - in the end, you will pay less and get way better service!

Have attempted to call them 8 times over the past two days to ask a question about a reservation. No one has picked up the phone. I have chosen all 3 options on the phone in hopes of speaking to someone to no avail.

Don’t go here! They took $100 after stating i couldn’t get a rental. Very unprofessional! Nothing is refundable even if you don’t get the car. These people do not care and steer you wrong.

ZERO STARS. Very DISAPPOINTED! They totally ripped us off and charged us for extra insurance because we didnt carry our insurance policy declaration page with us when we went to pick up the car. NOBODY carries their dec page with them. Thats what the insurance card is used for. AND they required $300,000.00 property damage amount which is excessive to say the least. Nobody has that amount and they charged us EXTRA for not having the $300,000. The place is dirty. The cars are dirty. The waiting room smelled like urine. And the counter people were not helpful and were very sneaky the way they added the charges to our bill. WE WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Absolute rip off. Will try to charge you $14 / day extra for “tolls”. Rep said we’d hit at least 4 on the way home. Left and Uberred to the hotel, without passing a single toll. Pay a little extra and rent a car from a trustworthy establishment.

This was a great car rental experience! Very fast pick up from the airport and amazing service by Andrea who was super helpful, friendly and efficient. The price was one of the cheapest we found but the car was in great condition - clean, ran well and new - and with a great stereo system. Highly recommended - will definitely come back again!

Horrible experience. Called for the shuttle and got hung up on. Took an Uber and they have a $1000 deposit for a $20 a day Economy Car. Rude as well. The place is located in a garage that looks like a chop shop.

This place is a rip off and, in my understanding, committing fraudulent activity. They advertise and confirm low rates and when I showed up for pickup the rate offered was doubled. I refused to proceed and requested my prepayment back but was told they wouldnt refund the money.So, you are in a middle of the road somewhere and have no means of transportation. They just take advantage of the situation and many people have no choice. I consider it fraud.

This place gave me a decent price for a rental then when I got there they tried to charge me $1000 if I didnt get their liability insurance. I had not had that before. They was jacking up charges on tolls and the car had almost bald tires and the trunk was dirty. I ended up paying double what I had reserved for!!! I will call the company and complain...very disappointed in the service. I felt bullied at the counter. I will not ever book with them again!

The worst car rental ever stay away from these freaken people they will rob you blind. There cars are nasty as well. They charged me extra insurance when I said I needed none. I wish I had the option of giving this no stars because this was one of the worst experiences I had with a car rental place. My wife and I were picked up at an airport and dropped off at a very shady garage which is also the car rental location. When we get there, the person at the desk said we needed to buy a daily toll pass to go through the tolls as we were going to Miami. I’m like “here we go again, I knew there had to be hidden fees somewhere.” I didn’t fight it and purchased the toll pass for an extra $50.So I was hoping this would be the only negative experience I would have with right cars. WRONG! I returned my car (about an hour ago as I am writing this review) and when they inspected the car they found the front plastic protector under the car to be damaged. When I asked him to show me the pre inspection video before I got the car, the person who recorded the video went so fast under the front part that you could not even tell if the plastic protector was damaged or not. The guy behind the desk said it would be $300... wow! What cheaters... my wife and I are not dishonest people and would have gladly told the truth if we truly damaged the car but we didn’t. I told them I would not pay that as I feel we are being scammed, like how do I truly know the protector wasn’t damaged before I got the car? Right cars couldn’t prove I did this damage yet they said if I didn’t pay the $300, they will take my security deposit. Needless to say I will be fighting this hard. I will be calling right cars and speaking to management and also calling my bank and disputing any charges. I just can’t stand people cheating others out of money.When we went back to the van to take us back to the airport, a couple told us they tried to do the same thing to them. We all agreed, they must do this all the time.I would strongly advise people to save themselves an unpleasant and shady experience and book with a reliable car rental company like Hertz.

WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I travel quite often and never have I ever had such a bad experience with a rental. First of all they take a 500 dollar deposit off of your credit card and the cars are all broken down with scratches and poorly maintained. The staff is rude and they rush you out of the door. When returning the vehicle, they said it had a flat tire and ran my card for 300 dollars without my permission!!!! Very rude!!! Very ghetto. Would not recommend.

One star option is one too many for this company. Seriously, just run! 100% a bait and switch kinda company. Theyll get you in for a low price and then try to add a bunch of unnecessary purchase options to your account. At first they to scare you into the sunpass and then they try to force you into getting their 300k liability insurance. If you put up too much of a fight they will refuse to rent to you.I have been traveling for about 1/3 of the year for the last 5 years for work and have never once had a issue with a rental company. I am not a newbie to renting a vehicle. They are unethical scammers. RUN!! BUYER BEWARE!

DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY!My sister rent a car from this place half years ago. it was a NIGHTMARE! It was a old car, already used almost 800,000 miles. She noticed Warning Lights on when she just got car and left the location, she immediately return to the office and ask to change to another car, the staff told her the car just fine, and they dont have another car to change, ask her to come back next day. Next day when my sister start car, the warning lights still on, and there was brake problem. she dangerously drove back to the company, ask for change, but the staff was very rude and told her they dont have another car, and that was my sister broken the car! After exhausting argument, it was late, they kick her out to closed door, left my sister outside by herself. She had no choice but dangerously drove back to her friends house where her stayed. 3rd day, her friend helps her called tow truck to tow the car back to the company for return, and filed complaint. After half year complaint, she received a bill for repair cost!!! Ridiculous!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! Your jaw will dropWhen you seee the filthy shady auto shop you get dropped to. First off you need to take two different shuttles to get here so super inconvenient. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle. We arrive, our reservation was $186 for a rental car that we pre booked. By the time this shade ball at the counter was done with us our rental price was jacked up to 408 for an economy car... we showed him our declaration page from progressive showing it our insurance covers 300,000 for liability. Also states it on a sign at their desk. He made up some BS excuse that our injury wasnt enough which the sign says nothing about.. we left and went to budget which was half the price and actually located at the airport. Here is another perfect 1 star for a place that already has a perfect 1 star rating
