Purchased a used car, on the way to County Clerk to transfer title and register, I called the AMFAM office and spoke with Susan. Within 10 minutes Susan had the docusign forms back to me. I signed while waiting in the lobby and by the time I was actually talking to someone about the Title and Registration, I had the insurance card on my phone and was able to complete the title / registration process right then and there.
