Brought my car here for the first time for diagnostics, was very happy with the experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and I felt taken good care of. They took the time to explain everything and they were very knowledgeable. They even remembered me a week later when I had to bring my car back (not because of anything they did or didn’t do). After the initial part replacement for my car did not fix my issue, the guys here went above and beyond to make sure they got it right and that I was satisfied. And so far, it’s doing good! Drivers edge Flower Mound has been my go to shop the last few years. They have performed service on 4 different vehicles in my family: an 01 Chevy Van, an 03 Dodge Ram truck, an 07 Toyota Sequoia, and a15 Toyota Sequoia. We still have the latter three and obviously good maintenance keeps them on the road. I have always been happy with the service. They have replaced fuel pumps, ignition parts, shocks, ball joints, A/C work as well as done oil changes for us. They get it right the first time, explain everything before they do any work, and they have always given me options. I have always felt taken care of, and not taken advantage of. I would recommend.

This has been my go to mechanic for the last couple of years. Theyve handled synthetic oil changes, air filter changes, brake services, headlight repairs, and everything else Ive thrown at them. They have always been attentive, professional, quick and fair. If you are in the area and need any service or repair I would confidently recommend them.

We had replaced our brakes 4 months ago and we’re still experiencing problems. I spoke with Connor and he confirmed there was warping of the rotors. He replaced them at no cost, and we decided to have them do the rear brakes as well. He wasn’t sure he was going to have the vehicle done in1 day but surprised me and said it was all done 4 hours later. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I totally would. All I needed was a state inspection. They had my car for an hour. It was sitting in the bay for at least 30 minutes. Then they moved it back to the parking lot. We assumed they were done with it, so we went in to pay for the inspection. Turns out one of my tires was bald, so they didnt even do the inspection because it would have failed. Which was fine, but they didnt call us to tell us this. Apparently they wrote the phone number down wrong. When we expressed our frustration with them keeping the car so long without doing anything to it and not contacting us, as we were walking out the service person called my husband a f-er. Thats right, he actually called him that after they had screwed up. I have never in my life experienced such incompetence and disrespect. Please do not waste your time here.

I’ve used Driver’s Edge in Flower Mound for years to have my car serviced and have repairs. They are always professional and have a fair price. As a woman, I feel comfortable with this shop. I know they won’t rip me off.

They always help me out and make things easy for me to understand (when it comes to issues with my car)! would highly recommend. they also fixed my cars engine after an oil leak back in february and always made sure i was aware what the issues were and kept in contact to make sure everything went smoothly afterwards.

This shop is super clean, even the bathroom! The service is superior. They stayed late trying to get my car to hook up to the state computer for my inspection. It still didn’t work, but because the customer service was so great, I passed five other state inspection locations to return to them.

My wife went in today to get an inspection on her vehicle. They told her they needed to flush the brake fluid and power steering fluid. She said, Dont do anything yet, I need to call my husband about it.The guy went back, after a few minutes, the car passed inspection with flying colors and didnt mention replacing the fluids. Hmm, interesting how the power steering and brake fluid (which they quoted over $200), all of a sudden was fine when a womans husband gets involved.Honestly, thats pathetic. I expected better from a place with such high reviews.
