I love Matt he took care of my house even when my neighbors dog bit my daughter off he gave me replacement cost value and I even ended up using the money to buy a Bengal cat which cost me $3,000

Matt and his staff have been my insurance professionals for about 5 years now. They are friendly and informed about all things insurance. I get quick responses to my questions anytime Im adding or making changes to my coverages. Always deliver great service. Matt, Dominque and Mary are awesome!

Was dropped by this insurance company as was given a 6 day notice from Matt Brown himself to tell me that they will no longer cover me on my home insurance. How nice... reason for dropping me is because I put in a claim to get my food checked after a hail storm which I was denied on. Did this for 2 years straight and now they are afraid they might have to pay for a good so instead they just decode to drop you. I have to admit though... staff that he has working for him is decent. Its Matt Brown who will disappoint you though. Do yourself a favor and shop around to other Insurance companies before ever talking to this agent. And if a conversation gets difficult for him, he will just push you off onto his employees to take your complaints. Will be placing a complaint in with the corporate office regarding this agent. 6 day notice to hurry and find another insurance company is ridiculous. And they really think Im going to keep my auto, life insurance with them... they are sadly mistaken!

I have been a customer here for 8 years. My agent is always available to help me when I need her! It is easy to get my policy information updated, and check on available discounts, as well as adjust my payment schedule if I ever need it.
