I first got insurance here because it was the only place in town that wasnt going to charge me an arm and a leg, and I was prepared to deal with average service for the lower price in comparison. However, Jennifer and Bonnie are both absolute angels. Ive been with them for years now, and Ive never once had a problem. I have been consistently impressed with how quickly and sincerely they answer emails and phone calls. They are always fantastic at answering all of my silly questions and explaining things. Even during the chaos of covid they never skipped a beat. These people are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

We were recently involved in a minor fender bender accident around the end of May. We just wanted to share a huge THANK YOU to our agent, Jennifer Lamb, Mykel Sutter in AMFAM Claims, and Markley Motors Body Shop all here in Fort Collins, Co. The entire process from initial contact with Jennifer, to claims, and Markleys was simple, straight forward and seamless. Even more impressive in our minds was the fact that after taking our car in for the estimate at Markleys, we headed home (less that 10 minutes away) and before we arrived home, we received a call from claims saying everything had been approved and a check was in the mail. The whole process took less than three weeks. We could not have dreamed of a better customer service experience. We certainly cant say that about other insurance companies. THANK YOU AMFAM.

Over many years I have had a number of insurance companies and agents. I feel that American Family Insurance and particularly Jennifer Lamb has out performed my past experiences. Whether American Family issues partial policy refunds due to Covid-19 or Jennifer making sure I am informed of my insurance opportunities, it all demonstrates how they both care about their customers.

More than pleased with this American Family office. Ive used plenty of other insurance companies, and this office is the best one! We asked for a quote and within an hour, got that quote back! Super easy and friendly staff to work with, providing the assistance needed for all ages.

**Review edited for brevity****Review edited for clarity and accuracy**Established homeowner, auto, recreational vehicle and umbrella policies with American Family Insurance, Jennifer Lambs American Family Insurance Agency.Policies were established and bound by AmFam for Jan. 27, 2021.Within 16 days of issuing polices, each and every policy was canceled and rewritten by the owner of the independent agency. The policies purportedly did not adhere to the intended coverage as each policy was original written. There was conflict in policy coverage across the original four policies.This consumer is not an expert in home and auto insurance, although sufficiently knowledgeable to know something was incorrect. Without sufficient communication by the independent agency and their full disclosure, all of the original policies were canceled and rewritten, with presumably the agencies expectation that the consumer would know why policies were canceled and what was cause for the polices to be rewritten. Businesses *must* communicate effectively to ensure all consumers are fully aware when a binding contract is canceled and/or rewritten. Change to the policies without communication is at best unsettling.To control the chaos caused by the independent agency, communication across multiple levels of the corporate insurance company, AmFam, ensued as necessary to potentially control the unexpected and non-communicated changes which *did impact the cost* associated with the original policies. A formal complaint to be filed with the state AG Insurance Div. to establish awareness of a potential insurance agencies behavior.Further communication from the corporate offices of AmFam confirms the manner for handling this consumers policies without adequate communication for cancelation and rewrites, and cost impact to the consumer, is consistent across multiple contacts within the AmFam corporate business personnel. Recommendations from the corporate offices point this consumer to seek another AmFam agency in the area.The original response from the independent agency remains valid in response to the content of this revised review summary. The agency claims to have remedied their internal challenges. The consumer is seeking alternate avenues for a superior experience.
