Prestige Family was amazing. Alex was so good with our kids helping them feel comfortable and teaching them tips on how to keep up with oral hygiene. Taylor was equally good with my husband and me and was thorough but gentle.However what impressed me the most was their flexibility and understanding. My husband had to leave for an urgent work meeting and left me alone with our three children all while trying to get my teeth taken care of. The staff all pitched in wherever we needed them including helping make my kids comfortable with a show they liked while I left for X-rays. Taylor stopped her cleaning as many times as I needed to tend to my kids and was so patient.I would 100% recommend.

All the dentists and staff were excellent to say the least. I took my 6 and 9 year old in this morning for a checkup. The entire place was spotless and even had TVs on the wall and ceiling. It definitely made the kids much more comfortable. The only negative was that I was charged for fluoride when checking out but was not told in advance that our insurance does not cover it. It wasnt an exorbitant amount, but it was disappointing not being told upfront. I called the office back after we left and spoke to their patient coordinator who empathized completely with me and offered to refund the amount. I dont think most dental places would have extended that offer, so high marks to them for doing what was right. Well definitely be coming back in 6 months.

I personally have never been one to consistently go to the dentist however since being referred to Prestige Family Dentistry, I have been back multiple times without hesitation. My hygienist, Taylor, has certainly made each visit as painless as possible and never hesitates to explain the process as she works. I certainly intend on making this practice a regular part of my future routines.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist. First, scheduling was so easy - the lady I talked to on the phone was polite and friendly and helpful. They called to confirm and sent reminder texts about my appt and what the covid protocol was for when I got there. The office is beautiful and clean. My hygienist, Nancy did a great job. She was thorough, gentle and helped me understand all that was going on. She addressed all of my concerns and remembered to follow up at the end. The dentist Dr. Rachel was great. Very friendly and took her time with me. She even quickly came back in when I had a question at the end that needed the doctors diagnosis. I appreciated that the hygienist let me know what was covered my insurance and got my approval for anything that would be out of pocket. I had my baby with me and they were so great about that. I am starting Invisalign and they explained the cost and procedure with me and were able to get me in at my earliest desire. Excited to continue my care here. Thank you so much!

After having a filling come out that was placed by another dental firm, I contacted the amazing team at Prestige Family Dentistry and they were able to work me in that day. Dr. Bryant was friendly, to the point made sure I know the costs up front. He had a light touch and got the filling fixed in good time and accurately. I was then able to get an appointment later that day for a cleaning and consultation concerning a few other issues. He left me in the great hands of Taylor who made sure I was comfortable and experienced the lest amount of discomfort preforming a gun check and teeth cleaning. Afterwards I had a great experience with the finance team. They laid out the work that needed to be done, the cost and gave several affordable options. Really impress with this great team. Oh, and I can’t forget the the friendly reception Team and booking team. Easy to work with and very friendly.

Nancy my Hygienist today was wonderful and make it so easy and comfortable to seat on the chair and have her do her magic the only thing I was missing was Godiva chocolate flavor gum numbing gel. I have to say every one in this office is so pleasant and nice and make your experience a great one . What ever you do don’t stop at Trey’s counter although he is a great and fun guy he is always asking for a check for all the great service you received 😂 . I had the best experience at prestige family dentistry! After searching around and looking at reviews I decide to go with prestige. I was pretty nervous about going to the dentist as it been a long time since I have been for even just a cleaning, so I took the reviews I found on google highly into consideration of the dentist I was going to go with and let me tell you the reviews did not disappoint. The staff was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable, they were able to get me in and out pretty quickly but still giving me excellent service. So glad I will get to continue my cleanings here and have them help get my teeth back to where they need to be. Will definitely recommend anyone here.

Staff is so friendly and good with kids so they don’t feel anxious. The dentists are very gentle and always explain to the child what they’re doing beforehand as they go along! I have not experienced any of the overcharging or recommendations of unnecessary treatments some people are complaining about here? Appointment Reminders have always been sent well in advance and if I have to change or reschedule it’s always easy! My kids love Prestige!

