Ive been with this insurance company for a few years never had a problem until this Coronavirus pandemic hit. I honestly feel like my premium continues to go up without any solid explanation. Im in my 30s and my car isnt and I pay over $213 a month for insurance. I dont have any speeding tickets its like a slap in the face. My insurance around the same amount I paid for a brand new car being full coverage at the age of 19. John Simmons try to be fair but isdueis with his staff. One staff member told me if I paid my balance Im caught up that was a lie and after that the other staff member said I owe more. So one day I called up to the office because the receptionist use to be way better with her reminder text but this time she text me after the policy is canceled so I paid some more money but Mr. Simmons son is a complete a-hole saying what you need 4 years to pay my balance with an attitude and that pretty much did it right there. I got way cheaper quotes with everything State Farm is offering. State Farms is a complete rip off thats my opinion.

I was previously with another insurance company before I switched to Johns office and can say that this insurance agency gave me the EXACT SAME coverage (and good, thorough coverage as well) as my last one yet it was close to one thousand dollars a year cheaper than my previous insurer. Im not saying they can do that for everyone but they were able to do it for me. Additionally, I recently had to file a claim for a deer that ran into my car and my claim was both fair and handled in a quick and efficient manner.

We love this agency! Maceo has been our agent for the past three years. He has helped us with a state to state move to transfer insurance, auto insurance, and renters insurance. This agency treats you like you are part of the family. They know your name and remember your situations. Maceo is always available to help and whenever we have to leave a message, he calls back very quickly! If he doesnt have the answer, he will research and find it, or guide you to the right person who can help. I have never had issues with receiving paperwork, new cards, policy updates, anything.I had a situation a couple of years ago with my premium payment going up randomly. Even though this was no fault of their own, Maceo and Mr. Simmons stayed in close contact with me by phone and email to research and resolve the situation and help me understand what was going on. I was frustrated but they were supportive and understanding, which helped me to take a breath and calm down. They are super friendly and professional. They never make you feel like you are a bother. They make you feel like a valued customer and I greatly appreciate that! The lady at the front desk has always been super sweet and friendly as well. I would highly recommend this agency!
