These girls have always been great. Even when busy they are sweet as can be. Love these guys good job girls. Keeps me coming back even if i pay a few dollars more... Its worth it. Always treated nice and never once not seen them smiling...

In all my years of dealing with insurance companies I’ve never seen one operate the way this one does. I had a claim and I can’t believe how bad it went. I can’t believe how rude I was treated. I cant believe how awful of an experience it was. Shocked and disappointed
Horrible company. I was hit by one of their insured, and the process of the claim was completely ridiculous. Horrible customer service, they simply do not answer their phones and do not return voicemails. They drag their feet every step of the claim process, cheap out on body shop storage fees and rental car fees. My car was rendered a total loss and they pushed title release EXTREMELY hard, despite me wanting to retain ownership. I have someone call me on a daily basis asking if they could come pick up my car from the body shop to avoid more storage fees despite me telling them repeatedly that they cannot touch my car. They wanted to take my car to a storage facility over an hour away and then said if I wanted my car back, I would have to travel there to get it. No thank you. They decided to cancel my rental car the day they made the offer for the price of the car, despite me not even having the paperwork to sign. Yelled at them enough until they extended it to the day I would receive the paperwork, rather the they day I would receive money, or the day my car would be out of the shop.Horrible, horrible company. You should be ashamed to purchase their insurance.

Do yourself a huge favor and pay a little more to a company that will actually stand by you after an accident. Great customer service when it comes to taking your payment. Horrible at everything else.
Worthless policy. Policy isn’t worth the paper it is written on. What’s worse is the rude people that handle the claim. They don’t listen. They don’t care. Buyer beware

Please dont make the mistake many make and choose a cheap company like Fred Loya Insurance. Fred Loya Insurance has one of the worst insurance ratings in the Nation. Fred Loya will not pay out if you are involved in a claim and if they do it will take an extremely long time. Please choose anything but this insurance. You will be happy you did!
If I could give them zero stars I would... Understand that you get what you pay for.. This POS company drug its feet every step of the way and ran out the clock on their obligation to provide a rental car to me after their client wiped my parked car out, rendering it totally unusable... They then proceeded to send the claim paperwork to the wrong address, delaying settlement... They then proceeded to accidentally send the check to the wrong address - again delaying settlement.. When they acknowledged it was their mistake, then still made me wait 3 days for confirmed cancellation before they re-issued the new check... Im still waiting. Im not holding my breath. If you get hit by someone with Fred Loya, save yourself some time and punch them in the face for being so stupid to have bought such a crappy cut-rate insurance policy.
I was unfortunate to have one of Fred Loya Insurance Insured hit the center of my rear bumper, it is a clear case of fault buy their insured, and even so they made the claims process as frustrating and drawn out as possible.My research indicated that a rear end collision is a predetermined fault especially when the impact is dead center of the front vehicle.I feel this is a very unethical company that will do anything to get out of paying a fair claim for damages incurred.

This has to be the biggest joke of a company i have every dealt with. Hope and pray that you never get into an accident with someone who has insurance with this nickle and dime joke of a company. Worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I could only imagine if you had them for your own insurance. Beware
