Bert and his team really and truly have a love for what they do, which is selling great pre-owned vehicles while providing real peace of mind. My virtual look-outs for a great deal on 5th Gen Camaros brought to my attention a rare 2010 Camaro in Victory Red with a 6-speed manual.From the moment I contacted Bert to the day I finally picked up my first mid-life crisis fleet vehicle, my experience was excellent. They provided ample time and space for my Lemon Squad inspector to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. And, Bert was quite honest about the vehicles history and the work their shop had performed to bring the Camaro back to 99% perfect.After the test drive, I knew right then and there that I had a winner on my hands. With the over $4200 of work the service department had put into the Camaro and my inspector validating the quality of their work, I *had* to buy it!I cant recommend Bosco enough, and I would *happily* do business with them again!

Crazy to think you drive over and hour away for a meeting about a good decent looking truck for a good price to find out when you go to make the deal the price jumps by 20% and a 7k service fee on a truck and then tell the guy the deals off the table and walk out to only find out they change the price of the truck not even 3 minutes after I leave and they don’t even update the mileage on the truck for the listing biggest rip off dealership I’ve seen I later went to five star Ford who truly knows how to sell a vehicle without a 7k service fee. The buyer shouldn’t have to pay the repair bill before they buy the truck.

I am very happy with my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X purchase. Jason V at Bosco auto group was very attentive and informative throughout the entire process. I am located in Austin so Jason V was able to send me photos throughout the process and answer many questions along the way. I ended up putting down a deposit and flying in to purchase the vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of vehicles and vintage cars present. I will be referring them to friends and family in the future!

Jason V. made buying my truck easy. He explained every detail of my loan and options to me in complete detail. Gave me top dollar for my trade. Even answered questions after hours and on the weekends. My situation was different because I was traveling 5 hours to Bosco Auto to purchase my new truck, all the financing was handled over the phone and by text. I sent very little time on the car lot. Jason understood how valuable our time was and got the deal done quick and got us back on the road. Bosco has a very nice collection of awesome Trucks and Cars to choose from. Bosco is the one stop place to get your dream car or your daily ride. You will not be disappointed!

Very pleasant experience Bert is the go to guy. Went a month ago to look at a truck decided not to go threw with it. Found another one went up there and he remembered us. False advertising. Stated a truck was 20k then when I tried to by it, they said well it’s worth 27k plus ttl & you have to pay for the new tires (that was in said advertisement) plus 4 service tickets THAT THEY NEVER INCLUDED IN PRICE. We would have purchased a basic truck for more than 35k when it was advertised for 20,000. WATCH OUT!!!

This dealer is definitely smoke and mirrors. They lied over and over about the price of vehicles and the trade in value of my vehicle. Luckily I was able to catch them and call them out. They (sales manager/salesmen) played with the numbers so bad it wasn’t funny. My salesman lied over and over about what they were doing to the vehicle, when the vehicle would be ready and the time i would have the vehicle.1) I was told that they needed to service the vehicle ie; oil change and detail. I get the vehicle 2 days later. There was no oil change. It had 65% quality left. The truck was dusty all over it and it wasn’t even vacuumed. So who knows what they did.2) The fog lights didn’t workNeedless to say they just want to push cars and screw over the buyer. 2 stars is being pretty generous.

I bought a truck here and was given the run around from the time I got there and to this day. I was told by the salesman that he was going to replace the sunroof glass (it was cracked before I bought it) once I got the truck. When I got there, I asked where was the replacement glass and he said “it’s somewhere in the shop it’ll take us some time to find it. You can always come back in a few days once we grab it.”I foolishly believed them. I kept asking time after time and he said they couldn’t find it and stopped responding it.Called the manager and he of course knows nothing about it.The glass for this truck is well over $980 not including the install.That’s just one of the issues. The front end had to be rebuilt the same week I bought it and they of course kept saying “it’s as is, we can’t throw any money into fixing it.”These guys pulled a fast one on me and I’m definitely going to file a compliant through the state licensing as well as the BBB.

