Farmers has been outstanding to work with through all the hail damage claims we had to submit for roof, gutters, exterior painting, and windows screen replacement. Weve never had to submit a claim before and heard horror stories from other neighbors on working with different insurance companies with lack of communication and payment delays. We had zero issues with Farmers. Communication through the whole process was great and payments were made immediately when we submitted the invoice and the direct payments were received within 2-3 days. We just submitted a claim for our wood floors that were damaged by a water line leak 3 years ago and they are covering it. Absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend them.

Out of my own complacency, I stayed with this agent for 20+ years. However, the last time I spoke with this agent he was flat out rude and didnt care whether I continued to be his customer. Now, I have a much better rate and a much better agent! Sad that I didnt switch sooner.

Same problems every 6 month. And if you try to let them know that you are not happy with theres service, they will hang up the phone on you. Rude...I live in condominium complex. So to get the proof of insurance for a property I own and pay month without been late I have to go through loops an hoops.
