I visited Bridlewood Dental twice. The doctor is knowledgeable, kind, and available. He was concerned about me as a patient and explained my condition with details. I think I can trust him. Yesterday, I got an extraction operation. I was under local anesthesia and the process was smooth and comfortable. After the operation, I did not feel any discomfort due to the anesthetic. The staffs were kind too. Thank you for your service!

I was so lucky to be fit into their schedule before Memorial Day weekend. DDS S.Yong, Susanne and Susanne M ( sorry if I didn’t get the two assistants names right) made my visit pleasant and quick. The lady at the front desk was also really helpful and welcoming. At this location your opinion does matter! Which is the reason I am going back.Went in for a basic restoration for a filling. The dentist did recommend another route but told me it was totally up to me, he said he will work with whatever I decide. I have a history of going to places where the dentist will only give one option or it’s the Hwy and being that I’m always working I have to pick that one option because of the little off time I have from work. Wish I would’ve found this place two years ago. The best part is that the he’s a real perfectionist... the visit only last about thirty nine minutes and the tooth that was being worked on looks magnificent. Wish I had enough time off of work to get more dental work done. I am definitely going back ASAP. Thanks A bunch Bridlewood Dental this made my bday (which is tomorrow) more enjoyable.

I have been a patient of Dr Song for about 5 years now. He is very honest and thorough. A dental emergency arose with my son, whose pediatric dentist was out of town. Lauren at the front desk was able to fit us in almost immediately. Dr Song was able to help my son with his issue and was very informative as to what to expect next with his baby teeth. I’m so thankful that Dr Song and his staff were able to help us. Also, super thankful to Lauren who after the appointment shared her cookies with us. (The appointment I made was right after school, no time to go home for a snack.)

I only wish I would have found Dr. Song 20 years ago! I love that he was able to give me a correct diagnosis and fix a few problems. I had an infection /abscess underneath a recently done on-lay and another one that was highly irritated. When I left his office the first time all I could think was wow, this man is a genius. I feel very at ease and comfortable there, not like some other dentist when Ive had that anxious feeling in the pit of my stomach. Dr. Song also explains everything that is going on and what he is doing. He is very methodical in his approach and spends an appropriate amount of time with you. He is not pretentious and does not talk down. The doctors assistant Susan and the rest of the office staff are super friendly, amazing customer service, & attention to detail. So happy I found Bridlewood Dental.

Dr. Song and his staff are fantastic! They go out of their way to make you comfortable and make you feel special. Dr. Song goes out of his way to find solutions when others say it is impossible. I recently moved to Dallas and will continue to drive to Flower Mound because he is that good!

Before I was his patient, I had a dental emergency (broken tooth) on a Friday afternoon. My former dentist wanted to charge me $500 for the emergency visit plus the cost of procedure (which i refused). In a desperate attempt, I called Dr Song and even though I wasn’t his patient at the time, he was willing to see me and took care of me right away without charging me a penny extra. He was kind, thorough and made me feel at ease. Dr Song and his staff are truly the best! Dr. Song is honest, trustworthy and genuinely cares about the oral health of his patients. I just wish I would have found him sooner; he is the only one I trust to take care of me and my family!

So I had a very painful broken wisdom tooth that needed to be removed bad. I called up Bridlewood Dentist and spoke with Daisy, she was very polite and friendly. I explained to her my situation and they were able to get me in the same day. I didnt have to wait long and when I did see the dentist he was very professional and overall WONDERFUL!! He was able to remove the bad/rotten tooth that day. I am now pain free and very happy with my overall experience. I now have referred my boyfriend to this office an will certainly recommend my friends and family as well. This place is awesome, friendly staff and professional doctor. The best! I called on Wednesday about a bad tooth ache and he got me in and got the tooth pulled. No pain during my appointment whatsoever. Dr. Song was very kind and patient willing to answer all my questions. During my tooth extraction I felt no pain whatsoever and that’s what i was most concerned about. Excellent and Efficient !I highly recommend Dr. Song with Bridlewood Dental!I did not have a dentist for years and needed someone after hours, and really fast cause I was in a lot of pain. I just started calling local dentists but they were all closed. A few minutes later Dr. Song called me personally when he saw my phone number on his office Caller ID. I couldnt believe it ! It was the actual dentist that called me back and not an answering service or receptionist. He quickly calmed me down about my tooth and although he was booked, he made arrangements for me to come in early, before the office opens, on the following morning and he took care of my problem. I was so happy with his service and the staff is great too. They are all really nice and personable. I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in. It didnt feel like a cooperate office it was cozy and comfortable. Dr. Song is great. He is very efficient and knowledgeable in his job and I believe he has almost 30 years of experience and it shows. I have since been back and now I am proud to say that Dr. Song is now my dentist. I would highly recommend him if your looking.

