Didnt really like their customer service here quite odd to me. I got a pedicure and the out come was okay just didnt like the way the guy did my toes. Both my daughters got their eyebrows done here as well and they both said they didnt like the service here, they were too ruff. So far I havent found a really good Nail Salon in Fontana.

TERRIBLE QUALITY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT get your nails done here. The customer service is so poor, and the nail techs are not knowledgeable on how to shape nails. The nail techs are always in a hurry and rough with my nails. My nail tech was yanking my hands around as she was doing my nails and was cutting too much off when shaping my nails. Yes, she was cutting instead of using a nail file to shape my real nails.

They are really cute, but they are really busy all the time you need an appointment.

I rarely ever get my nails done but when I do I always come here! The nails last a long time and always come out beautiful. I always get compliments on my nails thanks to them. The pics are a 3 week update all diamonds and nails are still attached. And at my job I am co constantly washing dishes and cleaning so theyve lasted quite a while now.

Got a full set with Gel the man who did my nails gave me 10 small cuts they were bleeding now I have tiny scabs, my color is already chipping on day 3 and I have huge bubbles on two of my nails. I brought it up to the owner and she said I already charged your card but I can give you $5 to give the technician in a tip! So really she did nothing for me, I will never go back $80 later and I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Thee worst salon Ive ever been to, not only were they rude but quality of work was horrible! I went in for gel manicure and pedicure.. how does gel mani chip in 7 days!! And how does pedicure polish just simply come off!!???🤔🤔 $60.00!! down the drain! I would not recommend! So rude, didnt even ask your name, if silence and bad work is what your looking for go here! 🤬😡 I do recommend Rex Nailsin Naples( Belmont Shore) 2nd Street. if your in area, nicest people Ive had the pleasure to meet, but because I moved was not convenient to go to..( next time Ill take the trip)! Youll see on hand only 1 finger left intact. Toe polish simply came off! (That has NEVER happened)

I got my nails done by the guy who seems to run the place.... honestly I was not happy on my service.... on my toes the guy who did it was really nice but I never saw him put the clear coat and I hate to tell anybody what they didn’t do as they should know... my nails was done by the guy who seams to run the place he’s extreamly rude and had poor customer skills he made my nails sad compared d to previous times I’ve had my nails done i came out looking at least to my opinion like I’ve had them on for about a week and for how rude he was I just paid the $55 for my toes and nails left I do feel like my nails were not worth the prize but I read the comments and still decided to give it a chance.... oh well my fault ... my daughter on the other hand it was done by an older very skinny lady I wish I got her name my daughter is five and she did an amazing job on her very patient and everything else nice I think for her I give a five but everything and my experience was 0/1.

Just moved to the area, and decided to give this place a shot, I was very happy with my gel manicure and pedicure, Emily did my manicure, and it is the best manicure I’ve ever had. I don’t remember who did my pedicure but she also did a good job. I’m so sad they are currently closed due to COVID but can’t wait to go back! Definitely recommend this place.

I paid $40 + $5 tip for powder dip and nails lasted less than a week. Chipped, cracked & broken. Same technique lasted three weeks when I previously got my nails dipped at another Nail salon. Disappointed

I needed a quick mani during vacation and my friend recommended this place! The service was quick and everyone was super nice. Love the job they did on my nails! The place is very clean and spacious. The staff was amazing. They really took the time to take care of my cuticles. I’m usually kind of antsy when it comes to prepping the nails but they did an amazing job.

Love coming here to get my gel manicure and pedicure! All the nail technicians are so nice and friendly and they don’t push you to do other things you don’t want to like the other places. Prices are also very reasonable! What I also like about Elite nails is that the place is clean and organized which is a super plus for me

You can not beat the service here! I get my lashes done by Jenny and she is an unbeatable lash artist! Her family owns and runs the shop and they are incredible as well! Everyone is so welcoming. 10/10 would recommend for any and all pampering needs!

I asked for a simple blood drip design which no one was able to do so I walked out with bare matte medium pink nails. The guy who did my nails left the length and shape uneven. And he cut me! I didnt notice until after I gave the tip! Almost $60 wasted!

Ive been to MANY nail shops always in look for the right one and Im so happy I FINALLY found the RIGHT ONE here! I can go three weeks without my nails lifting. I ALWAYS have issues with my nails lifting at other shops and this place I never have broken nails or nail lifting. Nice place, clean, and friendly.

