Today was my first time at Great Nails. Based on their online reviews, I took a chance and made an appointment. I am very happy with the service I received today and my nails look GREAT! I am so excited because several of my past visits to other nail salons have been quite disappointing. The tech who did my pedicure today was very meticulous and she did an amazing job...one of the best pedicures I have ever had. The owner did my dip manicure and we talked the entire time. My nails are beautiful; love the color (they made sure my toenail color matched) and the shape is perfect. Professional, clean, relaxing and friendly environment. I think I have found my new nail salon. Thank you!!

I’ve been getting my nails done forever hands down this is the best nail place in Saint Louis period. All the workers know what they are doing. The staff are welcoming the atmosphere is calming. Every time I come to this place they never disappoint!!!

My daughter told me about this nail shop and I decided to try it. Everything was fine until I get the bill it was about $20 more than everyplace else. The people were really nice but my nails and toes just look OK definitely not impressed. If you’re going to charge so much more at least do a much better job than everyone else. Everyone was nice and friendly though. Probably happy about the nice pay! Way too expensive! I was almost appalled. Definitely won’t be going back.

My sister and I walked in a few minutes early. They got to us right on time and we’re very sweet and patient ! They made sure they were all the same length (I’ve had other salons just eyeball it) and shape !! They also talked to us pretty much the whole time— not to each other while glancing at us and laughing, which I’ve had at multiple salons. It was about $40 + tip but they had all prices online, about $5-10 more than other salons near us, however it is way worth it. I am in LOVE with my nails. Probably the best that I have had done in years, we are definitely going back !!!

The building is nice. The workers seem on edge all the time. 3 times I came said were closing..you need appointment..Im not taking any new customers. Then after waiting 2.5hrs the color I chose..the gel bottle was empty..guess that was the only one 🤨. Finally in done..get home the next day the polish starts peeling 😖smh

Other nail salons in the nearby area were jam packed. I remembered I met the owner of this shop about a week ago and she was such a nice lady. Visited her shop today and was very pleased with the quick service and the high quality‼️ This is now my new nail shop‼️

I gotten dipped polish which I never gotten before and was unsure of how it may turn out. The young lady reassured me that it will turn out great and that the polish will make my nails stronger and it did. I will be going back

Nice, quiet and friendly place to have your nails done. Great selection of colors (polish, gel and powder), and services.

They seem nice enough but make sure you get an appointment or you will be turned away. Lobby didn’t seem busy but they said it wasn’t available for a few hours. So.... I’ll update review if I go back.
