Austin was incredibly helpful when we just bought a new iPhone. He gave us the information we needed when we could not get anyone at corporate Verizon to help us. He assisted us in determining what plan to go with and also transferring data over (even staying late to make sure it was done). He went above and beyond with his custom service. I thought the experience was great and I will be shopping with them again!

I had a terrible experience at the store on 2720 council tree ave Fort Collins, CO with the manager Jason. I came this morning with an old iPhone SE problem and I was told I needed a replacement. I told Jason I wanted an small phone. He told me iPhone 8 was more expensive than iPhone 11. He kept pushing me to do the 11.He offered a trade in of my old phone and get $200 value toward the new 11. He said I could return it within 14 days if I am not happy with the phone. He never said I will never get my old phone. I called Verizon wireless and I was told I should get the phone back if it was the purchase today. I went back and Jason said I will never get my phone back because it was a Verizon phone plus if I wanted the $200 trade in value it needed to be for a new phone. I asked if I can get any trade in value for an iPhone 8 and he said no. I opened a chat with Verizon and I was told I could get $100 trade in value for an iPhone 8. I went to Best Buy and the phones where less that this indirect Verizon store. But I am trapped with having to do business with the indirect Verizon store because they took my old iPhone and don’t want to give it back to me.The manager raised his voice while at the store with customers and I also did as I felt attacked. I left the store but I am completely unhappy with all the lies and treatment. I want to report this issue to anyone who can help to address a better customer experience.

My spouse and I were in this Verizon store today where we received exceptional service from Alexander. We are not the most tech savvy people and Alexander was very patient with us. We were changing phone providers and getting new phones. It was a lengthy process because of all that was involved. Alexander was friendly and professional from start to finish. We are most appreciative of his efforts and the wonderful service we received.

Well, great to know that thelis place is full of liars. I was told I was setting up a new plan with a Buy 1 Get 1 Free phone promo. Turns out it was B1G1 $700 off. Had I know that, I wouldnt have picked the S10+ when my wife got hers. I didnt even want the larger size but figured I shouldnt waste the extra savings. Last time I go to an authorized seller again. Do yourself a favor and go to the actual Verizon stores instead, they dont lie to you about promos or charge you fees for account setup.

ALEX is amazing!! Every time I go in this Verizon store, he knows exactly what to do. It’s amazing. I had to get a new phone due to water damage and Alex is one of the quickest Verizon service team members I’ve ever been around. He is very polite, funny, knowledgeable and I drove an extra 6 miles to this Verizon store hoping he’d be working that day and he was! Thank you Alex for making the new iPhone game as painless as possible!

Be ready for a surprise $20 charge that you never agreed to. If you have the technical ability to set up your own phone, which is not very hard, steer clear of this place. I went in there to upgrade my phone and they never mentioned that they charge you a $20 fee to set up your phone or ask you if you want them to set up your phone. They just do it and then charge you $20, pretty shady business practice. Just order your phone online and save yourself the money.

WOW! The incompetence of the Verizon staff is shameful! Kept me there for 6 hours, until 10:00 at night with a used-car-sales rep who couldn’t do anything and the store manager who couldn’t figure out how to set up a business account. They changed the terms on me 3 times at the end and have lied repeatedly.Have had nothing but trouble with them and CANNOT recommend Verizon. The cell service is their only saving grace but I’de be out of there if I wasn’t trapped in a 2-year agreement. 1 Star is generous.

He answered questions and actually spent time instead of the usual rushed job I have experienced at other places. He actually made my time in the store enjoyable! Basic smart phones are fine. Everything works great so far. Anthony was helpful. But Im once again struck of what is required to upgrade. Even with the free phone deal, GoWireless cost was $360 and my Verizon bill was $320. Considering I usually pay $102 per month, this is outrageous and feels like a scam. Start up fees, etc., etc. etc.... $680 later. Ouch!!! Oh to remember the days when you just had a phone in the home and paid $35 a month for the whole household.

I would recommend going here directly for all your Verizon needs. They just take better care of you and its a much more personable experience then you can get anywhere else.

