We dealt with many issues in communicating coverages on vehicles and getting correct and adequate coverage on the vehicles we needed coverage on.We had a financed vehicle on Liability coverage (not to my knowledge, not meeting Colorados coverage requirement laws) And faced a total loss when I rolled my truck last year, I received hardly any information through the investigation of coverages I requested or the claim filed by the agent.The lack of communication from All State or my agent left the entire situation to be handled by myself and pay to handle the vehicle recovery, legal fees on disputed recovery and storage, and purchase a new vehicle, my livelihood was put in jeopardy and to this day I still havent been given a definite response as to how or why this could happen when I sat in an office and determined my policies with my agent. Recently I was informed that the agent that signed my policies as well as the agent that processed the claim my agent filed no longer work for All State.I would not only use a different agent but a different company in its entirety.

I wouldnt even give Greg Howell Allstate a one half star! I am a senior citizen...67 yrs old this week...I Insured fully a used audi in November 2020 with Allstate; it was totaled in January 2021 and ALLSTATE has NOT paid my claim 😑😕😐😒😳

Rates keep going up despite not having an accident on record or any recent tickets. Thinking about switching.

Greg Howell has an exceptional office staff who are always willing to help find you the insurance information and policies you need or have need for. This staff is friendly and courteous while finding ways to staff their small office in these trying times and still provide the customer service they strive for.

I have had a very bad experience with this agent! We asked for a quote for builders insurance for a handicapped addition to our house. We were told that we would have to purchase insurance for a separate house on our property. Well that was not a reasonable quote so we didnt proceed. This agent went ahead and wrote a policy for this non-existent 2nd house - 2 floors, kitchen, garage... We did NOT sign the policy and yet we are still being billed for a cancellation fee to the tune of $264.33. I did speak with the corporate customer service in late June and was assured that the policy was cancelled prior to the start date...called today in late September was was told that account notes more than 30 days ago essentially dont show up on the customer record. This is not all... we have forgotten how many times we have called Gregory Howell for some basic insurance guidance and he has been non-responsive...or called back with a hearty Steve! when that is not my husbands name. Very disappointed with this agent and perhaps this company. Supposedly All State will call me back within a few days to address this complaint, but Charles refused to give me a customer complaint ID #... so... well see.

I have been with Greg for nearly 15 years because the service I have received has always been far above what I would have ever expected. He has a personal touch that is unmatched and working with him is like working with a friend. When I have had claims that I needed to file Greg and his staff have walked me through the process and I was surprised by how simple the process was because of their hard work. Any time I have ever had questions or issues come up Greg and his staff are very responsive, however those instances are very limited because Greg is proactive with my service and calls and emails me to ensure an extremely high level of service and address my policy before I have any questions or reason to reach out. Long story short. Greg and his staff are the reason I have been with Allstate for 15 years, and they are the reason I always will be.

I love working with Greg and his team. They are always willing to work with you to get the insurance options you need. Trustworthy, experienced, and kind is how I would describe Greg!

After having had Allstate for my full coverage auto policy even after I had sold my car after it broke down, I was satisfied with Allstates rates and coverage and when my landlord started requiring mandatory renters insurance I sought out Greg Howells office and his employees are always been polite quick to respond to phone calls or requests to print off my policy coverage. They made very sure my policy provided enough liability and property coverage and to my knowledge is one of the very few renters insurance policies that can cover collectibles or trading cards.Would definitely recommend his office to anyone needing insurance.

Greg Howell has been fantastic as our insurance agent. My son and I have multiple insurance policies. Greg always takes our calls personally when we have questions and its nice to hear from the agency owner. Our rates have been great and less than other quotes plus he informs us when we can save some. We both highly recommend Greg Howell. You wont find better!!!
