I have found the staff at David Dilley State Farm to be very responsive and focused on their customers! Highly recommended!

Great office to have handle your insurance. Really good customer service! They are good at listening to what you need and tailoring the policies to make sure you are protected based off your specific needs. I feel they really care.

Classic case of incompetence and lack of consistency in information between State Farm corporate and David Dilleys office. Im not going to go into the details of my case but I will simply point to questionable eithics for all of Google to see: one of their own employees provided a 5 star rating.

I must say, I might be a glutton for punishment because Ive been with Dave Dilley for over a year and every interaction I have with the organization makes me *detest* them more and more.I wont say that the staff has ever been rude or unprofessional, but the lack of organization, consistency and the continual this is just what it is attitude is despicable. I have yet to have three consecutive months where my policy has not changed, with out notice on several occasions, I will add.Since MAY (its now August) I have had them call me repeatedly to tell me my account was over due by several hundred dollars out of the blue. This was determined to be a clerical error on their part. They then tried to tell me this AGAIN four weeks later. Again, clerical error, and I spoke with two gals at the office about who both apologized profusely however they still wanted me to pay the balance?!? I will admit that I flipped out at that point. I said I wasnt paying ANYTHING until they figured out what was going on. They cleared it up and I asked them to send me hard copies of everything we discussed however the gal in the office just sent me an emailed receipt, even though she told me she wasnt authorized to do that when we were on the phone.Anyway, they just called to schedule a time to review my policy with Dave but his availability is only between 10-2, M-Th. You know what, I work. To pay my flipping bills. So no, I cant meet then which I explained to his admin. She acted like calling me back to see if Dave could meet before I could go to work would be doing me a favor. Unbelievable. This is the last straw for me. I know Ill have a new agent by the end of the week.Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another insurance agent if you are considering these guys.

Great service by knowledgeable agent: David and his staff are efficient and helpful while meeting the insurance needs for my auto, home, business and umbrella policies. I have been a client of Davids since he opened his Fort Collins agency, and a client of State Farm for over 30 years. The few claims I have had were painlessly resolved. I highly recommend his services!

State Farm and Dilley might seem to care about you but they will drop you like a wet sock as soon as there is a hail storm or any other normal weather event that comes about as no fault of you the homeowner. Perhaps this can be traced to a companywide policy but regardless of where the blame should be assigned to, be forewarned: you might be loyal to them but they have no loyalty to you. If you seem to be a risk to their underwriters or if you live happen to live in a state where it hails, like Colorado, its time for a sayonara and youll end up stuck with higher homeowner insurance rates.

Charging me ridiculous amounts of money a month. The paycheck you work for goes only on insurance yet they offer discounts you dont qualify for either.