Horrible Experience! I highly suggest you stay away from Go Wireless and work directly with an actual Verizon store. I ordered a phone they didnt have in stock. About 20 minutes after ordering the phone with Go Wireless, I found out the Verizon Store had the phone in stock. I wanted to cancel my order immediately. I also found out since Go Wireless is a authorized retailer I would have to trade in the old phone in at the actual Verizon store anyway. I would have to make multiple trips to the actual Verizon store to complete this. The Verizon store can do it all in one place. After learning this, I tried to cancel my order and was told they couldnt, it was too late. Even though it had only been 30 min or less since I left the store. When I called the store to cancel my phone order, I was told I would have to call Verizon Customer Support and cancel my order. I was frustrated, but followed Go Wireless instructions and called Verizon Support. The Verizon agent who helped me was very knowledgeable and shared this was the incorrect process and Go Wireless would need to contact CORE Support with Go Wireless to cancel the order. When Go Wireless literally just told me I had to cancel myself. I hung up even more frustrated and went into store physically and requested to speak with a manager. There was no manager on site and they refused to call one. I made them call CORE.They seemed very reluctant to even call CORE. Then the Go Wireless rep called the wrong number the first time that took about 10 minutes. The rep called the right number and then tells me the phone had already shipped and unable to do anything. Then, Go Wireless states that my account is locked until the phone arrives and I cancel the order. I found out that evening, the phone had not even shipped until almost several hours later when I received a shipping email confirmation from Go Wireless. Go Wireless is extremely unprofessional!Extremely frustrating!! If Go Wireless would have called CORE, like they know how to do, right when we asked I would have been able to cancel. I believe the order could have been cancelled. Instead the associates were very reluctant to call and gave us the run around on the canceling process. I truly believe they just wanted commission or something off this sale. Again, there was no manger on duty and no contact info given to contact the manager. As soon as the phone comes in I will be canceling my order and never doing business with Go Wireless again.* Update - I went into the Verizon store to get my new phone. I shared this info with the Verizon rep that my account was locked. The rep said that was incorrect. This locking made me wait 3 days to come into the store to buy the phone. Go Wireless does not know Verizon policies and are not knowledgeable about the products.I advise anyone to just save time and hassle and just go directly to an actual Verizon store.

Kevin was exceptional in his expertise and professionalism. He was helping another customer when we arrived and stayed to help us after finishing with his previous customer even though he was scheduled to leave. He stayed about 2 hours over his scheduled time without a complaint. We are thankful for his sincere concern for the customer to receive the best possible service and his willingness to go more than an extra mile.Our situation was not an easy one, but Kevin made it far easier than other people would have. My dog destroyed my phone just prior to coming to Colorado to visit family. Fortunately, the phone was insured through Verizon and the replacement was received in less than 24 hours. Once set up, I needed to get new accessories (protective glass, charger, etc.) Kevin was most helpful and was able to obtain excellent discounts that made the bundle option a great deal. Kevin was courteous and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Kevin and this Verizon store in particular.

My husband and I had come in to finance an iPad for my son and I to share. There was poor customer service from the start but the guy was a new trainee, so it was cool. He was friendly in helping us pick out what we wanted. The store was going to close soon and as we were wrapping our sale up, the manager decided to try and pitch a couple extra sales to us. He was super nice until we politely declined. Then his whole attitude changed. We were there almost an hour and it was such a horrible experience. The next day we went to the main store by the mall and in ten minutes we walked out with what we wanted, no problems.

Super amazing store, the consultants are crazy knowledgeable, very very very helpful and friendly. They spent extra time helping my grandma pick phones and setting up her account. They even let her bring her dog in and gave the dog water while they were helping us. Very impressed with Rob and the entire experience at this Verizon store. The management and team are very professional and friendly. I came in to remove a phone off of my account and Rob was very courteous and understanding. After helping transfer my number to my own account he helped me get a new phone and tablet. He also transferred everything for me and tought me how to use the products. I would highly recommend this store. They are great at hearing your needs, solving your problems, and suggesting good quality proucts. Lower wait time and better service than other Verizon stores.

So Im paying $34.00 a month more than I was told, and the service is horrible!How do you get only one bar of antenna on the roof a 3 story building in downtown Fort Collins!!?? Went to Verizon 6 months ago and explained my needs for my phone for our business. Janee was difficult to work with and did not explain our payments well. The phone she recommended has not been meeting my needs over the last 6 months so she obviously did not listen well or give a good recommendation. After several issue with my phone I came back in to see what we could do for a new phone.Upon coming back in I have been given great information and service by Anthony! I would give Anthony 5 stars and look forward to working with him in the future. Very knowledgeable and accommodating!

