Very bad experience. The team uses fear to get expensive procedures done when it is absolutely unnecessary. They told my husband’s case was so serious that it will affect his heart, literally pushed us to get deep cleaning done, where none/general cleaning would do. Thank god we had a dentist in the family who called fake on all the claims they made looking at his x-rays. We changed our dentist and happy with the new one.

In all honesty, Dr. Salguti is great. It’s the billing policy that got my nerves. My wife had appointment that had to be cancelled on the day of appointment because she woke up sick and feverish. During these Corona pandemic times I would assume that they would understand the last minute cancellation but no. They slapped us with a $150 bill for cancellation within 48 hours of appointment time. $150 is not going to make a dent on our wallet thankfully but it left a really bad taste in my mouth. Also they will schedule deep cleaning while a simple cleaning should do. Those bills were not covered by the insurance. I felt cheated by the billingOur family is going to find another dentist.

Brite Smiles has the most caring Staff. Tammy is a wonderful Hygienist and does her best to make your visit pain free and knows her job well. Dr Salguti is such a wonderful Dentist. She is knowledgeable of her Dental work and stays updated with all her professional work. If you’re looking for a wonderful Dental Family, this is the place to go.

Everyone here is so friendly and professional. Benita, my dental hygienist, was very nice and did a great and efficient job cleaning my teeth. She told me I needed to get a filling redone and she gave me advice on how to keep my teeth clean so I wouldn’t make the cavity worse. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks for a filling. Dr. Salguti and the staff were accommodating and quick with my filling (in and out in 30 min) and I didn’t even need an injection for pain. Would highly recommend this office for dental needs.

I had my delayed visit to my dentist today for X-rays and cleaning. It was delayed because of covid-19 but the good news is no new cavities and my brushing and flossing has been effective. The Dentists at this location tell you exactly what they are doing and make sure you are comfortable. They are very good at what they do. During filling I only feel a pinch when they give the numbing and then I don’t feel anything else! I’ve almost fallen asleep a couple of times! They make it that comfortable. I’ve never been to a dentist that doesn’t cause me massive amounts of pain except for Brite Smiles. I’ll be a customer for life!

Dr is very good but the billing and front office staff is very disorganized they send you due bill after 3 years which has been sorted out and even if you cancel the appt they charge you $100 .We love Dr her work is good but needs good staff .

I had the worst experience with this dentist. She had no bedside manner and could not numb my mouth all the way when doing my fillings. I just recently went to another dentist in the area and he had to remove a filling this dentist gave me about a year ago. He said that when he got underneath the filling there were multiple cavities which should have been removed before putting the filling in. I do not recommend this dentist.

Brite Smiles Dentist office initially told me that overall I will be saving money. Each time when I receive the bill from them, they charged me more than Insurance negotiated fee even though they are in my insurance network (Preferred Dentist Program - PDP). It continued for more than a year. When I notified them on various occasions for different services, they were trying to confuse me each time with different explanations. It took me a year to understand what is going on. Later I notified my insurance company by submitting grievance (luckily I saved all the documents). With my insurance help, my issue was finally resolved.

Our family has been going to Brite Smiles Dentistry in Flower Mound for 10 years. We have received the very best of dental work and patient care from Dr Salguti and her awesome staff. We are very pleased with the long term high quality success of Dr Salgutis work. Having had all kinds of dental procedures including implants, we have never had to go back to have any dental work fixed and we are always seen in a timely manner.

I went there for a few years and the people are very nice. However, they never seemed to make it a point to make sure I was numb. Even after many attempts to let them know that I was in discomfort. When they were working on me and I could feel it and tell them it wasnt numb, they just waited and then tried again rather than just give me more numbing agent. The other reason that I got fed up with the place was every time I went in they kept coming up with new (and expensive) repairs that my teeth needed. After finally being convinced that I needed a crown, I was put through the most excruciating dental work that Ive ever have. After going to a new dentist, they told me that my teeth dont need any immediate repairs. So in closing, very nice people but watch out because you are gonna be sold dental procedures that you dont need.