This place is a complete scam. I talked to a salesperson named Bert over the phone to make sure a truck online was still on the lot. He told me to come down after I explained my office was an hour away. When I got there I drove the truck and noticed there was an issue with the sunroof on the car. To start off they wanted to charge me a $3,000 dealer services fee that was not advertised anywhere online or explained to me before driving an hour down there. After explaining I was not going to pay this, we agreed to a price for my trade in and came to a deal. Before driving the truck off the lot i asked them to show me how the sunroof worked. They acted like they had no idea what was wrong and said they would send it to their shop to see if it could be fixed. The next day they told me it was broken and they were not going to fix it. Then a couple hours later the salesman told me they knew the sunroof was broken the entire time because of the 40 point inspection they performed. I was ready to drive this truck off the lot with nobody telling me about the broken sunroof when they knew about it the entire time. Beware of buying any car off this lot because clearly they know the cars have issues and they do not disclose.

We could not be happier with our experience with both the salesperson, Daniel Orosco, AND with Bosco Auto Group. We dont take car buying lightly and we are intolerant of the dealership run-around. Admittedly, my patience runs thin when it comes to how some dealerships handle their business. I sent an inquiry online about a vehicle we were interested in. I heard back from Daniel in less than an hour. I gave him all the information for the trade-in I had and he set an appointment with us for the following day.I texted Daniel prior to us coming in and in no uncertain terms, told him, in due respect, no bs-ing. In and out, easy, or we leave. I also told him I would not stay beyond an hour to hour and a half max--from walking in to deal closed and driving away. He was fine with it and said hed have the truck and his finance person prepped for our arrival.Yes, I read the reviews...even saw a couple calling out Daniel himself. I even initially cancelled our scheduled appointment because of some of the reviews we saw (what can I say, we value our time and didnt want to deal with some of what we read about). EVEN with that, no pressure from Daniel when I text him we were not coming (initially); he just asked that I simply keep him posted if we eventually chose to come in or not.Because of that low-key, no hassle response, we finally decided to make the one-hour drive. On that note, I cannot speak for the reviews that anyone else has posted about Daniel. I will say, Daniel was OUTSTANDING for us and we have nothing bad to say about him or his professionalism, whatsoever. Ill add that people are human, and, without someone saying something, no one can really know what others may be dealing with on any given day. Daniel was awesome and open with us. I appreciated his transparency.The truck we went to see was washed and ready, sitting out front. As he said he would, Daniel had prepped the finance person and he was ready upon our arrival. They quickly looked over the trade-in while Daniel took us out to drive the truck we wanted. From the time we got there, drove the truck, got back from the test drive, to going directly into the finance persons office, and driving away with the truck we wanted, took just under 1.5 hours.This was an incredibly easy and pleasant experience. Folks were professional and the process was expeditious. We would absolutely return and have recommended both Daniel and Bosco to friends and family.Thank you for an excellent experience. I was super excited to pick up my truck that we made a deal on over the phone. I wasn’t told anything about the condition of the truck before we got there. We drove in from about 45min away so it was a big deal.When we got there, there was some PDR work that was just done, the windshield was replaced (horribly, there’s glue all over and the windshield isn’t centered) and they were just finishing up a wax job. I figured, meh that’s to be expected on a used truck. But it got worse. The drivers seat was torn completely open down the side. The salesman was adamant about getting that fixed so I said ok that’s fine. No big deal if they’re fixing it.So we proceed to the test drive. Pop open the sunroof cover and the sunroof glass is cracked and split in multiple places. Came back and told him about it and he said no worries, he has another glass in the back that he can give me but he wasn’t sure they could install it. I told them I have a glass installer so give me the glass and I’ll get it installed. It’s only $100 to install. No big deal right?He then talked me into taking the truck home and then coming back in a week or two for the scheduled maintenance for the seat repair, the wheelBearing noise, and to pick up the glass. I agreed only because they offered a loaner. No big deal again, right?So fast forward 2 weeks later and I’m driving the truck and all of a sudden boom. No power, it goes into limp mode. I call them up and they said just sit on it for another week because they’re so busy. I told them this was unacceptable. To have major issues within the first 60mi of ownership. They agreed and told me to bring it in (which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1).After two weeks of the truck in their possession, they haven’t returned a single phone call with what was wrong with it, if they were working on it, or an eta. I finally get fed up and call them for the twelfth time and they confessed to still not having had looked at it yet. So I start calling and texting the salesman. He finally got them to look at it. Problem fixed.Here’s where it gets downright bad for business. When I come to pick up the truck I try to confirm everything that was done. 1. Engine malfunction - fixed. 2. Torn seat -fixed 3. Wheel hub noise - “oh, umm your serviceman nor salesman told us anything about that. 4. Sunroof glass - “oh yeah umm, we have it in the back but I can’t find it.”So I confront the salesman about the wheel hub and sunroof and he says “yeah, we’re not about to keep throwing a bunch of money on a used truck” and sends me on my way.Months later, I’m still sitting here with no sunroof glass and I’m out of pocket for having to repair the iwe/4wd actuating hub myself.Horrible service, dishonest salesmen, and overall bad experience.