I was supposed to finish my Invisalign in APRIL. They cancelled my appointment TWICE. Forcing me to wear the same trays for MONTHS (it’s only supposed to be 10 days). THEN, when they finally got me in, we decided to do a refinement and they told me it would be 3 weeks and I set an appointment. A few days before my appointment, THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO SEND THE SCANS OFF TO THE LAB. SO I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 WEEKS. Now we’re in August, I went to go to my appointment, and I had car trouble and let them know. My battery had died as I was leaving (highly unanticipated). They cancel my appointment and tell me I have to wait ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. BIGGEST LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. EVER. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I have to say it was a very pleasant experience, from the moment I stepped into the door, till the minute I swiped my card. Dr. Rachel Nguyen was very professional and informative.

Had a teeth cleaning with Mallory. She was very professional! Really liked the added fluoride treatment. Dr. DiRusso was very thorough and did a great job explaining everything. Great location and the staff worked to get me in quickly. New patient that will be coming back.

My visit today at the dentist was very helpful and the nurse went over everything in detail with me regarding my medication. The staff was very friendl,y courteous. The doctor had to reschedule me because of my heart value.

The minute I reached out online the Prestige staff were welcoming and very helpful! Making a decision for a new dentist is not easy and rarely happens so when you are choosing who to spend your time with and entrust with your teeth it can be challenging and daunting! This team made it easy and the staff is compassionate and so warm in helping you feel like you made a great decision. 150% recommend! Super positive and all the best equipment to make you feel like the decisions for your teeth are relevant and cutting edge technology.

Wait time a bit longer this visit than usual. Possibly due to new office and recent move. All in all I really do like the staff.I’ve seen the three dentists there throughout the course of adjusting my oral sleep apnea device and everyone of them have been great. The oral device adjustments have been a long process. After my last sleep study, my consult with the sleep doctor recommended an adjustment greater than the last one, which was a big one. They made the adjustment on-site very quickly and willingly.I had a little wait prior to checkout as well—seemed busy for a Friday morning. But aside from that, checkout went smoothly. 5 stars if wait time cut down.

Do not go Prestige Family Dentistry. They will be happy to take your money and tell you to come back in a week and the work will be done. Went back a week later was told sorry the work has not been finish could not tell me when the work would finish . No phone call. Fine a dentist you can trust and will keep you in the loop

As someone who has historically not liked going to the dentist, Prestige makes every visit enjoyable.Their staff goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable during check-ups. They do a great job of educating me and letting me know how I can improve my dental care without being condescending.Beyond regular visits, I’ve had a couple cavities filled and they were quick and painless.Above all, the entire staff is just super friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend them enough!

If you are looking for a dental office - keep looking. Was a patient for 0ver a year. Last two scheduled appointments were changed without my approval or knowledge. . First THEY removed a scheduled procedure without telling me and today they changed who I was supposed to see without confirming.When leaving the office manager suggested I should find a new dental office. Guaranteed I will and no one in my family will be back. It’s a shame Prestige cares more about money than keeping patients

The staff is very kind and helpful, however, my card was randomly charged one day even though I had completed all my payments and had no recent work done. I called the office and the payment was refunded, but I should never have been charged in the first place. Be careful and watch your bank statements.

I drove from southwest Fort Worth to go here. I used to be a dental assistant and I can tell when a doctor is trying to milk insurance or do unnecessary work just by the way they conduct the initial exam. I have seen and heard a lot in my years in the office and I am very impressed and thankful for this office. Very through and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Rachel was amazing and has excellent bedside manner. The office is spacious and well cleaned and very modern and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone!

