Ill recommend AAA to anyone! However, its a little costly when you first get started because you would need to join their AAA Auto Club as well, but over time I pay $90.xx monthly with a $750 deductible and the Auto Club is yearly (it varies, depends on the plan you choose).

I worked with this branch for my renters insurance, only because my parents used the office. I have been very unhappy with their ability to resolve problems over the phone. I no longer live near this branch and I have to arrive in person to the branch to get anything done. I do not plan to work with this branch in the future.

Ive been dealing with Steve and Pat Reeder for many years now. Great people-also great prices. They do take a lot of vacations though. A few times it has been inconvenient. But, in the long run its worth the wait.

Today I literally got the worse service ever with this company. I called to request a tow truck and 3 hours later I hadnt heard anything. Not a text, not a call. First call the ETA was within the hour. Next call I would be updated soon. Next call they didnt have anyone to come and tow the car 3 hours later and they couldnt give me any information on a ETA.. Poorest service ever. Then they talked about getting a commercial tow and giving reimbursement which would be a super long process and more stressful than actually getting a ETA. they suck

On June 8, 2018 I called AAA Roadside because I noticed that the air in my front passenger tire was a little low. I did not want to cause damage to my tire by adding air, so thats why I made the call. The driver, Josh came to my home and I explained to him the amount of air that was suppose to be added. After adding air, Josh, proceeded to check the air in the rest of my tires. I explained to Josh that the only tire that needed air, was the original one I called for. Josh proceeded to add air in my passenger rear tire, saying that it was really low. After one hour of driving, my rear passenger tire had a blowout with my 10 year old daughter and groceries in the car.I called AAA again to explaining how I had a blowout just under an hour after their driver over-flatted my tire. I put in a claim and had my car towed to the tire shop for a replacement (that I paid for). The 2nd AAA driver who towed my car, Tim, explained that it was clear that the reason the tire blew was because of over-inflation. He even took pictures for me, showing me that the tire even rubbed against the walls of my car. He was extremely nice and sympathetic to the situation.I just received a call from Josh, employee number 406134 (manager George Moehnhoff),who stated that they would not pay for the tire because it shows that the tire was rubbing against the wall of the car. I explained the reason it was rubbing because of over-inflation and that I have never had a blow-out before with any of my tires. He came up with every excuse except acknowledging that it was their fault.If you google AAA roadside, you will see there are many damages caused by the company that they refuse to pay for. How many times do we rely on a highly reputable company to help us out in dire situations only to cause more damage? They pride themselves in caring for the customer, but thats not true. They are only there to do a quick job no matter what damage they do in the process. Great way to try to take preventative measures and still get screwed.

I wish i could just put no star.. but..Ever since Pat and her husband left this agency went down the hill with some of the new agents. I had GREG ( so did my mother) and he neglected to provide good customer service and a good policy quote. When i called asking why my mother fee was high he was not able to give me an answer, then i asked well does she have multi car discount ect.. and well she didnt have all the discounts that AAA offer which as an agent should offer, long story short my mother cancel her policy. Canceling that policy was also an issue, she called and cancel it with Greg but he understood that it membership should cancel by the end of the term which is not what he was told. My mother got insurance with someone else and since Greg didnt cancel it my mother still had to pay AAA and the new company, when i called they asked for proff of new insurance which my mom dropped off at the brand which oddly Greg Never got... long story short i had to speak with the manager to take care of it and make sure that my mother gets her money back. This happen months ago but am sharing it to warm everyone because now i do have an issue due to the fact that an Agent from this branch neglected to do her job.Now, my case is a whole different story. I called AAA back in may and asked for a quote (i dont remember who i spoke with but it was a female) i provided my NEW license and asked for a quote ( i was going to move) i told the agent not to change my address just yet since my moving wasnt confirm. December came and it was time for a monthly payment to be taken out and i notice that they didnt, long story short... AAA cancel my policy bc i didnt updated my License when i clearly did back in may..Ive had AAA for 10-12 years, i hate to leave them but am hoping that AAA customer service helps me fix this issue.Now, i dont have insurance and am waiting for underwriting to fix my issue which btw is already day 2 of me waiting for underwriting. AAA is a good company but some of their agents dont care for their customers they just care to collect at paycheck...

I would have given them 0 stars if I could. I have had nothing but problems with this company. For starters my insurance was cancelled within 2 months of me signing up because my agents assistant didn’t have me sign all necessary paperwork. Mind you they cancelled my insurance during the middle of a snow storm. Also I called up about two weeks ago asking if my payment was going to be coming out the following day 5 times in a row the lady said there was no scheduled payment. I put money toward other bills since she said there would be NO PAYMENT being taken out the following day. I go to the bank the next day and my bank account is negative because they took out a payment that they told me wasn’t even scheduled. Bottom line... Don’t trust this company.

Tony is the worse, inefficient non-customer service oriented agent Ive had to conduct business with. My issue begins with an error on their behalf which was not taken care of. Once I notified him of this, he resisted to hear my concern, told me there was nothing he can do and ultimately I was double charged with no reimbursement or sympathy. And he also would not give me his Superiors information! I DO NOT RECOMMEND .