I had the worst experience with Daniel Orozco I have never felt so judged by any other dealerships as I did with him. He came across as an arrogant person. He asked me several irrelevant questions from the beginning of our encounter one of them was what car I drove, like what does it matter? He also started taking down my information and tried running my credit score without even telling me we hadn’t even talked about total cost of the vehicle to begin with! He also kept walking out of the office I’m not sure for what. When I would make an offer for the vehicle there would be a moment a silence and he’d say let me see if that will work. HE offered me 11k cash offer for the vehicle I was interested in then comes back and says he boss said he wouldn’t take less than 15k when I said no I’m not going to pay a higher price after the 11k was offered to me he decided to offer ANOTHER vehicle he just pulled it up to the curve and without me even agreeing to check out another car and he then seemed bothered when I said I wasn’t interested in the vehicle he brought. He seemed very unprofessional to me. As I walked away i thanked him for his time and I think he might have been tired of doing all the pointless walking out of the office because he just stayed behind sitting in his office didn’t even say anything to me as I walked away like thanks for coming or thanks for your time as well nothing. He’s NOT a good sales man. If you go to this place be aware of this mans work ethics.

Seriously disappointed with this company. Found a car that I liked and emailed to confirm it was still available, received back an email confirming it was. Called an hour later to say I was making the 45 minute drive there but wanted to make sure it was still available - yes it was there - received another email with an appointment to meet the salesman. Arrive an hour later to be told that the vehicle in question had gone to auction - But here is a similar car that is a bit more expensive. Typical BAIT and SWITCH.

When you find a great car online and see that Boscos is priced just below all the other options so you decide to check their reviews for the catch, here it is.Buried in their seller notes fine print it says, Disclaimer: Sale price does not include sales tax, title, license & dealer service fee. I expected that would include 6.25% sales tax and a few hundred dollars for tax, title, license, and we thought we could manage anything else that came up.***The reality: they list prices below what theyre willing to sell it for. BEWARE: They make their profit on the back end of the sale with obscenely high fees and unnecessary warranties. ***They literally refused to sell my fiancé and I the car for the price they listed unless I paid an additional $2,895 in sellers fees that most people must not question on the contract. After haggling back and forth with old school car dealer tactics like having me sign my name on my counter offer and being put on ice while they check with the manager for 20 minutes at a time, they finally agreed to sell me the car for what they advertised - then, after running my credit and putting me through the entire application process - they slid me a contract that included a $3,500 warranty that I had not asked for.After I declined the warranty, they refused to sell me the car for the agreed upon price again. Went back and forth further, between the sales guy, the finance guy, and the manager, for a better warranty program and they came back with a cheaper warranty - that somehow had an even higher final price!I was told that the disclaimer of the dealer service fees that includes their auction costs, detailing the vehicle, updates, etc, is communicated up front and that can range as high as $8,900!! and they just cant sell it to me for what I was asking for (again - their listed price).Im giving one star because I had two cups of coffee and it warmed me up nice after being there for literally four hours. Overall, I just felt played for an idiot. But then we both realized, “we’re not idiots, we’re extremely lucky and fortunate to have escaped without making a severely regrettable purchasing decision.”

