If there was a way to post a less than one star review I would definitely do that! I have never felt so disappointed in how a office has conducted their business in my entire life. I try not to write reviews even with sub par service because I believe everyone can have a bad day, but my experience was beyond that of a bad day. I was specific in what the appointment was for and I new what my concerns were. The dentist violated what I feel was a patient confidentiality concern as I was seeing a specific orthodontist in another city and without asking the name, it being a small town they found the only one and emailed them directly on a generic email. I know what your thinking, well duh....they typically share information, it was the way it was handled that was bothersome . It was not requested from them nor did I give the name of the office. I discussed exactly what I was doing and was told it would not be a problem as long as I understood the concerns, in which I did. I knew them before I entered the door! The appointment lasted two hours in which I saw the dentist and the hygienist. I later found out that for some reason in that two hours and after talking to everyone I did not have a full exam. They did not know if I even had a cavity or not or at least that what they told the Orthodontist. When I was there I was told that all look good other than the concerns I told them about when we started. When I look for personal service providers, I want a friendly staff, someone who is knowledgeable and has my best interest in mind. I knew the concerns, expressed them, told them my plan of action and I felt because I did not use their providers or use their timeline the dentist violated my trust. I would never use a dentist I did not trust or had faith in. This is just my experience and I felt bothered enough to write a review which is a lot for me. In all fairness, the dental hygienist was very pleasant and tried to do a good job.

Went in to have my crown re-glued and it only lasted about 25 hours before it came off again. Personnel were pleasant but the actual outcome did not work.

My experience was really good. It was my first time there and at first I wasnt sure how I was feeling about my visit as the lady doing my xray was struggling a bit but then she was able to get it done pretty quick with the panoramic machine. After that she examined me pretty quickly and the dentist came in andalso examined my teeth. It was pretty easy visit also they cleaned my teeth while I was there so that was pretty awsome being able to do this on my first visit. Most dentists office make you come back for that. I would definitely recommend this office.

Ive had a fair amount of work done by, and under supervision of Dr. Caffee. She runs a quality, professional operation. And, the atmosphere is friendly.

Had an appointment for an exam. I had a bad tooth and knew it would need to be extracted. They brought me in, only xrayesbthe tooth I told them about and quoted me a price that was 3 times the amount I ended up paying to another dentist. I was in and out in about 8 minutes and they charged me $39 for that. Needless to say I wont be going back

I told my friends and family about my experience with Sophie in billing, and they also had a similarly horrid experience with her too. I don’t see a point in going into the issue here, as the office manager has time to reply to reviews, but can’t take a phone call or take a voicemail? That’s according to Sophie! I have a coworker that’d already pulled her and her kids from this office after I told them about how Sophie handles her job. The staff are great and my dentist was lovely. I would 100% come back to this office if they got a new insurance/billing person.I will not be coming back if the office manager replies to this. Sophie’s behavior was appalling for a place of business, and if the office manager is too busy to take a call, then I take it as a clear insult if they have time to reply to this review. Sid, you still have my email, so let me know when Sophie has moved on to another opportunity, and I’ll gladly bring my business back. It was THAT bad.Edit: Again, Sid, you have my email. Did a good job of cleaning my teeth wonderful staff except the lady that checked our insurance. We paid with a Cigna Plus Savings Card and paid the full amt due 6 months later they wanted more money I dont know what is wrong with them but the lady kept calling for 100 dollars 105 to be exact and then turned us into debt collections when I couldnt pay because I couldnt keep a job at that time but I even called after debt collections and the lady hung up. Not a very good place to go. They do a good job cleaning teeth but billing is not organized and does not know what they are doing and mow my credit might be ruined because of them billing me wrong when I paid in full. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE THEIR FULL INSURANCE WHICH THEY TOLD ME THEY TOOK MINE BUT MAKE SURE YOU PAY IN FULL AND ASK THEM ARE YOU SURE TEN TO FIFTEEN TIMES.

I chose this place because its close to work, they accept my insurance, and they operate in the 21st century with the ability to confirm and make appointments by email and text and an actual functioning website--something that is surprisingly rare in the medical and dental fields.Ive been going for around 5 years and Ive never had a complaint. Ive never needed major dental work because I take care of my teeth and brush and floss, so maybe my experience would be different if I needed some sort of surgery or filling. But Ive gone for cleanings and X-rays twice a year and had a night guard made. I dont spend much time with the dentist and can not comment on her personality, but everyone in the office has always been courteous and been a big help when I needed to change an appointment. And I almost always have the same hygienist who is friendly and efficient when it comes to cleaning my teeth, taking X-Rays, and getting me out and on my way.

I highly recommend Dr.Claffey Earle and her staff.I recently had In office Zoom Whitening after my Invisalign treatment and I’m so happy with my final results.A huge “thank you” to Dr.Claffey, Jenn & Lauren. You are the best!!Call for an appointment NOW you will definitely be happy :):)

I get treated like royalty every time I visit this office. I enjoy visiting with everyone in the office. Amanda even convinced my wife to schedule an appointment, after creating a plan for me to replace some teeth with implants, not only that but she never forgets a thing. My wife is very self conscious about parts of her smile and we are now considering doing some crowns with Dr Sieber. I have seen Dr Bazan for my implants and she is very good at what she does. I thank everyone there for treating me so well, they are like family.

My entire family sees Dr. Christy Caffey-Earle regularly except me as it is hard to find time based on my work schedule. During my appointment it was recommended that I have a deep clean to review some excess plaque. I explained that it would be hard to find the time and so the staff was able to fit me in the same day for the deep clean. This type of service is what keeps us coming back.

More focus placed on dental insurance than quality care. When a dentist discusses payment multiple times with billing, tries to bully a person into a cleaning and xrays to force them into being your patient, not providing minimal standards for a crown re-install- such as a bite check, cleaning the crown, etc. Promptly cancelled our first check up appointments with them for next week and will try elsewhere.

Quality service and conservative in recommendation for treatment. I have had other dentists recommend crowns etc but Christy will monitor until treatments are really necessary
