Amazing agency with great customer service!!!

This agency is the BEST! I got 6 different quotes from agencies and no one except Carrie answered my questions and acted like they cared. They had the best prices for home AND auto! They went above the norm to make me feel good about buying a house. I would recommend them for any insurance needs.

Vehicle was incorrectly listed on safelite site when I went to put in a glass claim. Was informed AmFam does not have any glass coverage options. During phone call to discuss issue was given zero solutions to paying full price for a windshield replacement

I had a similar experience as the other negative reviewers. I contacted this office for quotes on 4 vehicles, 2 atvs, 1 trailer and a house. Lots of commission to be made for this agent, but she steered away my business. I liked the quote at first and was ready to proceed with signing the contract. Instead of receiving the contract I received an email that we were required to send her photos of every one of our vehicles (atvs and trailer included) because of our prior comp claim history. When I clarified the vehicles that were damaged in the past are the not vehicles we are insuring now, she still required the photos. I had recently purchased 2 new model vehicles, and the atvs were never claimed against. It was an asinine request. I was referred to Travis at Heath Burchills AMFAM agency and was treated respectfully and started my insurance through them! Highly recommend any other agent besides Lesa!Edit after response: As clearly stated above, the vehicles damaged in prior claims were not the same vehicles we wanted insured. Those older vehicles had been replaced with newly acquired vehicles and the recreational vehicles were never damaged or claimed against. So the fact that you ASSUMED my newly acquired vehicles were already damaged and could not comprehend that we no longer owned the vehicles that were previously damaged is what led us to look for another agent. Travis was smart enough to realize and no photos were required and we have been happily insured through his office for over a month.

I had some communication SNAFUs with this agency, but they seem to be good people.

Lesa is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. She misread something in an email and refused to insure us. Once I pointed out that she misread it, she still wouldnt insure us. Most likely because she felt like an idiot for her mistake. I have never had another company make a mistake like this and then blame the customer. We were perfect candidates, but she made a mistake. I highly recommend Cristina Jaeger at AmFam in Foco if you are looking for someone who knows insurance and is great with people. Skip Lesa at all costs.