I recently went to Bright Smiles for an implant. It was in response to their Internet ad of $1995. When I got there it seems there are add ons that are necessary, such as a tooth space saver known as a flapper and removal fees and a few more add ons. In all it ended up costing about $2800. In addition they billed my insurance and was paid by them on things they charged me also. On my last appointment I was told I needed to pay an additional $625. I told them no I did not, I paid every amount as they were due and all were paid in full. They told me they would review and get back to me as I was being very vocal in front of other patients. As it turned out they had overcharged. In addition I have pain in my face everyday, but I will not go back there. Be very careful in your billing if you go to this office. I will update at a later date after an examination by another dentist about the pain I feel in my face.

From the administrative staff, to the dental assistants, and Dr. Salgutti herself, this is the most friendly and professional Dentists office Ive been to. I highly recommend them.

I was told the consultant was free they charged my insurance. The implant was priced over the phone for 1999 each but after my consult they were estimating 6000+ I informed the receptionist of the misleading info and she said I was getting a good deal. They are big scammers I would do my research before coming to the office they will lie over the phone and to the insurance company.

*Updated August 27, 2019*I have ended my relationship with BriteSmiles Dentistry. More than once, including today, they have scheduled their morning meeting at the same time as my 8am appointment. I was left sitting in the lobby, waiting for them to finish, even though they stress that we show up early or on time. I was there at 755a. I left at 810a, still not being brought back for my cleaning. Their staff meeting was still going on and apparently was more important than me, their paying client. After 13+ years, I have had enough of this sort of treatment.*Sept 2018*Had a scheduled tooth extraction today, painless and thorough. There was a minor issue with a procedure being performed that was not pre-authorized, but owner (Dr. Salgruti) made things right prior to departure. Item had been added to the procedure by office manager without prior approval by insured (me). Dentist performed procedure, not knowing I had not approved the additional cost. The owner refunded me the amount of the additional procedure (co-pay) after finding out what had happened. I recommend Dr. Salgruti of BriteSmiles Dentistry. ABM

Close to home...professional, no issues with them but havent really needed any big procedures yet...for now 4 stars unless something changes.UPDATE: My wife got Invisalign through Dr Salguti and was told she was approved by our dental insurance before getting the service. She paid what she was told per the pre-approval process but later the office said the previous manager (who was fired) made a mistake and that we would have to pay the full cost for Invisalign...a whopping $3K on top of hundreds already payed. Needless to say we will not be going back to them anymore because of their mistake and lack of tact in harassing us for payment.

I lost an old crown on my front tooth (lost both of em in a fight years ago -- you oughta seen the other guy) and went in after seeing the 1999 per implant deal google ad. I also had 2 vacancies elsewhere just from attrition and 40 years worth of abuse. Now on two other teeth far back in my mouth which had been extracted years ago it WAS 1999... no extraction, no flipper no special additions. On my FRONT tooth it was an extra 500 or so for the flipper (my choice I didnt want a hole in my grille hillbilly style for 3 months while the implant was healing) also the extraction/insertion was about 800? Something like that. So yeah it was more than 1999 but it took more work. I expected that. Plus I needed some fillings, crowns, and various other stuff. All told came to about 10-11K. That was for at least 2 crowns 3 implants and fillings here and there plus cleanings and detailing. HOWEVER the reason I had the two vacancies was Id been quoted 6K EACH (elsewhere) to fill em. So I didnt. Until now. The staff there is very nice Dr Salguti has a fine eye for detail (shes really pretty too) and even though Im still the same ugly bastard I was -- my TEETH look great! Theyve got nitrous and readily prescribe pain meds when it it makes sense and even call it in for you. In reading some of these other reviews I cant help but wonder if they were at the same dentist. Very odd. I didnt use insurance and because that saves hassle and paperwork (at the very least) they gave me a pretty good price on everything as a cash customer. Great service and prices all around.
