In town for a few months for work and found this awesome place. They showed me around and they sanitize pretty good all the instruments they use. Lotions and hand scrubs smell sooo good!

First time to this nail salon and was very impressed today. Upon arrival we had a nice tour of the salon with the receptionist. It was clean and calm and smelled great inside. My friend and I had the best staff who did our pedicures. We loved the entire experience. If you are looking for a clean, modern, great customer service nail salon, this is your new place!

Great salon. Super clean, which is there thing compared to normal nail salons. I think the prices are way too high for a gel manicure ($55 without a tip). I was going on a regular basis and now stopped because the lady I was seeing left and the only one that does a meticulous job is Desideria! And shes booked out far. The gel is great, stayed on for the full 2 weeks, make sure to ask for the rubber base coat though. If you want a place that is super SUPER clean and dont care about price, this is your spot!

I have recently moved to Fort Collins and have struggled to find a nail salon I liked as well as my salon back home. But, I was thrilled with my experience at the very clean and professional Frenchies. My experience with Haley was pleasant and relaxing. My feet look and feel great! I will definitely be back.

Took my daughter here for homecoming to get her nails done. Very unfriendly and nails look like a toddler painted them. Not impressed.

Have yet to get someone who hasnt been amazing at their job. Ive had Hannah and Sonja and they are both amazing.Sonja even went above and beyond and helped me reconnect with my lost hair dresser after she relocated. Lucky coincidence but she also still made an effort to help that most people would not.Shes my hero and she did a great job on my nails! 💅

The place is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional however the prices are very high for no pampering. I have been twice and have noticed customers are treated differently based on the staff member they deal with. Some are offered beverages, some are not. Some are offered a neck pillow and some are not. Etc. I was not offered these for the highest level of pedicure. I also did not get the massage the menu clearly states is part of the service. Was my pedicurest just forgetting or in a hurry or am I supposed to ask for this? Maybe the check in person is supposed to offer neck pillows etc. Regardless there is break down somewhere. My feet look great but I did not feel pampered which I would expect for $65.00. I will assume this means staff have not been trained to offer these things. This is a failure of management and not the employee.

Was not very pleased with the mani at Frenchies. Employees seemed unkept and unprofessional, very much a junior college nail school feeling. Prices are pretty high.Though the technician was very nice, she did a sloppy job, getting polish all over my cuticles. Because the polish was on my cuticles it lifted and peeled off just minutes after leaving the salon, from the cuticle. All nails were off within the next hour. The nails peeled off like stickers-in large or whole pieces. HR did reach out, but instead of a refund they wanted me to come back and work with a “better” nail tech or the top nail tech. I was able to go elsewhere for the same price and get a full set of dip nails.

I went to Frenchies for the first time and had a great experience. The number one thing I look for when choosing where to get my nails done is their procedure for cleaning and sanitizing. Frenchies goes above and beyond what I expected. They give you a tour on your first visit. They even show you the back room where they sanitize the tools and explain the procedures they follow for doing so. They do not have jets for the pedicure tubs for sanitary purposes which I find a huge plus. The employees are friendly, make sure you are comfortable, and take their time. Their nail polishes are brands made with safer ingredients, another plus for me! I was very happy with my pedicure. I love that there is a local nail salon that puts their customers first when it comes to quality of care, products, and cleanliness.

I love Frenchies. They are so fun and nice there. They also do a great job on my nails EVERY TIME. The salon is very clean, inviting, relaxing and welcoming. Im so glad this place opened!

I’ve had my nails done pretty much everywhere in Fort Collins, but Frenchies is my favorite! Love that they use polishes with less toxins. Better for you and it doesn’t smell! The women here are great and do a wonderful job. If you get your nails done regularly, the polish pass is totally worth it. I come in every 3 weeks since I do gel and they still look great at the 3 week mark!

OK, starting with positive, they really are very clean. They use Colorado made lotions and sugar scrubs that smell great. My nails look nice. There were just some things missing. When I go to a more upscale place where I pay more for services, I expect certain amenities. I wasnt offered a beverage, the sugar scrub part of my mani took all of about 10 seconds per hand/arm, the massage portion was 5 minutes tops, and thats both hands, no per hand. And it wasnt a good massage. No pressure and felt very tepid. No nail drying machine offered although they have them, and no clocks so when I was told I could sit for 10 minutes to let my nails dry I had no clue how long that was. The entire experience was disappointing and wasnt worth the cost. It just wasnt a good value. There are other places in town that do better and Ill be going to them instead.

