I want thank Angel and for his Service at the store. I came in the store tonight and change phone carriers. The Service was excellent. He went above and beyond for me as a customer. Super patient and very helpful and got me taken care of. He explained everything and stayed after a bit to help get phone activated.

I had the best experience I have ever had with a cell phone service retailer at this location. All thanks to seriously amazing customer service. Caleb was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and never once made me feel pressured into buying anything. It was a breath of fresh air from previous encounters at other Verizon stores where I have felt that used car salesman environment. My situation was handled with attention to what I wanted and needed. All of my questions were answered fully. I felt that I was able to make my own educated decisions, which was the best part. If I ever need anything regarding my cellular service or device, this is store I will return to. My only remark is that they should have two representatives working during those stereotypically busy times of day.

Upgraded my phone today, the service was incredible as soon as I walked in the door. Not sales-y at all! I believe the guy who helped me was named Caleb. Every step along the way he truly had my interest at the forefront.I don’t tend to have the best experience when switching my phone/upgrading my phone…but this was so easy, quick, and I’m a happy camper with a much nicer phone than before I walked in the store!

Caleb not only completed the tasks I needed after destroying my phone in an accident but answered numerous question from his seemingly encyclopedic knowledge on phones. He also introduced me to.new products of which I had no knowledge. It was a very stimulating and enjoyable learning experience. This is a high potential employee and should be groomed for senior management.

I came to this store needing to buy a new iPhone and switch around multiple phones on my Verizon account. Caleb was absolutely amazing!! He totally knows what he’s doing as far as the phones go and his customer service is top notch. I will DEFINITELY come back for future phones!! THANK YOU CALEB!!

I had the best experience here! I was switching carriers, and buying a new phone through a promotion going on with the company, and Caleb made the experience phenomenal. He explained everything very well, answered all of my questions, and helped me set up everything in the store. This is by far the best Verizon store to come to, and get what you need, and a definite deliver of excellent customer service!

Do not bother scheduling an appointment, as it apparently does not mean anything. I was planning to go to verizon after work, so I was looking for locations on the verizon website. The website suggested I make an appointment, so I check, and there is an appointment time for noon. I figure, with an appointment, I can go over lunch and be done within the lunch hour.I show up at noon, and there are four other people there waiting to be helped and only one employee. I tell him I have an appointment, and he says he will put me in the queue to be helped after them. I tell him I am there on my lunch and only have 45 minutes, which is why I scheduled an appointment. He says it will be awhile before he gets to me. I say, so the appointment means nothing? He says, no, it gets you in the queue when you arrive. I ask, how is that different than if I just arrive without an appointment? He says, I guess its not. I say okay, forget it. I will go after work.Really displeased that I wasted my lunch break for nothing. I would not have bothered going with such a short window, but I assumed an appointment would ensure I received help at the scheduled time. You know, as appointments do by definition. Really poor management.

Caleb was a great help today. I came in to talk about my business account and he not only helped me but was able to add value and make me and anyone I know come back plus save me money!! Would highly recommend

The customer service is absolutely terrible here. A simple question ended in more questions from the reps than a simple solution. Rep was rude as soon as we walked in and was annoyed they had to help us. This place is a joke, I will be pursuing my complaint through Verizon and this location.

Caleb was probably one of the most well informed reps I have ever talked to at a phone store. It was a great experience with personality and vibe. I have to say that the four stars come from policy, which I am v sad about, but doesnt reflect the service I received which was great. The 14 day return policy should maybe be 13 days, because when I went to exchange on the 14th day it was no longer possible which I found depressing. I wanted to give this phone a chance, but its not worth it. After using the camera on the phone I purchased (galaxy a12) I found it to be very cringe compared to my IPhone 6 and would have much rather went with the other budget option the Iphone SE. Im basically just writing this in case anyone else on a budget wants a new phone, dont go with this one bc in practice its camera is comparable to something I would have bought 10 years ago, although the specs would imply a different result.

Caleb is awesome. This store is an authorized dealer. So you dont have to deal with a third party and extra charges or fees. They definitely get you taken care of. I came into the Verizon Store late in the afternoon to figure out what was wrong with my Samsung Notebook 9 and Justin found it had 39 viruses and plus I was also having the issue with the pen, it kept replying that pen was not inserted when it was there. Justin tried what he could in removing all the viruses but it was too much. He then worked it out where I could get my new notebook and I am very pleased with my new phone. Justin was very helpful and patient. Thank you Verizon and Justin.

We upgraded a phone here on March 3, 2020. The associate, Caleb told us about a device trade in promotion for $350. He told us we had to change from our legacy to plan to the new unlimited and send in our old phone for a $350 trade in credited towards the new phone spread over 24 months. He printed out a shipping label for this and we even have a signed Post Sales Checklist that he signed and I signed agreeing to the $350 credit. So when I saw a $35 credit on my bill, I called Verizon. Verizon said that there is not and was never any such promotion and that even though I had this signed checklist from this store they would not be able to honor what was promised. I do not appreciate being lied to, and will not return to this store again. Be very careful if you come here, I wouldnt trust anything that they say. Even if they give you a piece of paper that seems like you have proof Verizon wont honor it.

Went into this store thinking I was just going to be another person, that they sold a phone and sent out the door. The two reps that were their, KNEW what they were talking about, and threw every promo at me, so I could decide the best deal, I wanted!! I appreciated every bit of it! They were both extremely knowledgeable, both super friendly, and made sure everything transferred, before sending me on my way. Very personable experience!

My wife & I went here to see if she should change her current plan which includes her mothers phone. The young man was very helpful, very knowledgeable. He did NOT try to sell her a more expensive plan. He pointed out what met her needs without costing her more money. He has an iPhone, as does my wife, & he showed her how she might improve its performance by certain deletions & changes. We came away with a highly improved impression of Verizon. Very satisfying experience.

Outstanding customer care! Michael was amazing in helping us change our cell service over to Verizon. He spent four hours with us deciding which phone we wanted, would Verizon be a good fit and what type of plan would be our best fit. We live in Red Feather Lakes, so our cell service is sketchy, but Verizon works great here in most areas, we still have to use our satellite internet at our house, but voice over IP works at home now.Our experience with Verizon has been GREAT! We owe this to Michael, because without his attention to detail, his knowledge of the phones Verizon offers, his knowledge of veterans discounts and other special deals, we would have not changed our service to Verizon. Thank you Michael, we are enjoying our phone and service.

The guys who helped me we friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable, my experience at the store was less than satisfactory however. I came in almost a month ago to get a new phone and watch. We spent a few hours working on getting my items ordered since they didn’t have what I needed, and upgraded another phone on my line. Three weeks have now passed and after spending another frustrating hour and a half in the store, I again come home with the news of they ordered the wrong phone, my watch did not come in like they said it had, and my account is locked for an unknown amount of time until all my original items come in. So now I can’t go anywhere to get a phone and I’ve easily wasted 4 hours dealing with this situation. Very unhappy.

I was trying to fix my service online and then via voice / phone. After 4 attempts and a lot of wasted time I stopped by their office and the representative fixed it right away. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated their time and for making it easy for me.

I had a few issues with my new phone and they where able to explain the issue and help me fix the problem. While making sure all of my phone issues where fixed they also made sure our billing was correct. Fun and awesome people to be around.

Bought a phone they said had QI wireless charging technology along with a case and screen protector which was nonrefundable. Found out the phone did not have wireless charging. They exchanged the phone and gave us a new case with screen protector at no additonal cost. Staff was very ameable and friendly. Traveled to this store from Cheyenne and glad we did!
