Appointment at 915. I showed up 5 minutes late. By 930 I was paid and by 940 my car was in the bay.Fast service. Decent pricing.Nice inside area to sit while you wait.Chris Webster was the guy who helped me and he was top notch. Didnt over sell and got me set up with tires that fit my budget while keeping safety in mind.Will return for sure with other vehicles.

I want to start this review with the majority of Discount Tire locations are phenomenal. They offer prompt service, professionalism, and provide competitive prices. I recently purchased some new tires on my truck and absolutely love them. I ALWAYS go to the Lewisville location because they provide 5 star service every time I am there. I have visited the Flower Mound location four times now for a simple tire rotation and air check (I live in Flower Mound). Every time I’ve gone there for this, I feel like I’m a burden to their day. They put me at the back of the line for the wait and load me with questions when I’m there. “Are you sure you need one?” “Are you keeping track of your miles?” “Did you get these tires through Discount Tire?” If they would just type in my phone number in their system they would be blessed with all the answers they need but they just want me to come back another time because they are usually “too busy” for the service I need.I am finally writing a review because this has now became a repeat problem there. I have been a customer with Discount Tire since 2007 and understand how they operate. This location needs a few changes in their customer service as well as their efficiency.Again, I highly recommend the Lewisville location for any type of service.

Great service and reasonable prices and a good selection of tires. Free service of tire pressure check and will add air while you are still in the car, just follow the signs to the drive through service area. Great for people who are less mobile or elderly.

I went in there to get a tire fixed and they refused to fix my tire they only want to sell tires my tire is still good but yet they dont want to fix it I have plenty of tread on my tires but they instead want to sell me a new tire dont go there dont waste your time

I love that you can just drive up to Discount Tire and get your tires aired up without even getting out of the car.I love even more that, while I was doing that, they identified a nail in my tire that was not able to be patched and offered to either put my spare on for me or sell me another tire. I love that because I didnt feel.pressured to buy a tire. I didnt feel like they were just telling me it couldnt be fixed because they wanted to sell me a tire. When I decided to get a tire, they didnt try to sell me a whole new set I dont need, they just offered me a comparable tire they had in stock and fixed up my car for me.

These people are real nice. I slid in at 5:30 on a monday and they hooked me up with good service and were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes. They were able to help me identify my issue and swapped out my busted tire for my spare for free. 10/10 would come back when I need a new set of tires.

Ive used this location twice. Since I tend to keep extra sets of tires and wheels I never have a simple ask for them. Regardless, they accept my odd requests and Im always happy with the service.

I guess I expected more. Apparently there was an issue with a stud on the car. If youre discount TIRE, I guess I expected anything dealing with the tire they should be able to handle it. Instead they directed me to a shop to fix the issue. Then still tried to sell me a tire. No thanks, you get all or none of the business. They wore masks though.

Had a TPMS issue with my honda civic for a while because two of the sensors stopped working. Now my car feels safe again and no annoying warning lights. Thank you guys!

I have done business with Discount Tire in Flower Mound (Justin Road) for 4 years with only one TYPE of issue; they do not like to fix tires because, there’s no profit in repairing tires. This weekend, my step daughter had a slow leak in one of her tires and took it to Discount tire on Justin Road to get it checked out. After inspecting the tire, they found a nail in in it. Instead of patching the tire, they told her that the tire was borderline on the legal limit of tread, so they could not repair it, but they could SELL her 2 used tires for $90. Two tires, really??? BTW, I checked the tires on her vehicle a week prior to this visit and they had plenty of tread for safe travels. My step daughter just wanted to make it home to FW, so her dad could look at the car and make a determination on next steps. Instead of helping her by repairing the tire, they SOLD her two new ones. During these hardships, she was furloughed from her job and couldn’t afford this purchase. I wasn’t able to accompany her to Discount tire, but if I were there, they would not have had the opportunity to take advantage of her. Her choice was to drive the car with the nail in it or purchase the used tires....doesn’t sound like much of a choice to me.Hey Discount tire....wife and I own 4 vehicles and you can count on never seeing them again. NTB, here we come. Our 4 cars probably won’t affect your numbers much, but sharing this instance will indeed open the eyes of many that have encountered your sales tactics and pressures, pretending to do them favors. If you would have only done the right thing, this review would have never been posted on this site and every other site I can find, but wait, maybe it’s good that it did happen to us, so that others can learn from it. In that case, you’ve been exposed.

Great service at reasonable prices. Theyve fixed my flats for free. Get the road hazard warranties on any tires you buy from them. If they CANT fix the tire, you only have to pay for the new road hazard warranty ($30 this last time), and not the full price of a new tire (would have been close to $200).

Fast and efficient. Never bait and switch tactics. One of the few tire service companies I feel comfortable with. They are not taking advantage of you because of the usually immediate need of the consumer.

I had a nail in my tire and needed new tires. I was in the neighborhood at another appointment and called Discount. Mike answered and man was he helpful. This location isnt that convenient for me but his service was impeccable and he was honest about what i needed. Really impressed and created a customer for life.

I have gone with & without appointments in the past but this was, by far, the fastest. I was 5 min early for a 10:45 appointment and I was driving out of their parking lot at 11:00! Impressive!

At 5pm, as my son was picking up our grand kids, I noticed he had a badly worn tire (metal showing). I called Discount Tire in Flower Mound. I knew they closed at 6pm, but Richard the salesman who answered said bring it up & theyd put a set on, didnt matter when closing time was. They fixed my wifes flat for free a few months ago. I was impressed, so when it came time for new tires for her car I returned. I dropped it off and did not have an appointment, but they somehow got it done in under two hours. Cant recommend them enough!

Lobby is large and clean with free water. This was my first visit to this location. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had ordered two new tires online was expecting them in a couple of days they got in in one day. Found out that the other two tires where also bad so will be back soon for the other two.

Avoid this location! Ordered a set of four tires on Saturday 12/10/16. Received a call Tuesday morning letting me know that my tires were in. Told the associate that I would be in later that afternoon to get them installed. The associate told me that I didnt need an appointment, just to come by and theyd get me fixed up. Took off of work 3hrs early to make it by closing time. Upon arrival, the associate at the counter informed me that a customer had come in earlier in the day with a flat and that one of my tires had been sold. He thought that an acceptable solution was to order a replacement that would arrive at 11am the next day. Seriously? My other option was to get in my car and drive to another location 15 minutes before closing. This is unacceptable! I dont know where Ill be buying tires in the future, but Im thoroughly certain where it wont be. Four personal vehicles and thirteen fleet vehicles and not one of them will ever have another tire installed by Discount Tire.

I have been a customer of Discount Tires for 20 years. This is a stellar company. They have fixed flats for free when I was in another state, driving a rental car. When I was flat broke and in dire need of tires, I was able to buy four used tires, mounted, etc. all for $80. Its because of these types of things that will keep me coming back to Discount Tire. Not to mention, they are always super friendly.
