I was referred to Bob Sanderson by a friend. At first I was pretty happy. It turns out I was happy because they didnt have to do anything... Once they actually had to do something they completely messed up my insurance. They actually dropped all coverage with absolutely no notification or explanation. When I called a few months later to check on something I found out by accident. They wouldnt give me an explanation. I asked to meet with or at least talk with Bob. It has been 5-6 weeks and he has apparently been unreachable this entire time. They still havent fixed their mistakes.

This team is amazing! I bugged Sharon for WEEKS for different things I needed, she was always so eager to help me, had an awesome positive attitude, and was very quick in her responses and the work she did for me. I really felt she worked hard to get me the best possible results. I love working with them for all of my insurance needs!

Janet Harper was extremely rude and degrading towards my file and the type of insurance coverage that I had. She was condescending and made rude remarks when I would ask her questions. She also made a decision in regards to a request which she had no authority to do so. I called customer service after I left and the representative agreed and suggested that I file a complaint. I ended up switching agencies. Now I am very happy using a professional branch. Avoid this location solely on this rude woman. I still think back on the incident and feel degraded.

Janet is the office is rude and unprofessional. I missed my payment because we have a new born and they dropped my auto policy and sent me an email instead of calling me like my preferences say. So I have had not auto coverage for 2 months and I had no idea. Nice work Janet you lost a boat, homeowners, and boat policy. I was told Bob would contact me and he has not. 20 year customer.

Stay away from this office and state farm. I have been with this company since 1994 and they just dropped my coverage because I filed a claim. They only want you as a customer as long as you dont file a claim. And once you get dropped, good luck finding another insurance to cover you. Here, at state farm, they punish you for using the insurance you pay for and it does not matter how long you have been a customer. Stay away from this place. I would have giving them a zero star if I could.