My 14 y.o. daughter had a painful wisdom tooth that needed to be removed, the oral surgeon couldnt get her in until after the weekend. Dr. Song agreed to see her the following day, he removed the tooth in about 10 min without incident. She felt no pain. The Dr. called the following day to see how she was. It has been two days now since the removal and she has had no pain or issues. Will be going to Dr. Song for her remaining wisdom teeth and dental needs.

Dr. Song is extremely skilled in dentistry. He can give you that extremely painful shot of novocaine and you dont even feel it. He is very down to earth, missing that well known God complex that most doctors have. The front office staff is impressive as well. They want you to get the most out of your insurance. They want you to pay less and your insurance to pay more. He is now my familys dentist for the foreseeable future. Much more than that, but you will have to see that for yourself.

I had an emergency. The staff was great. You walk in and you are greeted with a big smile. When your bummed a smile helps. Dr. Song, listened to what I feeling and he included me in the process of fixing the problem. All my business and families dental woes will go to Dr. Song.

Doctor saw my wife 3 days before Christmas. She was not a patient. she lost a filling and was in extreme pain and could barley talk. We called around and did not have any luck. This office even said no at first. They called us back and said to come in. This is extremely amazing as we are newer to the area and not existing patients. He saw my wife and did a temporary filling in like 15 min. After Christmas she went back had a cleaning and the permanent filling done. Great Doctor Great Staff Great Prices. Me and my family now have a Dentist!!

I met Dr. Song over 10 years ago at a mission that was held at a megachurch in Dallas. They provided dental care for no cost and it was just what I needed to get me connected with Dr. Song. I prayed that I would get connected with someone that would not give me another horrific experience. Little did I know, I would meet someone as gentle and caring as Dr. Song.Its like he could sense my fears and coaxed me into relaxing so he could get to work. After the experience there, I asked him for his card and told him I would soon be in touch. Ive kept up with him from Dallas to Flower Mound. He is the only dentist I have utilized in the last 10 years. I wouldnt dare sign up for another horror story Hes done some major work for me and I have not experienced one bad thing. I like to refer to Dr. Song as HEAVEN SENT. He is a very humble and caring man. Theres no question in my mind, he is the BEST dentist in my book hands down. Ive been wearing Dentures for 25 years and I have never had a set of dentures made as well as this set that I have from dr. Song He is very thorough, very kind and caring Dr he is concerned more about my well-being and my teeth than anything else. I am thoroughly impressed by his bedside Manner and his abilities. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is either a wanting any type of dental work done or be anyone who is wanting any dentures made or implants which he is also very very good at. Dr. Song has been my dentist since I was 6 years old. I recently came back to his dental office because of a previous root canal gone bad by another dentist. I should have taken the time to find his new office, but ended up going to another dentist who was closer to my work place. I learned my lesson. As always, Dr. Song was very quick to diagnose my situation. The infection came back worse and it ended up leaving a pouch into my upper bone area with a cyst in it. Dr. Song scheduled me as soon as possible and finished this procedure within an hour and half. He will be the only dentist I will be going to in the near future because I trust him. His years of experience can not be match with anyone else that I know of and I am really happy that I am no longer in pain because of the fistula due to the infection. Very friendly staff and whenever I go I am welcomed. I hope this review helps whoever is reading this. :)

I recently went in to have my teeth cleaned at Dr Songs office. I couldnt have asked for a better experience with the front and back office staff. They were welcoming and very friendly. Then Dr. Song comes in and I found him to be rude, inconsiderate and unfriendly. Little did he know that my occupation is also in the dental field and I pride myself on taking care of my teeth and gums. So when he started upselling MANY different services that were totally unnecessary, I was very uncomfortable with his tactics.I could not in good conscious recommend this doctor to family, friend or foe. Buyer beware.

A few weeks ago, I experienced the most excruciating pain Ive ever experienced, second only to child birth. I had never been a patient, but received a recommendation from a friend to Dr. Song. I called, and answered...after hours. He scheduled me for first thing in the morning, and I went in ASAP. He was very professional and comforting! Within just a short-time, he went to work, and the pain was gone!!! But that wasnt all! He followed up with my personally the next day to make sure I was ok, and not in pain. Who does that! Hes that awesome! I went in to follow-up and he performed a root canal; I felt nothing. In fact, it was so painless, I feel asleep lol. I would recommend him to anyone. Hes totally worth the 30 minute drive from my house!

Dr. Songs approach to treating my infected tooth was phenomenal. He explained everything to me and allowed to make a wise decision regarding the treatment plan. It wil take 3 visits to finish the treatment, and it will be only completedafter the infection is gone. I had rootcanals before, they were a one visit treatment, never before I received such thourough care. If you want to have a dentist that will treat you with the utmost care and compassion I highly recommend Dr. Song.
