I went in to this dentist with a pretty poor experience from my previous visit with another Dentist in Minnesota before moving down to Texas. I explained everything that I was trying to do and how I would like to be treated and low and behold - they delivered in spades. I liked my experience so much that I immediately referred my Fiancé and I will be sending many more people in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of me! I sincerely appreciate it.

I’ve lived in Flower Mound for 20 years and have used several dentists during that time. With each new dentist hope would spring anew that it would be a great experience. Each time within a few visits or after some work done, the hope would fade. Then I visited Dr. Amin and her team. It’s been a number of years now since my first visit. She and her team have been pleasant and professional every time I’ve been there. After all the years and several procedures that we all try to avoid, I’m more content than ever with her and her team and have no desire to find another one.

Dr.Amin, Natlie and Alex are always amazing and always make me and my 3 boys feel comfortable and at ease like family. These three never disappoint with professionalism and patient service ❤

Love the staff!!! My husband and I recently became patients (last December) and have loved it since. Alexandra at the front is thorough in her work and welcoming when you step into the office. Natlie the hygienist is amazing. My teeth have never felt cleaner. She got in there and did an amazing job allowing for quick little breaks to allow my jaw to rest. Dr. Amin came in and did a thorough examination. She noted somethings that had been bothering me as well and made recommendations regarding my home care. Monique at check out was also amazing. From beginning to end nothing but smiling faces which lets me know that the people working there truly enjoy their jobs and work well with one another.

My wife and I started going here recently. Honestly it’s so hard to find a dentist you can trust, and I’ve been burned by dishonest ones in the past. My wife is positively terrified of the dentist.We have been so pleasantly surprised with Dr. Amin and the staff here. They have gone out of their way to make my wife comfortable, and they know both of our names after just a few visits.10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an honest dentist. I admit it I am a coward at the dentist but they took such good care of me had me comfortable and laughing I didnt mind being poked and prodded. I had a lot of work done. Previous dentist had not told me I had Mercury fillings so those were replaced and its just a general comfortable atmosphere.

This office is truly the best! Front to back are all great at what they do! They are exceptionally great with handling all of my billing questions and concerns. I think it is important as a patient to know that your insurance is just that, yours! Great appointment today! I had such a fun time with hygienist. She was smart and willing to listen to all my needs! I needed some fillings and was scheduled right in to get them. Dr. Amin was accommodating and answered all my questions. She was always letting me know what was going on during the appointment which made me feel more comfortable. The assistants were so sweet and made me feel right at home. The front desk ladies were so nice and had all the financial related answers. I highly recommend this office :)

I went in yesterday for a crown and I was having vertigo thst day. Claudia was Dr Amins assistant and she helped me to the restroom and back when I had to go. She also explained everything she was doing as she did it . Give Claudia a raise!

I have really terrible anxiety and was in tears today getting prepped for a root canal. The technician was so wonderful. She held my hand and literally helped me breathe through it all. They gave me time to call my husband and cry and deep breathe all while never leaving me. I got through it because of her. The dentists are also wonderful.

I was very anxious about going in for my visit because I hadnt been to the dentist in a very long time. Dr. Amin and her staff were so understanding of my anxiety and talked me through what needs to be done to get me back to a healthy smile again. We moved from Flower Mound to Shady Shores in 2014, but we didnt change from Flower Mound Family Dentistry. My wife and I are willing to make the small drive because of the great work Dr. Amin and her team have done, and continue to do for us. Its well organized in the front office and excellent services are provided in the dental chair. For the two occasions Ive required specialized dental services, I found the referred specialists to also be top notch.

Wow ! What a fantabulous Staff ! Dr Amin gave me a local anesthetic - from there on couldn’t feel anything! Slept an hour ! Woke up fresh ! No pain for 9 hrs !!! Highly recommend them for any dental work !

The dental hygienist is awesome! Detail oriented and always do a great job. The only reason for not give 5 stars is that They recommended root canal at one point that I could not do since got pregnant, and then breastfeeding- I never ended up needing one. So if I would not had got pregnant- I would have ended up with a unnecessary root canal. BUT overall I like this dental staff and dentist.

I was recently so impressed with FMFD. I had to have several fillings repaired. Unfortunately my husband was not able to get more time off work. I brought all three of my children, ages 4 and under. The staff were gems. They were so kind. Did not make me feel bad about having to bring them. Helped keep them happy and calm. Complimented my crazy life and made me leave feeling like a valued patient. Hind sight, I wouldn’t recommend bringing 2 toddlers and a baby to the dentist but I didn’t have a good option and FMFD crushed it, thank you! To top it off, they skipped part of their lunch to squeeze in my 4 yr olds filling (that was scheduled for next week) to just get it down and not have to come back.

Our 3 year old even gets excited to go to the dentist-they are so great with kids! I also had to have my first filling ever while I was pregnant and Dr. Amin did so great I did not have any pain at all. Dr Amin and her whole team are great! The office is always very clean. Natalie is a great hygienist and always checks in to make sure you are comfortable. She even gave me this amazing neck pillow to use while I was getting a cleaning on my last visit. It made it even more comfortable, not to mention I got to watch Netflix while she made my teeth sparkling clean.