I wouldnt recommend this place. I had a salesman swear up and down that I could upgrade to a different plan for free. I asked several times what the catch was and he said nothing, and would not explain why it was free. Low and behold I come home and find out that in fact it wasnt free and my bill went up $30. Im guessing commission based pay is what drives this sleazy behavior.

Had troubles charging my phone(not the first time). Went in and Gaby immediately greeted me and asked what the problem was. I told her the problem and she went into action. Calling insurance and cleaning the phone etc etc. Long story short, she was able to charge the phone with no problems after some TLC from Gaby. Thank you for the great customer support(atleast in the stores).

Jason was one of the poorest managers I have ever seen in a retail environment, all he cared about was making his commission and getting his dollar, he did not listen to the customer and made you feel rushed. I am surprised Verizon lets someone like Jason represent them. There are much better Verizon stores in FC, avoid this one.

Worse customer service ever! They did not know the Verizon insuarance process at all! Rob & is associate were making fun of a phone we were going 2 use for another line on our plan. Seriously just go to the one on College. I was in probably 2 or 3 times over the past few weeks doing research to upgrade my phone asking all kinds of questions. I go in to upgrade and after standing there for 20 minutes Im told that my mother has to call first in order to upgrade. One, its cheaper to pay my mom with the family plan. Two, wouldve been nice to know that prior to standing there. After work I decided to pop over to the one on college and was told that theyve stopped grandfathering the old contract with unlimited data so when I upgrade, Ill lose it. Once again, wouldve really liked to told about this weeks ago when I first started asking questions. Frankly, Im disappointed in Verizon as a whole. There is zero royalty for any customer. Nothing that makes me want to stay with the company. Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Be prepared for every promotion and promise to be cancelled, new devices to be thrown on the ground, service starting delayed over a week that you pay for, and +20 hours spent in-store and +10 on support lines just to set up ONE PHONE LINE. Beware children employees here. Stay away if you use Verizon, go to any other location. **ZERO STARS**If you do have the mispleasure of going here Ill bet money something goes wrong and theyll pretend to be apologetic and get *a higher up* to handle the situation when in reality they just get any other free employee to use the lame excuse line, oh they said this was going to happen and it didnt? Sorry theyre new. We can compensate you with nothing unless you buy a $90 case and give you $5 offHow is that compensation??? Do your jobs SMH.

BE VERY CAREFUL before signing a contract with this Go Wireless store in Fort Collins at Council Tree shopping. We were sold two phones with a BOGO promo and even received a confirming email stating this PROMO offer during the 30 days. We were repeatedly told to wait 2-3 billing cycles to see this offer on our bill and we would get credit on our 3rd bill. The store is not honoring the PROMO and this is AFTER the 30 days to get out of the contract. Jason is the manager and credits human error to the mistake made by sales rep Gentry T.UPDATE to above review: Corporate has notified me and will be issuing credit for the BOGO PROMO on our Verizon bill soon. Stay tuned.......UPDATE: One half of the credit has been issued, waiting for the final credit to come.UPDATE: Final credit did come and Go Wireless has honored the promo for our phones.

While this store has Verizon on the storefront building it is not a Verizon store! Do not go here. Find a corporate store or do transactions over the internet. I live in the mountains and I told them when I entered the how I so excited to deal with a VERIZON store instead of doing online and they never corrected me by saying WE ARE NOT A STORE. The young lady who helped me with my phone was great. Then 4 days later when my brand new $800 phone stopped working they could nothing for me unless I physically brought it back to the store which was 3.5 hours from my home! NOTHING. Leaving the country 2 days, late I had no alternative and they did nothing to help find a solution except for me coming to the store. I called Verizon to explain the situation and they tried to help but since not a corporate store there is nothing they could do since the phone still under warranty. Finally after calling verizon 4 times, a guy told me how to do a hard reset and phone works. This local store did not suggest that all and all they wanted me to do was drive 3.5 hours (7 roundtrip) and charge me MORE money. Make sure you hit a real corporate store. This place is a misleading.