The dental work I had was great- good results and not much pain. The doctors were both informative with great “chairside” manner. PF-Dentistry is everything I’ve wanted in a dentist office. I hadn’t been in to see a dentist in…quite some time…. So I didnt have a dentist to call when my tooth cracked on Saturday. I called almost every dentist to see if someone had after hours and ended up at a shady emergency dentist. They said it wasn’t an immediate situation, and while I was there Jean from Prestige called AND texted me to make sure I wasn’t, she Said she got my message and called me right away.. (Which goes a long way when you’re freaking out). Once she made sure I was ok she started telling me about options, even said I could go in the next day (Sunday) to see Dr B. Nguyen, even if I was a new patient. She could email me the paperwork and it would be ok. While deciding on what to do, Jean kept the conversation calm and helped support me in my decision. She had a great way leading the conversation while validating my concerns. The emergency dentist ended up not being honest, so I decided to not stay with them but instead decided to book with Prestige Family Dentist on the Tuesday. While waiting for my appt on Tuesday Tori called/texted me almost everyday until my appt to make sure I was ok/checking in. I know it may have been her job to keep in touch with me, (maybe it wasn’t) BUT it was her demeanor while doing so. So calm, kind, and patient while understanding the urgency.While I was there, the entire staff was friendly. Dr. Bryant Nguyen, was amazing. The dental assistant Tyler was equally amazing. They explained what they were doing, made sure I was comfortable and validated/addressed any concerns I had. You could tell the entire office had great communication skills. Seriously. You can feel the team work, and the atmosphere is amazing. I had to have my son with me during the initial exam, and they had no issues with it. They made me very comfortable having him there, (bc I couldn’t find care last minute that day), instead of a burden. At the end of the exam, Devon explained the treatment payment very thoroughly and with patience. I think one of the best things about this experience was the communication between team members. Even if I was speaking with different members, they already knew my story and I didn’t have to retell what happened every time.Can’t say enough nice things about this office. Will absolutely be staying with them. Finding a dental office with this atmosphere, family values, and patience felt like finding a unicorn… but these offices do exist and Prestige Family Dentistry is that unicorn of dental offices!

I like it, they took my wisdom teeth out and cavity filling and i didn’t feel much. The after math sucked but they call constantly to see if I was okay and if I was doing better. I’ve never met more caring people.

Not impressed with this place at all. My wife and I brought our 7 year old in for a cleaning and x-rays and found out she had a couple of cavities. Prestige completed the cleaning but for some reason referred our daughter out to a different dentist to fill the cavities - a dentist which turned out to be out of network. We found another dentist in network to fill the cavities and I called Prestige to request they send the xrays over since they had just been taken. They told me sure no problem but never did. This place is a joke.

I highly recommend this office. The Dentist are beyond exceptional. The staff is courteous, caring and have a genuine smile for everyone.

I was having a hard time finding a dentist since moving to Texas that I both liked and accepted my insurance. Im happy to have found Prestige and can see going to them for years to come. Everyone is friendly and they all seem to truly enjoy being there.

They are so friendly when you check in and check out. Every time I get my teeth cleaned, they are very gentle and narrate what they are doing, as they are doing it. The doctors there are so positive and remember things like family members and important life events. Just overall a wonderful experience whenever I go.

LOVE this dentist office! My son and I go here (soon to be my husband as well) and we have finally found our family dentist! Everyone is incredibly friendly, extremely prompt with their appointment times, and do excellent work. They are always on point with their reminders and I love that you can text them! 2 stars for good treatment until they wanted to steal money from people by overly charging for deep cleaning and cavity fillings. I immediately left the place once they came out with a print out of what it would cost. Trust your gut instincts. Dr Ngyuen seems a bit shady. She was trying to force me to do all kinds of procedures at once. Shop around people. I called a second place and immediately got a more reasonable price. Half the price in highland village.Beware!I see that they have 4.9 stars. Overly charging people should be a crime.

It is probably one of the most positive dental experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone that works here does a great job at making you feel welcomed, and they make sure you’re always comfortable. I had an appointment that I couldn’t find a babysitter for, and ended having to bring my 4 month old and everyone went above and beyond to help me get my cleaning done. They even helped soothe my baby when he started crying mid teeth cleaning. They really are the best!

Ive been to 3 different dentists in the area and this one is my favorite. Very professional, accommodating, and excellent in their work.

Minimal wait time to get in, efficient for purpose of visit. Got right to the point of the visit (oral device for sleep apnea) without wasting time on other things. Friendly and personable staff. Minimal wait time for checkout.Cost of device seems about right. Digitally imprinted mouth for mouthpiece during visit as well (first visit) after cursory check of mouth/teeth. Hoping future visits for follow up will be as good with no surprises.

Its always as good as it gets when I have to sit in the dentist chair, pleasant, thorough, and minimal amount of time taken. Thanks for a very good experience.