Flower Mound Family DentistryI really enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Amin and her staff today. And the teeth cleaning and x-rays last week. They are all gentle and caring. Today, they did the prep work for two porcelain caps and then put beautiful temporary crowns on the two teeth until the permanent crowns are ready. Everyone who worked on me was professional. They explained what they were doing and why. Dr. Amin is very fortunate to have everyone who worked with her. They are a cohesive and competent group that work well with each other. And, the beautiful Dr.Amin was a joy and it was obvious that she was well liked and respected by her staff.

I had three cavities filled and I found the experience at Flower Mound Family Dentistry to be one of the most comfortable and tolerable encounters in my life. They provided headphones and Netflix to take my mind off of it and block out the sound of the drilling. They were very kind and did a good job filling my cavities. I had very little sensitivity afterward.

Always a good experience..had my appt delayed by 20 min but that is due to safety precautions they are taking for covid. i wasnt worried a bit about the virus while there. Great place and great dentist, hygienists and staff.L

I will never go to another dentist.I have a lot of anxiety about dentists after a few bad experiences. Although I wouldnt voluntarily go to the dentist like its a vacation, Dr. Amin makes it pain free, comfortable, and relaxing. From front office staff, hygienists, to Dr. Amin herself, you are always being comforted, welcomed, and clearly told what is going on.Sometimes, its about the little things. A text reminder the day of your appointment, calling to let you know they are running early if thats convenient, Netflix and headphones, cozy blankets.Other times, its about the big things. Understanding that it takes more anesthesia than usual to get you numb. Suggesting a fix for a tooth that no one else suggested. Doing fillings expertly, quickly, and painlessly.I have been going to Dr. Amin for 3 years now, and I am so thankful to have found her. If you need a new dentist, it is worth a visit.

I went back in August and asked what my copay was, Alexandria told me it was $0 over the phone, then when I got there it was $40 and now I owe $70. Very disappointed on them, will NOT recommend, when they called they said it was because of insurance and because of “fraud”. It seems to me that they are the ones doing the fraud.

I decided to switch dentists to Dr. Amin upon recommendation by one of my friends, and I’m glad I did. She’s extremely friendly and professional, and it didn’t take long for me to feel like I could trust her which isn’t something I’ve felt with the past two dentists I’ve been to. I’ve been a patient at her office for about a year now, and she and her staff have been wonderful. I recently went through the Invisalign process through them, and she helped reassure me and ease any anxiety I had about it. She just really displays genuine care for her patients, so I highly recommend her.

I didnt feel like I was getting a sales pitch when I was in the chair, and that seems to happen more often than not. She took a look at everything and there were a few things that needed addressing and others that we just need to watch out for, and she was completely realistic about timeline and order of importance.I loved that the whole environment was so comfortable and friendly. It makes such a difference when people take the time to look at your file and call you by name. They really do pay attention to the whole patient experience! Dr. Sapna and her staff are amazing! I walk in and they greet me on a first name basis. I have an assigned tech and its great to have a familiar face every visit and a wonderful relationship built.The space has been refreshed and updated and looks absolutely wonderful and provides a calming atmosphere. I popped in early after leaving my office but had to work a bit before my appointment and the wifi was strong and secure.

I absolutely love flower Mound family dentistry! I know love is a strong word for a dentist! Dr. Amin is just amazing at making you feel comfortable and never “judged” for maybe being a little lazy when it comes to your mouth hygiene ... like me. I used to worry about that with other dentists. The entire staff is so kind and thorough. I love that I really feel like I can trust them. I’ve never felt like I’d be taken advantage of financially. They’re very conscientious of your insurance when scheduling your cleanings and exams. Like waiting the allotted time insurance requires in between visits etc.Dr. Amin’s goal is to have your dental health at its best... not to try to do unnecessary things.My biggest compliment is that my husband has always had a fear of dentists and avoided them until seeing Dr. Amin. With her as his dentist, he has become comfortable and actually shows up to his appointments 😆 Anytime someone talks about a dentist I make sure to tell them how incredible she and her staff are. I actually get compliments on my teeth now... I had know idea that was a thing people do. But I’ve gotten several compliments since going to her... and from people I don’t even know.

I am not sure what is worse, being bombarded every visit asking if Im interested in Invisalign or the dental assistant refusing to clean my teeth this visit because I wanted to skip the x-rays (I have healthy teeth and no previous damage) the Dr. could lose her license, you dont want that to happen, do you? I am in need of a new dentist! (zero stars!)After reading a response from the dentist or a staff member, she claims to be looking out for the patient which I can appreciate however, she chooses to not be aware of the patients history. Her response is “she wants what’s only best for me, the patient”. I am an non-cavity, non- filing, non- crown, healthy teeth individual but yet she demands x-rays (in my mind you are only concerned about money and aren’t concerned about me, the actual patient that has referred friends but will no longer speak highly of your practice).