Teachable Moment in Customer Service 101 for GoWireless Inc. in Ft. Collins, CO:Customer comes into the store with item which was purchased and installed by your sales person and sold for a premium price because it came with a lifetime guarantee. Salesperson told customer bring it back to the store with any problems.Upon return of item with Lifetime Guarantee several months later, customer is told store no longer carries the item. Then further told in a rather snarky manner by employee that in a sense they cant predict the future.It doesnt make for a customer likely to return to the store. Regardless of the fact customer has been doing all Verizon related business (with 10 Verizon lines) at Go Wireless on Council Tree Avenue since it opened 5 years ago.Next time, tell the customer what you CAN do, not what you CANNOT do.Had I been offered a similar replacement product at a slight discount (even 10%!), not only would you have had a happy customer, you also would have made a SALE! However, you have now lost a sale today, and all future sales for my small business account.

I have made this store my go to Verizon store for several years now, and have always been treated well until this last weekend.Last weekend I came in with an issue with my email. I am of the baby boomer generation and not very versed with phones and other eletronics. Cody the manager attempted to help me but was too distracted by talking about himself. He told me it would work and quickly got me out the door before it was working.The email problem actually got worse and would not allow me to even open my outlook. It took me a lot of searching on google to figure out the solution on my own.

Sales associates are clearly commission based and rush you through the process as fast as possible. They sell you out of stock items, a screen protector in this case, and tell you they will call when new ones arrive. No call was received, when I called to check if any were in stock, they refused to hold it for me despite me living about an hour drive away. Also, when getting my new phone, I wasnt told that I would have to return my paid off phone to Verizon until after the data transfer was over an hour in, was not happy to learn I would lose my old phone, something I paid entirely too much for in the last couple years. Overall, not happy with the customer service and dont recommend to anyone.

Came in to buy an iPad for my son and was very disappointed with the kind of service we received. The sales guy who intially helped us was real cool and friendly but the manager was completely rude to us, just because we werent interested in buying all the extras. This was our first time at this store. We never experienced anything like this at the other two stores in town. We ended up cancelling our purchase because of how we were being treated. Its sad the kind of treatment we received, we will not be returning.

Wanted to lower our monthly bill and used the 2 for 1 iphone promo to do so. sales person told us what our new bill would be and to not be shocked by the first few bills as a credit will show up after a few months. well after 3 months it never did. Rob the store manager acknowledged we were lied to be the salesperson and has yet to remedy this problem. we unknowingly bought a brand new iphone RAISING our monthly bill. I cant believe Verizon lets these people use their name. Borderline FRAUD.

I came into the Verizon store a week ago and Chris g was so helpful, he got us switched over from t mobile gave us an awesome deal on 5 lgs g3s he was easy to work with, very informational, he knows his stuff very well I had a very awesome experience, I have been telling my family and friends to go see him if they need a good phone company, and then I was having issues with my rebates and he took the time to match up and address all my envelopes for mail, I have never had an experience like this with a cell phone company, I plan on being a long term customer! Kinzi is an absolute life saver! I had to get a replacement phone and my calender and memos did not transfer to the new phone, I had called Verizon and they couldnt figure out the problem. Kinzi fixed it in under 2 minutes. She is Fantastic. Thank you very much

Ive been a Verizon user for over 10 years and have never had a good experience with Verizon, but specifically this particular store. They have tried to talk me out of an iphone a number of times, despite my specific request for an iPhone when I walk in the door. They are absolutely useless when it comes to answering questions in relation to the iPhone and billing through Verizon. And lastly they have a terrible attitude and terrible customer service skills. I have worked with numerous folks in this store and I am happy to say that today was my last day of dealing with Verizon. Onto T-Mobile, where they actually know how to treat a customer!

I Was buying a phone from a private party and went to GO Wireless to be sure the phone was compatible and would work on VZ. The agent looked at the Iphone 6 and checked a couple things then said it was compatible. He took the sim from my phone and put it in the phone he checked, but it Would not work. He said I probably needed a new SIM so he got one and sold it to me for 10 bucks which was 10x more than a real VZ store. He messed around with it for a while and could not get it to work either so he tells me that sometimes the i6 shows its compatible but is not. He said I will refund you for the Sim card but I dont know what you want to do with the phone. I told the private seller it would not work and asked for the agent to reactivate my old phone. he said he would and then he said well let me use the new sim since you bought it. He refused to refund it after he told me the phone would work and he also told me he would refund the card. I dont think he knew what he was doing and I paid 1 bucks for his ignorance. Not a lot of money but lots more than VZ store and took way longer to do nothing. Stay away from GoWireless or beware.