I worked with Ronnie when they were Charleton Motors two years ago, and it was a great experience. He and the whole staff were so genuine and took great care of the whole car buying experience. Two years later, I’m having the wonderful experience working with David. I purchased an extended warranty and have had no problems getting the help I need. The customer service was garbage, and I came in willing to buy with cash. They basically ignored me for an hour after I told them I didnt need to finance. Instead of treating me like a customer willing to buy from Bosco, the rep told me to wait for a second, spoke to someone in financing, and went to work with ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Needless to say, I took my money elsewhere, and Im better off for it.

I made the trip up to Flower Mound Texas to the BOSCO auto group dealership, which was an almost 4 hour drive, Alex Brown greeting my wife and I with a smile. Horrible experience. Not only do they not honor the price they post, their dealer fees are ridiculously high. The salesmen all have very off setting attitudes and the finance manger is even worse. I expressed that I wasn’t comfortable with the aftermarket warranty and $3999.00 dealer fee they were forcing me to pay and the manager simply said “if you don’t like it, shop somewhere else.” Horrible!

Good morning Google Readers:I went to shop for my daughters vehicle three days ago. My daughter contacted Allen; a salesperson, and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, December 22nd to see a Dodge Journey 2016 for $7,995. During the phone conversation, Allen checked his inventory and verified that the 2016 Dodge Journey was still available in the lot for $7,995. We were excited to find a vehicle for this prize.When we arrived Allen greeted us. I did mention that I was paying cash for it and had a $7,200 limit. We went for a test drive. Allen mentioned that they added new tires, checked the brakes, and did maintenance service and repairs. After an hour and a half of conversation, Allen stated that the Dodge Journey 2016 was on sale for $8,625 and that the maintenance service and repairs were an additional $3,200. Just in case I misunderstood, I had to ask; So the real price is $11,000 something instead of the advertised price of $7,995? Allen replied; yes. Then, he stated that he will update the website with the real price.I refused to pay this price. Allen offered to contact me by the end of the day of December 22nd with inventory close to my budget. I was dumbfounded and wondered why he was not able to do that while I was still at his office and he had access to his computer. It should not have taken that long. Allen never contacted me back. I checked the website on December 23rd and the car was still available for $7,995.After this experience, I can honestly conclude that I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. There is such a thing as false advertisement, and it should be illegal. If they lied about the price, what else could they lie about? Later that day, I searched Google and read some of the reviews. Some consumers have echoed a similar experience.

Absolutely amazing experience. Was looking for the perfect first car for my daughter and these guys had it and I couldnt be happier. Phenomenal service all around, especially from Bryan K. This guy went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal on a car they didnt even technically have on inventory yet. He had everything ready by the time I got there and the whole team stayed after closing to make sure I was able to buy the car. There was no pressuring to purchase anything, just good people wanting to sale quality vehicles at great prices. Its kinda like buying a car from a buddy; very uncommon experience at a dealership. A very quick process at an immaculate facility. And when everything was done the manager, who also stayed, came out to thank me for my business and my Military service. Will defiantly be going back. Hands down the worst car buying experience of my life. Worked with Cameron. We eventually came to a deal on a great car, but only after Cameron added a $3000 “dealer service fee” to the price of the car after previously agreeing to work with me on the listed sales price in a sloppy bait and switch attempt. Unorganized, neglectful, and truly wreckless service. Even got an earful from the delivery company due to them having to wait for hours to load the car because all of the paperwork was not ready. My car arrived with clear indications of being a smokers car which was never disclosed by dealership and then was denied after the fact. This is a bait and switch dealership so beware. I love my car but would never buy from these individuals again.

I purchased a used 2019 Audi S5 recently. Ryan was my sales rep. I found the car online. This was a completely remote transaction which is always something that should be done with caution. Ryan was able to answer all my questions, was fair in negotiations, sent me all the info and videos I requested and helped address all my questions and concerns. The car was delivered a few days ago and looks and drives like new and as advertised. I would recommend this dealership and specifically Ryan.

Very poor experience. We called and spoke to Alan, let him know we would be there in 25-30 minutes to look at a Toyota Tundra. We arrived in 25 minutes, yet Alan was tied up with a customer. We had to ask for for another sales person only to find out the truck we called about had been loaned out by service. Before having us drive 25 miles, the sales person should have made sure the truck was available and he was ready to show it. Very poor customer service!