I’m obsessed! I always leave here feeling fabulous. I love how they offer deluxe/lux ped. Gel/ dip for an additional price but so worth it. Workers may not all be fluent in English but they are patient and sweet when you Kindly explain what you’d like! Their t service has improved so much through the years. Will always come back 🖤🖤 💅🏼

Elite nails and spa is an AMAZING place to get your nails done! Such a great atmosphere, very kind, hearted and loving workers. They make me feel super special and comfortable to get my mani and pedi. Wouldn’t wanna go to any other place then here.

Went there today and wasn’t satisfied. I won’t be going back. I went a few times but there is another nail shop I go to who does such an amazing job and charges way less. Unfortunately I couldn’t go there so I went to them. I got short coffin nails (gel) with no design and they charged me $40. I have never paid $40 for my nails EVER! I feel like they charged me more because I’m black. They did a mediocre job and I don’t think it was fair they charged me that much for a basic set of nails. Dont go here

They welcome walk-ins I get Gel Mani and Pedi and the Gel lasts me two weeks without any chips. My daughter gets Acrylics and they are good they last three weeks and the polish lasts too. And their prices are Great and Low. Very Friendly Service.

It was my first time here !! Got a simple coffin set, paid $45( tip included) just for a nail to break the next day!! Went in to get it fixed and the girl that originally did my nails acted like she didn’t just see me the day before and had someone else fix my nail(older lady) that clearly doesn’t know how to do coffin nails since the nail came out so uneven and doesn’t match my other nails. Still had to pay to fix my nail ($5). Never coming back!! I suggest everyone just pay a little more and go to red persimmon nails down the street!!

Horrible service. I came here because my co-worker recommended it and I absolutely regret it $55 gone to waste.One of the girls did my set and she didn’t even bother shaping them properly they were poorly filed down. She left most of them lumpy. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and she pretty much just improvised she didn’t even go by the picture! The final result looked nothing close to it.Long story short bad experience.Don’t recommend.

Worst experience and by far the worst customer service! Ive been there a couple months back and the lady that did my nails, was an elderly and she was telling how to take of my acrylics, when I politely asked for her to fix my broken nail. She gave me an attitude throughout the process and she was still nagging at me about my broken now, how to take care of it, the way it’s supposed be, blah blah blah. And tbh she did not shape my nails well, she cut too deep into my cuticles and I was bleeding, and charged me $40 for fill. I am definitely not coming back ever and I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Wasn’t not a happy first time customer and will definitely not be a returning customer. My sister had been raving about this place and I thought I would give it a try. The moment the guys try to glue my nails on They were crooked, so I mentioned it and he said no he can fix it, right then and there I knew it was going to be a bad experience. By the time he was done trying to shape my nails all of my nails were shifting to the left so I had to go back two days later to even be seen by someone else for them. I got the chrome and they begin to chip two days later and I paid $50 for this horrible hack job. I will not suggest this place.

Horrible place. First and last time there. I needed a quick emergency fill for my babyshower and was charged 30$ . Biggest 30$ wasted. The guy did my nails so thin they broke same day!

Worst nails Ive ever had. They ALL broke off within ONE week because they were so thin! Every design I asked for I was told he couldnt (wouldnt) do; either they werent equipped with what they need for a nail salon or he was just being lazy either way I wont be going back.

They are very Rude. They dont care about the customers, only about the money. I asked if they could match the pedicure same as manicure witch they said yes. After doind manicure they said it would be $41 dollars more and manicure alone was $36 dollars. Witch i think is extremly expensive. I paid $38 dlrs. for both services at other places. Plus the girl who had help me cut my finger and she got mad cause i said it hurts. And to top it off by the time i did dishes my nails faided, is the worst experience ever. I am never coming back.

Overpriced !I gave Alex several chances . This last time he rushed, nails started lifting 1 day later . Took my daughter for a fill and apparently any blue color she wanted in bluepowder he didnt have .my granddaughter got a simple red they also came off same day .I payed $ 108 plus Tip.Three clients lost !

Nail tech continued to mumble even when I asked multiple times for him to repeat. I had to ask twice for the 2nd coat on my polish. And when I asked for. Glitter top coat; he said no. Only giving two starts as he used a base coat, orly polish and top coat. Overall it was a bad experience; I will never return.

1st time going to this place i always drive to oc to get my nails done but i was on a time schedule. So i stop here n got a full gel set it was a lil more then what i pay for in oc but iam happy with the man that did nails did a GR8T job will go back again!!😁

SO RUDE to the costumers and they just rush you to pay immediately. They talk rudely about the costumers and laugh about them also. They talk to us costumers like if we dont understand and if we are stupid. Never going back!

Not the best customer service. The lady doing my nails messed up and accidentally used gel instead of normal polish and seemed to get upset at me, like I did something wrong. After removing her mistake she rushed me to get to the next customer. Not going back.
