After the service I received from the employee named Taylor C I just knew I had to leave an amazing review for all the help she provided. Taylor not only was helpful when I contacted her, she handled everything within a timely manner. She not only answered all my questions but she also was very kind! I will continue contacting this office (in particular Taylor) about any concerns because of their work ethic and values!

Great location! Close proximity to the southbound Lemay Ave. and E Horsetooth Rd., right next to the Warren Tennis Courts and Warren Lake. A YouTube channel named Half as Interesting referred me to her, but I think it was more concerned about the traffic in the area rather than insurance advising. 5 stars!

Great place. Could be a just a bit better if people did the zipper merge like theyre supposed to on S. Lemay with E. Horsetooth.

Jennifer and her team have been awesome. I originally switched from a different Allstate agent because of a lack of responsiveness, and Jennifer has been the complete opposite! She has swiftly helped me with every issue Ive dealt with since becoming my agent and in the most friendly manner. Lets be honest - dealing with insurance issues is never fun, so to have someone in your corner going to work for you and making it as easy as possible is invaluable.I also switched banks at one point and missed a payment because I forgot to change my autodraft account information (there are always so many things to remember!!). Jennifers office called me promptly after the missed payment to let me know so we could resolve it before it became an issue. Such great customer service!I recommend Jennifer Harms to anyone looking for an insurance agent!

Why Jennifer doesnt have 5/5 (I guess 4.5 is if youre rounding) is beyond me. You want an agent focused on protecting you, your assets, and loved ones? There is no one else better than her and her agents. Jennifer will take the time to get to know you personally and look out for your best interest. She has a staff that is unparalleled on top of that. Whether I talk to Taylor or Jennifer, without being stereotypical of All-State, I know Im in good hands. I would recommend Jennifer and her agency (also not just for insurance but also financial services which Leah Vos is amazing!) without reservation. Best insurance experience I’ve ever had, Jennifer not only has come in 2 - 3 times cheaper than any other company for my motorcycle policy but has also managed to save us money on our renters insurance. Every time I call with questions I get a real insurance broker not an automated voice mail system, this definitely makes me feel that my business is respected and appreciated. I trust Jennifer’s opinion on anything insurance related.

10/10, will never merge early again!

I was very happy with this insurance agent until they raised my premium based on a fraudulent claim from an unknown party that I backed into his vehicle. No payout was made, but I was impacted negatively. Then, road debris caused damage to my vehicle. Lastly, this agent failed to properly arrange escrow payment of my homeowners insurance; subsequently canceling my policy with zero notice to me. I am very happy with Progressive now.

Jennifer truly cares about your best interest. Shes happy to give you a free quote on insurance to see if you are getting the best deal possible. She also makes sure youre completely taken care of if anything does happen. When I got into a car accident, she regularly checked up to make sure the car repair shop was taking good care of me. They werent, and she went above and beyond. She called them and took care of things so I didnt have to. Customer for life right here!