I have had multiple occasions where I required the service department to help me with my vehicle repairs. As a matter of fact when the moved to their new location I hunted them down because their they have a single unique quality that is hard to find...they are honest. They do what they say they are going to do, they do it for the price they quote you and unless something unusual occurs they do it on time.Yeah...I know every one says they will do this, but the truth is they just dont. Bosco actually does. I doubt you will find better service and people than what you will encounter at Bosco.

Very bad delarship they advertise for price very low and then add 50/100 off the car price to the final bill as car service they did to it. !!? They are not honest we went there for a Lexus car the price was $8,994 then they add another 3,994 as a delarship service!!! be side the tax and state fee which is ok we know we have to pay fee and taxes !!! But not almost 4K for delarship service.,,,,, If we know that car will be almost 14K we Will not go there and spend our and there time 😞It was very disappointing experience.

I couldn’t be more impressed and pleased with this place! I started my car shopping journey about 6 months ago and they were the first place i started with, however someone else beat me to the car i was looking at. So i shopped around, kept checking back with Boscos to see if they had any vehicles i was interested in. About a week ago I looked and they had a SUV in my price range, I emailed them and Nick responded quickly and we set up a time for me to come look at it. Nick was very professional and was able to get me in the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I loved the fact that i started with Bosco Auto and ended with them! Do NOT go by price on the site, nor after initial discussions on a potential purchase. After talking SEVERAL times was finally told ‘the price on the website is low SOLELY to pull buyers in’. Then the price goes WAY up to what they actually want. They ARE the definition of ‘used car salesman’.In response to the dealership.....Don’t come at me with that nonsense. It had NOTHING.....I’ll say it again NOTHING to do with the actual price AFTER I was told the TRUE price by the multiple salesman I dealt with. As I mentioned in the original review, the price on your website was NOWHERE close to what I was told after working with multiple salesman at least 3 times. The FINAL price wasn’t too much higher than others I had looked at. Had that been the ACTUAL price I might have still been interested. I wasn’t looking for a car or dealership that sold all the ‘lemon’ indicators you said you mentioned. I was looking for a dealership that sold vehicles at the price listed. NOT a price after the fantom ‘dealer fees’ supposedly mentioned in the ‘fine print’. The markup which increased the price by $5,000 more than $20,000 than listed on your site. So if that’s your dealership, and you’re ‘honest’, then heck no...you’re not the dealership for me! I’m surprised you’re the dealership for anyone if that’s how you do business! Next time read the post instead of implying you know what my interests are!!!!! And also, next time post the real price of your vehicles instead of listing a much lower price to ‘attract buyers’ as indicated by your salesman.

I was researching my options when I got a Large repair bill for my 11yr old Honda Crosstour. Bosco Auto group was suggest by a family member. Javier was to great to do some research and locate a replacement engine in the off chance I would be interested in replacing the engine over disassembling and repairing my engine. He had all the estimates and was upfront with any challenges I might have if I went with either option. At the end of the day the value of my car didn’t out weigh the cost of repairs but I would have felt totally comfortable in working with Bosco Auto group.

Buying the car was a great experience.... the issue came later when it came time to receive our license plates. Got a call from one of the salesman stating the inspection for our car had been lost and we would need to go get it inspected and emailed over to them so they could go get the car registered and get the license plates. So, I do this and send them to the dealership on 12/23/2019. By Jan 3, 2020 still no plates. I email Nick ( the manager ) and he states they were mailed out yesterday (1-2-2020). My paper tag expires on 1-5-2020 which happens to be on a Sunday so he had to email me another one just in case my plates didnt show up in time. Which of course they didnt. Ive been sending Nick emails with no response. Here it is 1-22-2020 and still no plates. I called the dealership and spoke with someone else who informs me that my plates were mailed out on 1-20-2020 ( Martin Luther King Day) interesting... guess the post office runs for certain people. I asked him why Nick told me they were mailed out on the 2nd his response was they dont know when plates are mailed out and yours just went out with another stack on Monday. So, basically 3 months later I had to wait for yall to make some more sales before I could get my plates. We will see if I get my plates in a couple of days like he said.