I had the best pedicure of my life! As soon as we walked in, it smelled like a spa, not like chemicals like other nail salons. I felt so pampered with their lavender scrub and lotion and my feet feel so silly smooth! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, helpful and thorough with making sure we were safe and clean!

The staff were so friendly and nice. It was clean and relaxing. Leah was absolutely amazing! I had terrible gel dip extensions on and she removed them and gave me beautiful gel polish. I will definitely be going back, and cant wait to try a pedicure also.

Extremely disappointed. I booked a mani/pedi for me and my best friend over a month before the actual appointment. They confirmed my appointment on Monday and I reminded them this was for my best friends wedding nails and we were very excited. Then I get a call 3 hours before my appointment time saying they could only see ONE of us today because a nail technician was out sick. I asked if there was anything they could do because I don’t want the bride sitting there alone this was supposed to be a special experience for us and I booked weeks in advance. I was put on the phone with the manager, Leah, and she again told me they could only do one appointment or try to get us in at 10am and 4pm tomorrow. I again asked why they couldn’t move someone else’s appointment?! If they could easily move ours which is for HER WEDDING IN 48 HOURS they could move someone else who booked less in advance. She again told me there was nothing she could do AND HUNG UP ON ME. What?! Unacceptable and disappointed

Ive had several wonderful services at Frenchies. The staff is always friendly and the place is always super clean. They have a big variety of polishes to choose from and the service is always impeccable. Highly recommend booking your next relaxation here!

I first went to Frenchies when they first opened, I had a pretty terrible experience then but it was a soft opening and I can completely understand that things dont always go smoothly at first.I returned about a week ago thinking it would be good to give them another chance - there was a little trouble with my appointment initially, I had it down for Friday and the the automatic migration from their system had it on my calendar for Friday but they had it in their system for Thursday. No biggie and nothing they could have done to prevent this. They were able to transition it to a different time on Friday to accommodate my schedule which was great.The woman who did my nails was amazing and very friendly. The salon is very clean. The polish/prep could be better, my manicure did not last more than one hand wash before chipping significantly and it looked completely ragged by a few hours later. My first time also did not last more than a day. For the price of the service, completely not worth it.

I loved my experience here. The atmosphere is so clean, pretty and relaxing. Right when you walk in you are greeted with a friendly face. The nail techs take the time to get to know you and are interested in what you have to say. They do AMAZING nails here, really take their time to get it perfect. They have great products that I love. The footlogix cream helped my cracked feet and the spinters sisters products are so moisturizing and leave my hands and feet feeling so soft! I had to purchase some! Overall such a great place. I definitely recommend coming here.

I had a lovely pedicure here! The salon is very clean and bright and quiet - such a relaxing atmosphere! I loved that I didnt have to worry about harsh chemicals or unsanitary practices like many other salons in town.I docked 1 star because I did not feel they had a robust selection of colors, my pedicure started quite late and my technician did not cap the free edge of my nail so it began to chip within just a few days which is unfortunate because usually my pedicures last a few weeks. Otherwise, a lovely experience!

This is my new favorite place! Super clean, amazing people, fantastic service, and great prices. If you want to actually have an experience when you get your nails one (and not just be part of an assembly line) this is the place to go!

I loved my pedicure here!!! The foot logix cream was amazing and healed my dry cracked feet. I will definitely go back here staff is amazing and its so clean and calming in there. I highly recommend- ten stars!!

Very, very clean (three cheers for the autoclave! 🙌) and classy. Great selection of colors and the products used were really top notch and smelled great. Speaking of smells - I could breathe easy in there and I am super sensitive to nail product smells and the like, so that says a lot. Nail tech was professional and thorough and easy to talk to. I didnt feel rushed while waiting for my toe nails to dry after my pedicure was finished, either.I dont indulge in pedicures very frequently, but next time I do, it will absolutely be at Frenchies! :-)

I do not recommend this salon. I had to go back at the end of the day to have some polish redone. I could not see if it was the customer or the nail technician, but someone put the used disposable flip flops from a pedicure on the manicure counter. Then, an employee who was sweeping up for the day set the dustpan on the manicure counter.

This place was cute, professional, and very clean. Krystal was my nail technician and she did a wonderful job! I will definitely be back.

I will be honest. Im not sure what I expected from this. But I was left very happy with my experience. Everything is so clean and nice. The products smell amazing. The scrub was amazing as well as the massage. Absolutely the best manicure I have ever had.

My friend and I got pedicures and we loved it! My tech Desideria was very friendly and did an amazing job on my feet! My nails look perfect, its definitely the best pedicure Ive gotten in FoCo. The salon was also spotless. I definitely think its worth paying a little more than other places for the quality and Ill be back for sure!
