April quoted me an auto insurance policy, and sent over everything via email so I could pick up my new car tonight. The service was EXCEPTIONAL! This agency is well run and the staff is friendly and kind. I’ve always felt valued and respected when I had a concern or even just a basic question with regards to insurance and my premiums.Some agents will attempt to up sell or lead you to buy more. Napoleon actually takes the time to explain the premium and the policy and why things cost what they do and what the coverage is. I dont make it a habit to leave negative reviews, but they asked me to via email, so here yah go. I called in for a quote while I was buying my first home, spoke to a very friendly gentleman and the quote came in $500.00 lower than any other quote I got, awesome! I went with them, happy as can be then I got a follow-up call asking when I wanted to switch my car insurance over to them so that I would be able to keep my original quote. This wasnt spoken about at all with me originally, but I asked how much would it be to switch over- my car insurance would increase by more than 500 dollars a year if I switched. I was mad, asked why in the world would you include a discount that I dont actually qualify first and was told that that is common practice for all insurance companies (ironic seeing as all the other companies I got quotes from did not include this practice). I gave them 2 stars because they did give me a year with the discount anyway and everyone I spoke to was very polite even when I was heated and I know thats a hard job- but I felt lied to and taken advantage of.

Always been and always will be a State Farm insured. State Farm covers their customers and shows it when in need. You truly get what you pay for here and I wouldnt want to risk any liability with insurance anywhere else.

After my wife and I got married we started our own policy with State Farm, we chose Napoleon Gibson because we wanted someone local. About six months after we had started our policy they informed us that they would no longer insure us due to us having speeding tickets from years past. It was fine when we were still on our parents policies, not to mention both sides of our families have been loyal State Farm customers for well over 100 years combined. Obviously loyalty means nothing to them. We were very disappointed with our experience with this office. It’s a shame because I believe they offered the best coverage at the best price.

I found Napoleon and his office staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. During my seven years in Ft. Collins they handled my insurance needs on two cars and two properties. We had a small towing claim on a car and a large homeowners claim for hail damage. Both claims were handled quickly and professionally.

Napoleons office has a great group of people to work with ! They are good listeners and are very accommodating. I am physically disabled and found that their office is extremely easy to negotiate; being only having to step up one curb to get onto a sidewalk that is always kept clear and in good condition. When the office staff see me coming they are always so sweet, and open the door for me !! Would you like to know how many businesses do That ?! Not many !!! Furthermore, they were able to write a policy not only to include the handicap lift in the back of my van, but Also found a way to write a personal article policy to insure my electric scooter : ) I had inquired at other insurance offices before coming here, and for some reason no one else was able (or willing) to do that for me. I cant say enough Good about Napoleon and his team, and I want to thank all of you for being so kind in a world that sometimes isnt.

Transferred to this office a few months ago,was quoted a rate got my first bill and had a different quote to pay,had my fiance to call to find out why,said they would call back,never happened,tried calling several more times,calls not returned,got my next months bill,rate went up 20 dollars,mind you I have a spotless driving record and no accidents,so hopefully writing this review will get my fiances calls returned,wouldve gone to the office or called myself but with the hours I work its nearly impossible.