Took our car yesterday and had the best experience. Was greeted immediately, and helped right away. Total time in and out was 30 minutes. They’re so helpful and I can’t recommend them enough. It’s also the nicest dealership and service station I’ve ever seen! They have a great selection of cars as well, if you can’t find what you’re looking for, they can search for it for you. Not your average car shopping experience and that’s a good thing, they make it comfortable, laid back and haggle free. Definitely check them out!

Three weeks to fix a Ford Focus evap solenoid. They asked me to bring it in Monday as soon as they opened and then couldnt seem to get it on the lift for a week. Second week they said the car was on the lift and they would do a thorough inspection and let me know before they started to work on it. I bought a premium warranty from them and they said the parts should be covered. Third week I called after not hearing anything and they said the car was ready. They had taken it to the Ford dealership for a factory recall and Ford fixed the car. No charge. One week later the engine light is on and it is the evap solenoid again. I checked under the hood to look at what was replaced and the evap solenoid is just as dirty as the reset of the engine. I was able to wipe grime off the part. It never got replaced in my opinion. They never called me to tell me about delays or it was a factory recall or any communication. I would call every other day and after the second week they would send me to voice mail. I could have fixed this in about 15 minutes but since it was covered I shouldnt have to. I am now going to talk to the Ford dealership and see if they have ever worked on my car and ask them to fix it if it is a recall. The part is not expensive and I am not going to pay them any type of labor by bringing it back in.

I was really down to this car lot for the type of cars that they had but once I got there I noticed that the vehicle that I was interested in was kind of overpriced, I asked the guy about dropping the price of the car down 1000 bucks to make it come within a reasonable price range and this guy was so disrespectful and treated me bad Because of my skin color and reason I say that is the other people that was there they was happy and they was actually negotiating with them but when it came to me I really felt like I was being treated differently and the only difference between me and them was the color of our skin and I even asked him why was he using a harsh tone with me and he told me if I did like you that I could leave and go somewhere else, I have never been treated like this before at a car lot and all I was trying to do was Spend my hard earned money so I am warning everyone who is looking for a car to stay clear of these place.

Not an honest place or sales ppl.I was shopping for a vehicle and when I came across one I liked, I made an offer. They countered with a higher listed price. I was surprised. Their reason was dealership cost. It’s not listed or mentioned and certainly not disclosed until you want to buy the vehicle. It shot up but two grand. According to the sales guy it’s in every car sales we just don’t know it. Of course I haven’t seen that or heard of that until I came to this location. If I could give a negative star, I would. Not an honest business. I see another customer had the same issue and was give that same load of lies. “We fix issues you won’t typically see and make sure it goes through a full inspection”. In its words, we will lie a out there price to get you in the door and then will give a bucket of horse drops to get you to pay more. Try being honest to begin with.

I called in about a vehicle last Tuesday and spoke to Daniel. He proceeded to tell me it was available and to come in for a test drive. When I arrived he told me it was on a test drive at the moment so I waited. After being there for 20 minutes I asked if it was back and he said no without going to look and started pitching me on a different vehicle. The sales manager loaded his lips and he delivered it poorly. We went on a guided test drive that lasted a whole 5 minutes so I can’t help but think that other car I came in for wasn’t on a 30 minute test drive but actually off the market and sold. It’s been over a week and I have received no follow up from Daniel about other vehicles that I may be interested in. This dealership has poor salesmanship and will lie to your face. They will try to pull the bait and switch so buyer beware.

Had to take my car in for a check engine light. Service department was extremely helpful and was able to get my vehicle in right away to be looked at (had called ahead for an appointment), was planning to leave it there and go home, but they said they could get to it right away. Ended up being a non issue, they reset it, and was in and out quickly. Gave me a solution for the problem and made suggestions on what to do if it happens again. Would highly recommend. I’ll never take my car to the BMW dealership again, when I can have this kind of service and expertise. It’s also very nice and new on the inside. Will also keep them in mind for future car purchases as they seemed to have a great selection and they mentioned they could help me find anything I may want for the future.
